Are you willing to sacrifice everything else for good view or a couple of good insta pics? If yes then book it ! If not

The View and the View.

The building is old, room poorly maintained. The room I check in into was a disaster, the toilet was unable to flush and the basin doesn’t have water supply in the end they had to come in and fix it. The bed sheet also looks like it’s about time to be changed , there is some small bloodstain and to me it’s disgusting .

The location is good. Nice view. Too noisy during 7pm to 11pm.

Good place to stay along the way to somewhere better

The location was good, the bed was comfy, the staff were great.

There were noisy people and nothing was done to quiet them even though it was late at night, and the Aircon was very weak.

It's close to restaurants and the harbor from where the boats for island hopping leave so that is convenient. It was good value too.

The place was dated. It was not very spacious (we booked the room for 3 people and it was too crowded) and the bathroom had ants. We saw rats crossing the balcony.

The location was perfect. Right on the seafront, with lots of restaurants below.

Facilities are quite basic but it was reasonably clean. I think it is overpriced in comparison to other accommodations we've taken in this price range.

Good location but cleaning of corridor is equally important too.

Centre Location, big balcony. Sea view, can see the busy traffic of big and small boats come and go.

No cleaning for Corridor/walkway; lack of maintenance and repairing. Suggest staff more smiling and more initiative.

The view is fine, you look out over Tun Sakaran. The bed was quite comfortable (compared to what you get in the rest of Borneo). Staff was adequately friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area is not much of a selling point. Restaurants in the area lack athmosphere and are frequently visited by children begging for money. The hotel doesn't serve food, so visiting these restaurants is unavoidable. Toilet wouldn't flush, staff managed to fix it somewhat and did offer a different room. The room was quite noisy due to passing boats. Wouldn't neccessarily say the hotel was bad, mainly suffers from Semporna not being a fun place to be in.
