It is in a perfect location to access the beach and lake.
The facility is old and in need of upgrade and repair. It needs a good cleaning inside the apartment and on the balcony. There is a small air conditioner in the bedroom, but none in the living/extra-sleeping/kitchen area. The bedroom was cool enough but the rest of the apartment was hot.

Location great but no breakfast offered
No desk to write on and only one easy chair
3.7
It was not clean.

Lovely staff beautiful roses, great location, super clean fridge.
No view, outside appearance.

There is a basketball hoop set up for what seemed to be the staff & guests children & friends to play on whenever they want in the car park. From 4.00 until 9.10pm there were basket balls being bounced & thrown almost continuously.
It certainly wasn't relaxing for me in my room about 20m from the hoop & my car was parked in an active basket ball court.

Great value very responsive and helpful staff

There’s no breakfast at this location. There’s a big gap under the door for noise and cold, and it was a tad noisy being right beside the road.
Would be handy to have a microwave
3.7
Close to town and right on the lake
Couldn’t open sliding door to balcony
Shower hot water never heated up
Constant noise from laundry directly below my room
3.7
the location, and the size of the room
all the stairs lol

I love the location right on the beach with the lake and mountain view. It is a quick and easy walk to town for food, and just a lovely area to explore.
That I couldn't stay longer ...

Central location
Climbing up the stairs to the suite
3.7
Good location, property and appliances old but very well maintained and clean
I would have liked a better way to get at heater/AC controls than standing on a chair at the wall-mounted unit
3.7
Location good
Numerous ridiculous Rules regulations no maid service. Have to be your own maid. Three pages of do’s and do nots. Stuffy rooms. Red light shinning in through two windows all night. Cannot open windows to circulate air. No screens. Tired run down motel…needs update.

Location, price and cleanliness were superb!
Not being allowed to smoke on premises.

Didn’t eat there

Location is perfect, the managers treat us like gold and the bbq area is great, our favourite place to stay

Location was perfect - Right on the beach and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Staff were really nice!
Our blinds were broken and people could see into the room, so we placed a towel over the window. Our TV wasn’t working, but that didn’t bother us since we were on the beach for most of our stay.

The best part of our week here was the beach. This did live up to the photos on the booking site.
The motel is within easy walking distance to the Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement park as well as across the bridge to the grocery store etc.
Being situated right on the highway it was surprisingly very quiet overnight.
We were always able to get a parking spot in front of our unit even without designated / numbered spots.
We booked the one-bedroom suite as we had our 15 yr old grandson, and he is used to sleeping on a motel sofa bed. But the room was surprisingly small, very close quarters for 3 adults.
Lighting was poor, LED bulbs would be helpful with the kitchen/front room. There was no overhead light in the bedroom, only one lamp on the bedside unit.
We understand this is a very old motel, with a number of good upgrades (new flooring, painted walls) but the lack of wall plugs was inconvenient. No outlet in the bathroom, only one in the kitchen area was the plug on the stove top! So we had to juggle the coffee maker and toaster. There are 3 outlets in the bedroom, so I was able to work on my hair in there, but since there was no mirror in the bedroom, but one standing behind the lamp in the front room, we set that mirror on a chair from the kitchen in the bedroom.
No fan in the bathroom, so the room would be like a sauna. We did keep the sliding window open when showering, but with no screens on either the bathroom or bedroom window, bugs get in.
The windows could really use a good cleaning both inside and on the outside!
The AC worked, but the filter really could use cleaning or replacement, not pleasant to look at or to breathe. We did shut the AC off overnight and opened the bedroom & bathroom window a bit for some air circulation, as the AC noise would have kept us awake. Since the AC unit is on the upper wall of the front room directly beside the wall-mounted TV, it was one or the other on, as the TV had a controlled/set sound limit, so we could not hear the TV alongside the AC. The AC also had a controlled/set function so we could not turn it to a higher or lower setting. Again, we do understand the units are very old.
Lack of vacuuming of corners, floor not washed, dust buildup behind TV, had to wash dishes & cutlery prior to use, plug did not fit kitchen sink, so purchased a bathtub plug so we could properly wash our daily dishes.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for my needs
As being a smoker it would have been nice to have a smoking room it's just not the non-smokers you serve but the smokers also and we do have rights as little as they may be nowadays
3.7
Great location, nice room, confortable mattress, clean. Easy check in. Free parking.
A door in my room leading to the neighbor bedroom. Even if it was closed, you could hear more noise.
3.7
Easy location
Could hear everything in adjoining rooms

kind staff

I could walk everywhere; it was quiet, the room was so clean. I could make myself breakfast and coffee before the cafes and restaurants were open. There was a private beach where I watched the sunrise and a paved path was across the street. The motel was centrally located between my hiking destinations, perfect! And Ambrosia restaurant was just steps away.

Located right on the beach, very friendly staff
Dead bugs in shower, floor was completely uneven and sloped downwards, bed was extremely uncomfortable, table had paper towel under one of its legs to keep it from wobbling, windows were literally taped up around the edges. Did the online check in and code did not work on door so had to go into front office and check in anyways which was fine and management “fixed the code” but I don’t think the door actually locked while I was in the room overnight and made me feel extremely unsafe while travelling alone.
3.7
location, price
stuffy, drirty room. “queen bed “ was actually a double
3.7
I liked the location and the fact it was on the beach. We also got upgraded and that was really nice because I have a sick mother in Osoyoos and it was nice to come back and look out at the lake.
The only thing I didn't like was it was really noisy with customers a few times. This was nothing really they could control from management but it did make me want to move a little further out of Osoyoos. In the summer, this place would be awesome.
3.7
The location, it was clean and the staff was great..
Could have used a chair in the room..and no place to hang coats..didn't realize there would be no hair dryer.
3.7

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location on the beach and close to stores. Quiet location. One of our party became ill so we had to stay an extra day.
Old motel, renovated but not recently. Had to change rooms as heater was not working.Double mattress excessively firm. No room for table and chairs in the room.
3.7
Our room was nice, with kitchenette and a balcony that looked over the water.
It was quiet and so easy to get a good sleep.
