Villa Janski Pearl is a brand new, modern villa with a swimming pool, located in the elite area of Split. On both sides the villa is surrounded by a pine forest, so the courtyard and pool area are surrounded by greenery. It's very quiet, and calm here, there is a feeling that you are in some kind world of your own, far from civilization. On the territory of the house under the pines there are wooden swings, where you can relax, read your favourite book, and completely immerse yourself in rest. And also, there is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. While enjoying the sun rays, spend your mornings relaxing on the spacious terrace or enjoy sitting under the many pine trees, or maybe grill your own lunch on BBQ.
The Villa spreads over territory of 800m² and has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, game room with pool, mini bar, TV and it is ideal for 6+2 people. It is one level villa and has a sauna and a shower - perfect to pamper yourself.
On the ground floor there is also one spacious area divided in fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with large sofa and TV. Master bedroom has a large double bed, large closet, TV and bathroom (with bathtub). Second bedroom with large double bed, wardrobe, TV and bathroom (with shower). Third bedroom is a child's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. This room also has its own bathroom.
This villa is the place where you can indulge in traditional Mediterranean lifestyle and have unforgettable vacation. Villa Janski Pearl is surrounded by a magnificent well-groomed garden, there is a lot of greenery and even in hot weather the heat will not be felt.
