Good place near Downtown Burbank to stay. Within walking distance.

Good location, clean room.

It was fine and I would pick it if I needed to go back to Burbank again.

It was close to where I needed to be and there was a CVS and a restaurant nearby.

The beds weren't very comfortable.

Cheap price, cheaper accommodations

Location is fine and conveniently located in Burbank.

Smallest parking lot I've ever seen. They advertise free onsite parking, but the spaces are sized more like for shopping carts than cars. When I got back to the motel at midnight there were none I could squeeze into. Ridiculous. TV did not work at all. The room was clean but as drab and ugly as could be.

Fair value, considering the price, compared to other venues. My biggest objection- dirty floors.

Pillows and bed was comfortable. Room was quiet, despite being the closest to the street. Minifridge was an unexpected, pleasant surprise.

Liked the warm paint colors, but somewhat too bright. Floors were very dirty (faux wood and tile); needed a good mopping. Made the bottoms of my bare feet black. Toilet paper initially supplied very stingy; had to ask for more. Non-working lamp on desk.

Nice, cozy vibe

I liked that the property was quiet and safe. The room was comfortable and had a nice vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was spacious but could be newer.

Stay here first! Every place afterward will definitely be better.

Proximity to Ikea and dining.

The property manager only knows how to scream. When asked that she not scream, she screamed back, "That's my tone, I'm not screaming". Huh? No hot water for 36+ hours. Parking lot filled with junk cars and large Vehicles. Great stay if this is your last stop to skid row.

Enjoyable and easy

The location was nice in Burbank, and it was around a lot of great stores. It was easy to use the showers and return the keys when the trip came to an end. The added fridge was also nice to keep the items colder.

The parking could have been a lot better for the people staying there because it was very tight to get in and out. At one point the toilet was leaking but it was an easy fix in my case that didn't require too many changes,.

Right for the price.

This was a very last-minute trip and other hotels were booked so I chose this motel for its convenient location to where I needed to be. I was a little taken aback when required to give a deposit for the key and tv remote. There were no cabinet doors on the bathroom sink. But the place was clean and fairly priced.

The furnishing in the room could be complete.

Overall, the stay was good and the staff was very good people.

Just about everything, Except the bathroom area. The bathroom had a bad odor. I don't know why?

It’s served my purpose but was not pleased with the cramps uncomfortableness in general of the room

walking distance to IKEA

The bed was incredibly hard. Toilet paper holder roller was broken. Mini fridge raider was not working and not clean. Could use a lot of attention and some upkeep.

Staff came in everyday and changed our towels and emptied trash. We make our beds in the morning so no need for that.

Only time I’ve not enjoyed checking in

I always like the property itself… Very clean and up to basic standards…

This time upon checking in, I’m guessing it’s the wife who checked me in… But she seemed to just bypass the fact that I had a reservation through booking.com… I tried to get my rewards for this stay and she totally dismissed the fact that I had a reservation and basically just recorded me and didn’t clear my reservation through here… I checked in around 4-430 or so and my reservation is still not cleared up on there so nor the site… Very nice lady… But just doesn’t seem to wanna honor that I would like to earn my points or rewards for the stay… I absolutely like the gentleman of the property… He’s very on top of the system and accommodating… Overall though, this place is pretty awesome…
