I absolutely loved my stay here. Great neighborhood, great apartment. It was clean and well stocked. The host was amazing at communication and attentiveness.
The only tiny issue was the street noise. The host cannot help that but I wanted people to know the street noise is a little loud. I would still stay here again based on how great everything else was.

It was dangerous walking up the stairs with no lights on.
Other than that, it was fine. Thank you.

For my husband and me, the best thing about this apartment was its location. We could easily walk to Coolidge Corner, Brookline Village, and--most important--our daughter's condo. The apartment was on the second floor, so not too bad for our arthritic knees. It was clean and updated, and the overhead lighting was terrific. It made it seem bright even on dark days. Kama and her crew were very responsive to any needs we had, and they were a pleasure to communicate with.
There were really only two negatives--first, it had only two window AC units (in the bedrooms), and on really hot days, it was somewhat uncomfortable in the living room and kitchen (and the units were noisy). But we knew this ahead of time and had decided we were were willing to live with it. Second, there is a lot of furniture (and a large L-shaped sofa), and that made the apartment seem even smaller than it was. I recommend getting rid of the sofa (which was also saggy), and replacing it with a smaller sofa and two chairs in front of the windows.

Family of 3 - came into town to see a show and do some local college tours. This is a good place…clean, comfortable beds, parking available (for extra cost) Easy drive to everything in the city. It’s a little more pricey than I think it’s worth, especially compared to local hotels. But we enjoyed our stay.

Short walk from the subway down a nice street. Felt safe the whole time even walking back from Fenway late at night. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

We stayed here to move in my son to BU it was perfect. Super convenient location we walked to kenmore square, brookline village, coolidge corner (20 min walks) abd also walked along the emerald necklace (muddy river). Very quiet building and had everything we needed. Having parking was critical and that was great.

Great apartment, perfect location, communication with property manager was easy…we needed a last minute parking spot and there was no problem with obtaining it. We were three people—my husband and I and our seventeen year old daughter for a college touring trip. The apartment was perfect! Easy access to all the schools in the area. Great restaurants within walking distance. The washer and dryer on the first floor were easy and convenient (take quarters if you are planning on using them). It was a little warm one night and so we used the AC and it worked great. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it was fully equipped. We were not able to arrange early or late check in/out because the apartment is in high demand but that’s part of the contract. We highly recommend this apartment!

This home suited all of our needs. Super clean, nicely decorated, and easy walk to Fenway (which is where we were going.) Could not have asked for better communication with the host. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the neighborhood and the property. Close walk to parks and the Trader shoes for supplies. A manageable 20 minute walk to Fenway along the Muddy River trail. Lovely neighborhood, beautiful houses, clean and very safe. We had my 87 year old dad who did struggle a bit with the walk up to Unit 4, but otherwise a perfect location. Comfortable beds, all we needed provided in the kitchen, bath etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It’s tough for our family of 5 to be comfortable in a hotel so finding this Vrbo in a great neighborhood in Boston was a gem! The apartment was very clean with more than we expected provided! My only warning to guests is to be prepared if you need to do laundry. The machines only take quarters and apparently there is a quarter shortage in Boston… who knew?!? Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for an excellent stay!

This apartment is in close proximity to the hospitals in Boston( Dana Farber/ Brigham and Women's). It's only a 5 minute ride/ 15 minute walk to them! It's small, but very clean and well supplied with essentials. And it's in a quiet neighborhood, even with the train going by right behind it! A big plus is that they have parking behind the building, which you have to pay for( but at a more reasonable rate)! I would definitely stay again, if need be!

Location - perfect, many restaurants within one mile and public transportation readily available. We were able to get Ubers with five minute or less waits.
Accommodations :
Very nice welcome basket! Thank you!
Kitchen well appointed
Living Room- comfortable with a large screen TV
Bedrooms- very comfortable beds and high quality linens.
Bathroom- Has everything you need.
The entire apartment was clean and well appointed. It appears it was recently remodeled and updated. The decor is trendy. The owners have made an attempt to anticipate your every need. Coffee - yes, Tea- yes, sweeteners, dishwasher detergent, it goes on and on any item you will need is there… even makeup remover towelettes, cotton balls, Qtips, etc..,
All pictures are accurate.
While normally you would have no need to contact the management, when you do they are extremely responsive. We requested a hour later check out and they accommodated.
We will definitely be repeat customers with STAR. (Short Term Rentals).

Really nice unit-exactly as described. We stayed during a terrible heat wave and the AC units performed well. Very clean and well stocked. If you plan to do laundry, bring quarters as there is no change machine!

Great stay
We enjoyed the location of the apartment the most. We walked a short distance, through a nice neighborhood, to a T stop. We went downtown to see all the historical sites and then we went to Fenway and back for a concert. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
We did have a problem with keys at check in, but after a couple late night phone calls, it was all worked out.

Good place to stay with kids in Boston
We stayed here for 2 nights while checking out some sites in Boston. It was a quiet property, and it worked well for us and our 2 kids. The property management was responsive, but there were some small issues. One of the keys didn't work well in the front door to the building, which made it so I had to walk around the building to get in the back door until we figured it out. Also, the parking spot they assigned us was at the opposite end of the lot. Lastly, one of the twin bedframes was super squeaky. But it was a nice apartment with a comfortable couch and the check in emails were helpful. I appreciated the snacks and bottled water, plus all the toiletries in case we had something missing. Very thoughtful.

College Tours!
We were 2 moms with our 2 high school daughters on our spring break to visit the east coast for college tours. This apartment fit us perfectly. It is very cozy, the beds are really comfortable, the shower nice, and the kitchen had everything we need. Trader Joe's is close by for groceries and there is ample transit options. The neighborhood is near many of Boston's colleges and universities. For those with a car, there is a very convenient parking spot in the back. We appreciate the 5 star communication with management, they were always quick to respond to any questions. An excellent choice, you won't be disappointed.
