About this house rental
Welcome to "Beach Glass" by TrayJay Properties LLC, an updated, beach-inspired home nestled in at the end of a quiet dead-end street downtown Saugatuck. We also have on-site parking.
This spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home will accommodate 4 comfortably. Whether you are doing a small friend getaway or family getaway, this will be all you need! The layout and open floor plan takes advantage of the natural light and private views as well as allows for easy entertaining and relaxing.
The living area features comfortable seating for 4 and a 50" TV with internet and free WIFI. Linens, pillows, and bedding will be provided as well as towels. There is a cozy dining area that can be used for meals, playing games or putting together puzzles or school or office work. There is also a center island that can seat up to 4 people.
We have set up a special coffee and drink bar area in the kitchen that has an ice bucket, beverage shaker, wine & margarita glassware and a complimentary bottle of white wine along with a Keurig Duo so that you can enjoy a single cup of coffee or a carafe of coffee with others. We will provide some k-cup and ground coffee options to get you started but please bring your favorite selections. We have a tea pot as well.
Our newly remodeled kitchen comes with all new appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and mini chopper. The cupboards are fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, cookware, bakeware, mixing & serving bowls, platters, and all utensils for your cooking needs. We also have provided dishes, drinkware, and serving pieces for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. Basic spices, olive oil, cooking oil & spray, storage bags, aluminum foil, paper towel, and napkins will also be provided for your convenience.
A great night's sleep is our goal for each guest so our master bedroom has a BRAND NEW Tuft and Needle King size mattress with high-end linens, pillows, and bedding. The room comes with a 50 inch TV with wireless internet and free WIFI. There is a large closet with a dresser, 2 luggage racks, floor fan, small safe, and fabric clothes hangers. High-end linens and towels are provided.
Our second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds equipped with BRAND NEW Tuft and Needle mattresses. We provide high-end linens, pillows, and bedding for both along with towels. There is a large closet that provides a dresser, 2 luggage racks, floor fan and fabric clothes hangers. This room also has a 32 inch TV with wireless internet with free WIFI.
The newly updated retro-style bathroom comes with a magnifying mirror, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up remover wipes, make-up wash clothes, Kleenex, toilet paper, and bathmat.
The home includes a full-size stackable washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and the mudroom area has extra storage for beach towels, gear, shoes, and coats. We do provide beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach bags, and assorted beach toys & games for your use during your stay. We do ask that you please leave them when you depart for the next guests to enjoy!
Our Private back patio area will seasonally feature a stainless steel grill w/grilling utensils, large 8' picnic table & benches, and a sitting area with outdoor string lighting. We also have a 4' corn hole game for some outdoor fun!!
We have a keyless entry for your safety and convenience and we have parking in the driveway for 1-2 vehicles (depending on size). There is free parking across the street as well. ****Be sure to let us know how many and the size of vehicles you will be bringing so that we can do our best to accommodate them.
The Saugatuck Center for the Arts and downtown is one block from our location. We have put together a very detailed binder that will provide you with information for all of the restaurants, bars, shops, activities, rentals, tours, and events going on in the Saugatuck/Douglas Area.

This unit is safe for everyone and can be run 24-7. We will provide Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer for you to use during your stay. We want you to be able to relax and stay safe!

The house was so well maintained, clean, and had lots of extra items to make our stay wonderful. It was near several restaurants and shops within walking distance and the beach was an easy 10 minute drive. The owner provided several recommendations prior to our trip that helped with planning. It was so easy to communicate with her as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Saugatuck. Had a girls weekend and this place did not disappoint. Clean, cozy, and loaded with extra amenities. We even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us. It’s within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants. Quiet residential location. The communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I visited Saugatuck for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our accommodations were perfect. The house was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the location was quiet and in walking distance to a lot of shops, fantastic restaurants and ice cream parlor. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Tracy was also extremely responsive to any and all communication. I would highly recommend ! You will not be disappointed.

This super clean house was so beautiful and well appointed! We loved walking back in the door each time after our adventures in Saugatuck and the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to create lasting memories with my mom and mother-in-law. Everything truly was perfect with super comfortable bedding, and great things behind every cupboard and in every drawer. The walk into Saugatuck was super easy and area felt very inviting.

