Exceptional

Beautiful apartment, host was very attentive and advised us on a lot of things for our stay. The apartment was so clean and the pool was so nice to cool off in. Plenty of bathrooms that are very modern and clean.

Location is on a steep part of the mountain, so walking in and out of old town is difficult, but not an issue is uber in the area and never had to wait for a taxi.

Had a fantastic family holiday.

Excellent property in a nice quite location. Loved the private pool. Really nice garden area with BBQ facilities at the back of the property. WiFi and Netflix provided. Host was very welcoming and very helpful. Lovely local restaurant within a 5 minute walk.

No shop/supermarket available close to the self catering property.

Perfect spot to relax after visiting the city center and beautiful amenities.

The apartment is modern and clean and the private pool makes it the perfect place for a family or group looking to relax after exploring the streets of Dubrovnik. There are bathrooms a plenty and lots of space for our group of 7. There is a great restaurant 100m away and steps down to the old town only 10 minutes away. There are multiple view points just minutes away to see the city from above. Tea was a wonderful host as well and was very helpful.

The drive up is a little tricky but being up high on the hill you would have to expect that.

Perfect apartment to explore from

The property is spotlessly clean and finished to a really high standard. The interior is minimal but with thoughtful design. It was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The 15 minute walk to the old town is absolutely spectacular and there are plentiful and cheap Ubers if you don’t want to walk. The pool and comfortable sun beds means you can have the best of both worlds with peace and quiet to chill by the pool with the delights of Dubrovnik easily accessible. The restaurant next door is lovely and the food was fantastic. The property owner was so welcoming and super helpful

This was our first holiday since covid, we were truly relaxed and refreshed.

Host met us from the taxi and was extremly wecoming. We were shown into the property which was amazing, we were treated like VIP's.

Great facilities and lovely host!

Fantastic house, very clean with great facilities, 2 en-suite bedrooms and televisions in all bedrooms. the pool was the highlight for my boys. Steep 20 mins walk to the old town and right beside an excellent restaurant.

Quite remote, I would recommend to have a car for this location.

Brand New Property with Amazing Host in a Lovely Location

The host was the sweetest lady who was accessible throughout our entire stay. She is a local and gave plentiful recommendations for our stay and even highlighted them on a map and explained how to get everywhere within walking distance. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and she left a Happy Birthday note, a bottle of rose, a basket of fruit, and traditional Croatian liquor. The property is brand new and only a 10-15 minute walk from either Old Town or Banje Beach. Although the walk is a bit intense down many stairs, the view for the entire walk is nothing short of beautiful and breathtaking. The property is also a 2-3 minute walk from an amazing restaurant. We even left a pair of airpods behind and the host was so accommodating at helping us retrieve them before we left.

Beautiful house within walking distance of the old town

Lovely house, very comfortable beds, brilliant to have a pool (which wasn't too cold) and outdoor loungers. A 15 minute (steep) walk down to Dubrovnik old town and very easy to get a cab back (our host recommended some cheaper companies). This meant we felt less rushed and could just head down at our own pace, after the crowds had left. There are breathtaking views of the old town and the harbour as you walk down or you can head about 20 minutes further up the hill and take the cable car down to just outside the city walls. The host was very welcoming and discreetly available when we needed some help. There are lots of beaches nearby which you can reach by cab or hire a car (it's cheap in Croatia and there's ample easy parking at the property). Even in October, it was warm enough to swim in the sea. The old town is full of bars and restaurants - we ate exceptionally well - and it's easy to hop on a boat to one of the beautiful islands.

It's not very far from the old town to Bosanka, but the road is very steep both for driving up round hairpin bends and walking down on an uneven path - it was worth it for the views, though. You are a little bit out of the way up in the hills, but it is very peaceful (apart from a few noisy dogs) and no doubt a bonus in the summer months when the old town gets very busy with people spilling out of cruise ships. There isn't a shop close by, though, so pick up any essentials whilst you're in town. Dubrovnik is not a cheap town, so expect to pay English equivalent+ for food and drinks.

Highly Recommend!

The amazing owners made us feel at home. Spotless cleanliness. A very quiet and peaceful place close to one of the best restaurants in dubrovnik. I highly recommend this property for a getaway with family and friends. I'm gonna return there for sure!

Fantastic stay! Great location! Friendly hosts!

Fantastic friendly hosts (who lived next door) gave us such a warm welcome and even supplied us some local grappa! The house is newly built and furnished to a very high standard, the pool is great size and perfect temperature. The location is superb and sits above Dubrovnik but is less than 10mins to the old town. Couldn't recommend staying at Tea's place enough! Really comfortable beds, great air-con and plenty of space.

Everything was great! (The only need we needed was a vacuum at one point and couldn't seem to find one)
