Nada

Location ; take pets
Hotel reeked of mold/mildew/trash; tub and sink was filthy; mattress had been pounded into shapeless lump; smoke detector had mold growing on it.; curtain had been ripped off its track; no cooking utensils; A/C was super noisy; microwave had never been cleaned

Joseph, the grimy desk attendant was extremely polite and helpful. Extremely great customer service! Location is perfect and in close proximity to Burbank Airport.

The accessibility to Burbank Empire center for shopping and daily needs. Very walkable location to all these. The manager Michael and his team were decent people always ready to help. I and my family stayed here for 11 nights. It was on a whole a decent experience.
The sanitation and water issue. Not something horrible but can be worked upon. We had to 2 false fire alarms.

The location was great .
They don't have an ice machine and grab and go can improve.

Close proximity to malls and food.
1. Toilet shower head weak
2. Stale Smell when entering the room.
3. One of the night shift staff could be more pleasant when approached for help.
4. The bathtub did not have a drain plug.

Spacious
Had to ask for utensils, dish and equipments at the front desk. They were not available at first day.
Old carpet
Constant roaches movement at bathroom and kitchen, I had to change my room.
After I requested, they changed me right away.

that it has vacancies that could accommodate us at last minute and it was close to good places to walk to
the beds were hard, breakfast was a joke, other guests were fighting in the floor over us and directly across from us so the noise level was a little too much for us. we left a day early from my room 336 because I just physically could not spend another night in that bed. it wasn’t just uncomfortable to sleep in, it was down right painful to sleep in

roaches

just that it was close to a large shopping center
The room had a disgusting smell and was missing furniture, the hallway smelled like 20 people just finished smoking. The second room we were provided was missing a hairdryer, the roof in bathroom was peeling, the microwave was disgustingly dirty so we didn’t use it. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the bathroom mirror was dirty, the towels were either dirty or stained, either way it’s unacceptable. The paint was peeling around door frames, the mattress was very old and dipped in the middle. One of the worse hotel stays. I could’ve stayed in a motel and paid way less for what I go. I will NEVER stay at an extended stay again and lesson learned to trust customer reviews! I’m sure management will reply with “thank you for your comments and we will try to do better” Smh. They clearly don’t care. And the “free breakfast” was a complete joke.

The price of the room was good and the location wasn’t too bad everything was a 10 min drive. I didn’t try breakfast.
As soon as we arrived no one was on the front desk had to wait few min which it was wasn’t a problem After 10 min she asked us if we had a reservation (which we did have) room 210 or just booking. It was fast. We used the elevator and it was old really needs a new one. We got to 2nd floor and it’s just a really bad energy as soon as you get to the hallway. one of the ppl stay in the hotel for 2years and counting. The stairs smells really bad like someone died. The TV was weird keeps turning on and off. (Only used it once)
If you’re in LA for a short time and you need a place to sleep this is the hotel for you but if your more on comfort, customer service and cleaner you do need to pay extra more somewhere else.

we liked the kitchenette
they overbooked the accessible rooms so we did not get one. my husband has mobility issues which make it hard for him to get in and out of the tub.
they did not offer an upgrade

It was a studio room but had nothing to use for the kitchen.
It had nothing. There weren’t any ice machines, the rooms were bare minimum.

The breakfast, location, and some of the staff were quite pleasant.
The cockroach infestation. I found them in both my original guest room, as well as the one I moved to afterward.