Tracy’s home has everything you could need! My husband’s exact words when we arrived: “Tracy knows what she’s doing!” She has put so much thought into her guests comfort and convenience. Her place is a short walk to everything and an amazing base for exploring the Saugatuck/Douglas area. Really loved the beach items that were available to use; my son got hours of play out of the beach toys and we all appreciated the variety of items provided. Tracy is a generous host who is easy to communicate with and has made this home a wonderful destination. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

The proximity of this home to the adorable city of Saugatuck is priceless! And the impressiveness doesn't end there. This home is clean, stocked better than any place I've ever rented & so comfortable. Communication with the host was easy & we don't have any single remark on what could be improved! This was our third time staying in Seaglass as a family of four. We love the location, the great amenities and quality of the house, and the many personal touches that make staying in Seaglass feel so special. Hands down one of our all-time favorite vacation rentals ever.

This property was absolutely perfect. Everything was squeaky clean. The location is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but also easy walking distance to downtown Saugatuk was perfect. Tracy could not be easier to work with and even texted us during our stay letting us know about events around town. It was almost like having a friend in town! We visit Saugatuck every year and hope to stay here again.

From booking to the last day, Tracy was on constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. She provided us with wonderful recommendations based on what we wanted to do during our trip. The house was beautifully decorated. From the stocked white noise machines in the bedroom to the stocked kitchen with plates, glasses,etc. We had such a great time and you can't beat the location! We will definitely be back again!

This property was one of the best! Tracy was an amazing hostess. She provided so many things to make our stay comfortable and easy. She truly thought of everything from the step stools to reach top shelves, to the laundry and dishwashing detergent to scissors and tape!!! I was thoroughly impressed. The blankets, towels and bedding were super comfortable. The location is just perfect! We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back!

Tracy's property is lovely! It was immaculately clean, well appointed and full of thoughtful touches. From our welcome gift to the binder of information about the local area, she has thought of everything. She even provided beach towels, bags and chairs for our use if we needed them! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The location was quiet, yet close to town and perfect for walking everywhere. Tracy was quick to respond to any questions we had and offered fun suggestions for current happenings in the area. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Tracy!!

Perfect location. Clean and cute
This house was just perfect. The location was right downtown Saugatuck. We went to the theater which was right across the street. We went to the market. We walked to outdoor yoga. We played pickle ball and walked there. We walked to dinner breakfast and to shops. We also walked to the chain fairy that took us across to oval beach. Super fun. The house was immaculate. And our host was just amazing. We locked her self out of the rental house and she helped us right away. We will be back. What a great place to stay

Great location, very clean house
This property is the cleanest we have ever stayed in! It is so nice to park the car in the driveway and walk to the stores and restaurants in town. Definitely recommend for small families or groups - Tracy was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. We look forward to coming back!

Couples Getaway
Just spent three days in Saugatuck for a couples getaway. This was our first trip and already thinking how we can go back. The location was perfect! We loved walking the town and checking out the shops and dining. The house was immaculately clean and had any amenity you would need. Tracy made check in and out a breeze. It was exactly what we needed for our getaway!

My family of 4 had an amazing stay at the Beach Glass. The home is super nice and clean. Tracy makes the check in and check out process so easy. She offered lists of fun things to do during our stay. The location is super convenient and we felt very safe! We will definitely be back!

A few weeks before our arrival, she sent us a list she compiled of attractions, events, and restaurants in the Saugatuck area. She went to the trouble to mark the list to indicate which restaurants are vegetarian-friendly. We were really surprised, because she remembered that we’re vegetarian even though we’d mentioned it only once, more than two months earlier when we made our reservation.
We went to the Farmers Market in Saugatuck (a block from the house) and the one in Holland, walked on Oval Beach, hiked in a Saugatuck park, visited the Wishbone Animal Rescue in Douglas and the Saugatuck-Douglas Historical Society Museum (both wonderful), and had a great time.
The only problem with our stay was that it was too short!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Beach Glass. It was clean, cute, and Tracy was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. We will definitely hope to stay there again!

Tracy's rental home is adorable, very clean, quiet and no detail forgotten!! You name it, I think it is there for use in kitchen, bath, bedrooms, etc. Even a cute patio behind the home for hanging out if weather is suitable. The home is just a short walk to Downtown (shopping and restaurants), short drive to Oval Beach & Mt. Baldwin Park and easy to access if checking out other beach towns along Route 196. Was perfect for time with a girlfriend and to see the tulips in Holland. Would definitely stay again!
