We spent Halloween weekend at this lovely little cottage. The space was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We loved being right at the beach. We had a good time in Provincetown and surrounding areas. The pictures were a bit misleading. The cottage is not on the beach but across the street. There is not a view of the ocean as depicted by Adirondack Chairs. Other than that all was as expected for a studio cottage. Small tv in front corner of room was hard to see and hear from the rear location of the bed.

We had a great stay. It was very relaxing, right across the street from the beach. Less than 10 minute drive down the road to P town. We also walked into P town one day which was really nice. Views of the water and cute beach houses the whole way. We will be back.

My husband and I and our 7 year old stayed for 5 nights. I knew the location so no surprises there- right on 6A across from a private bay side beach. Water was warm and perfect for floats. Neighbors were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The place is very cute. Not a lot of storage, which was anticipated. I was able to cook most nights and the cottage had all I needed to do that. We used the grill a bunch. Short drive to Provincetown and beaches. Highly recommended!

The space was perfect for 2 people. Since the space was small, we would have benefited from fewer items being stored on floor and any flat surface. Examples, 2 coffee makers and kcup supply, large boiler pot on floor by bed, microwave on the table by bed. Suggest using large drawer under bed for storage of blender, coffee pot, pots and pans and non essentials. You could have a permanent list of where these things are stored posted. I would suggest too, that adding a few high shelves would help free up space. Would have liked to have a starter set of paper towels and hand soap. New ice trays needed. They were all broken.

The cottage across the street from the bay was cute and bed was comfortable! We did not have the best weather so were inside more than expected and it is a tight space (just FYI) though the owner makes good use of vertical hanging options for clothes, etc. We were hoping to eat at home some nights, but the tiny kitchen makes it challenging as there is no place to dry dishes, etc. Again, just an FYI for travelers' planning purposes. There are plenty of places to go eat in Wellfleet, Truro, and Ptown. Check in and check out were easy. Thanks for having us!

Lisa was east to communicate with and resolved small issues quickly. Just a few minutes’ drive from Provincetown. My only feedback would be to add a heat source; my stay in the evenings was pretty chilly, which I didn’t mind but others might! Just a heads-up to travelers and not any reflection on the cottage or stay: there is a street that runs quite close to the cabin and it can be loud a (too) fast moving. Would stay again!

Perfect little cottage just steps from the beach. It's proximity to Provincetown, Wellfleet and the rest of the Cape makes it a great sightseeing base. The cottage, while small, is perfect for two people and had everything we needed. We loved our time in the area and it made for a memorable 60th birthday celebration.

There was pretty much everything I needed in a hotel stay. I was a little dismayed when I first arrived as I had called the owner to tell her when I was 20 minutes away. When I got to the cottage, there was no way for me to know how to get in. I called again, but got no answer. It was only by chance that I decided to try the door and found it was unlocked and the key was on the countertop. But it was confusing. The decor was adorable, and the couch a good alternative to the bed. There was no table to eat on, and I thought the picture had had one. Kitchen had almost everything I needed and though it was the tiniest space I've ever been in, I got by fine. I have a big grudge against Keurigs for their environmental inadequacies, but I know most places have them. Location was easy for both provincetown and wellfleet. the beach, about 100 feet from the cottage across a very small street, was fine. a little seaweedy, but hey, it's the ocean. I would suggest they put a longer cord on the fan because I had to climb up onto the couch to reach it and it didn't feel safe. I can imagine you could put children to sleep on the couch, but not a grown up. Overall, lovely. Adorable and cozy. Bring your own beach chairs and towells.

This cozy house was perfect for two people. The space is decorated in the quaint Cape Cod-style. The cottage is incredibly comfortable and in particular, the bed was awesome! We slept great every night of our trip. Lisa was fantastic and the perfect host. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient and valuable stay this is the place. Short drive to PTown, take the bus (you can flag it down like a Taxi right outside of the cottage, and get dropped off there too!), or walk (~50 mins). The house itself had everything you could need. Definitely would stay again!

Lisa's Truro property was as advertised. The cottage is right across from a private beach and very close to Provincetown. My husband and I stayed there alone for the first three nights, and then our two children joined us for the last two nights. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, but waaaaaay too small for all four of us. We made it work, but it was very tight. I would not recommended trying to sleep more than two in this cottage. The cottage was well appointed with all necessary things at our disposal. My only complaints are the road that runs directly in front of the cottage can be fairly busy and noisy. If people drove the speed limit, it would be a non-issue, but people fly down the road at all hours, so it can be a bit bothersome when trying to sleep, but not the end of the world. The cottage was cleaner than many rentals, but the overhead fan was covered in dust (much too high to clean ourselves) and around the bed area (between the bed and the wall) needed a good vacuuming. Also, many of the windows only closed from the outside, so we would open up and then want to close up in the middle of the night and had to go outside to do so. Other than that, this property was very satisfactory! I would recommend staying here if you want a beachy location for two, while still being close enough to enjoy P-town!

My friend and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it! Having the beach just across the street and Provincetown and Truro businesses and beaches down the road in different directions made this the perfect location! Even though the kitchen is small, it had everything we needed for when we cooked (or reheated leftovers on the stove). We came during a rainy week and I did bring my Roku for movie watching, and the wifi was strong. Lisa is incredibly responsive. Looking forward to staying here again, it was a treat!

Great little cottage

Great little cottage to stay at. Has everything you need and very clean. Check in and out was very smooth. Only negative I can think of is the beach area seems to be in a location where prevailing wind and current cause a lot of sea weed to wash up, there was also a couple dead fish, a dead bird, and a dead seal that was pushed up. We ended up going to another beach to swim away from all the debris. Overall a great place and we would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Tamara’s cottage! Just 10 minutes down the road from the center of Provincetown, this place offered both a low-key small town beach experience (with a private beach right across the street) and access to great restaurants and attractions. This place is absolutely perfect! Lisa and Tamara have thought of everything for their property. The place is clean, organized and in a great location. You are just a few steps away from a quiet beach with fantastic sunsets. The house has a really nice porch and side deck area to grill. We will definitely be back to visit.
