nothing at this property is good
Could have been clean , not damp, not cold, tv not smashed and not smelly.
They obviously knew this was stinking and damp as all of the windows were wide open on arrival, in the middle of winter. Also the TV plug was switched off, hoping we couldn't find it to turn it on and see it was smashed.
Customer service was supposed to come back to us and offer somewhere else as is in their words" we wouldnt leave a customer with nowhere to stay". What a laugh!!

Decent room/nice staff
Could be better, there was wifi issue. Could do with lick of paint as there was some paint chipping off. I requested to checked out later n was agreed. Unfortunately host contact us n we had to check at 10 due next booking

Clean, Decent with fantastic customer service by phone, text, and WhatsApp.
Located near the city centre and train station. Up in the hills in a quiet part of town.

Beds were comfortable and clean
Kitchen had a strange smell. Living room net curtain was balanced on window lock not attached to wall at all looked very shabby. Walls could do with a coat of paint

Very clean - bedrooms and bathroom very clean and tidy, nicely decorated, beds comfy,
Smart tv available and free WiFi
All the essentials available plus teabags, washing liquid, washing powder if needed and washing machine /dryer etc
Supermarkets nearby
This is a standard terraced house in a terraced street approx 10 mins drive from town
Children out playing in the street and knocking doors and running away
Pub at end of street playing loud music and lots of people shouting etc until early hours but accept this maybe to do with covid restrictions
Back garden isn’t suitable and children unable to play outside as we felt it was unsafe, flagstones loose and broken, this really needs to be looked at
Living room area is very small, should you book with more than 3-4 people you cannot all sit down on the corner settee and no other seating available and a distinct odour coming from the settee
A very long rule book to follow re: recycling, rubbish, smoking, etc and threats of additional charges should rubbish be put in wrong recycling box, also rubbish was already left in the main bin when we arrived
£300 for one night stay seemed expensive considering location and points listed above and property only available from 3pm until 10am the next day, requested earlier check in and was offered 1pm check in for an extra £20 which we declined

The property was clean, well furnished and well equipped. We had plenty of room for a family of five. Pretty much all you'd need in terms of facilities and always had adequate parking. The neighbours and neighbourhood was quiet, clean and very peaceful. Our contact was Hollie, who was proactive, diligent and responsive to any queries. All in all, a pleasant stay :)
Although the neighbourhood was clean, quiet and peaceful, being further away from the main Mumbles Road and beach meant having to jump in the car for most trips. It also meant having to negotiate a number of narrow, winding roads replete with blind spots.
There were a couple of things required in the house that we felt were missing. Blinds in the kitchen for privacy, a towel rail and hooks in the bathroom for instance. Thankfully, our host acknowledged all of these and responded promptly to rectify. It also would have helped if the wall clock had a battery.
Minor gripes really.
