Very old property. Bills itself as a resort, ( with additional resort fee), no restroom in lobby, had to use adjoining public restroom in a food court mall. Staff really not flexible to meet needs..

Hotel tried to get us two double beds instead of the king I had a reservation for. Had to switch room. Parking was really tight but convenient because adjacent to Hotel Lobby.
our new room was located on the 8th floor and the elevator was not working at the time of our departure.
Room was clean, was a very tight squeeze in the bathroom, overall i found it fine but overpriced

Well licated, clean, spacious rooms

The front desk staff put us in a room right next to the ice machine which ran all night long to keep the ice cold. Plus there was construction going on so we basically got no sleep. And I find it hard to believe the staff didn’t know about the construction.
And on top of that the couple next to our room fought past midnight and we had to call the front desk to intervene.

Great location, very friendly service, comfortable room and inexpensive parking.

Staying here made our hospital visit easy and we sleep well.

Decent place. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay. I will be back!

The room was clean, but it had an awful smell. I cannot explain the smell. It was a funky bad odor. We were able to change rooms. The new room didn’t smell as bad, but still had the odor. For $400 for the night plus $25 for parking plus a $30 facility fee, def not worth it. I feel bad for those who have no choice but to pay that amount because they are there for the hospital services. We went to a game. Also, no coffee downstairs, etc. Way overpriced.

Close to medical center. Lots of food choices - mostly unhealthy fast food. But by the number of sick people in the surrounding hospitals, it’s what people want.

Easy and convenient

The stay was medical. Been going once a year for 20. Very convenient.

Clean comfortable rooms and air worked great. 15 minute walk to Fenway and 10 minutes to trillium

This works well only if you’re going to the hospitals in the area.
The only issue was check out was noon - we asked for 12:30 we were told no.
Hotel staff came around twice to make sure we were leaving at noon

We stayed here because we had a concert at Fenway Park. Very convenient location with parking. Plenty of restaurants and other conveniences nearby. Short walk to Fenway. Clean room and very friendly staff!

Soap dispenser in room was empty and bathroom needs update. Onsite bar and restaurant was closed on weekend- only open for breakfast. Service was excellent but food was average.

Bathroom floor was not cleaned, hair on the floor and walls.

Worked well

Very convenient location for events at Fenway. Large food court made it easy for us to get what we needed. On site parking was a good benefit.
5.0
Good location for being able to walk to a concert at Fenway Park and nice having a restaurant and food court in the same building. Parking was cheap for Boston…$20 for 24 hours.

Stayed because my relative was having major surgery next door and this place was perfect and walking distance.

The room #530 was unsuitable no window or proper air. The hotel was unable to move us the first night and was hardly sorry. Also parking the first night wax a chore. The lot was full and the line attendant was overworked.

We arrived early before the 3pm check in time and was rudely told check in time is 3pm, by a woman who barely looked up from her phone to speak to me. So be prepared to wait in long lines at 3pm!!

This was a wonderful hotel. From the staff to the room we had zero complaints. They had a restaurant and a food court so there were many options to choose from. It is within walking distance of hospitals, colleges, shopping, and all the sights as well! Highly recommend!

Clean and in walking distance ro Fenway
10.0
Very clean room and located near Fenway Park which was key for us. Parking was available and reasonable.

It was very close to the hospital which was our primary objective for my moms surgery, but otherwise wouldnt stay there again. The rooms were tiny, not in great condition, the windows were super thin so you heard everything going on outside, the beds were not very comfortable in either of the rooms that we booked between our family, which is unfortunate because its so expensive.

Easy parking in the garage, clean and well taken care of. Check in was also very quick and easy.

parking made unloading and loading of car very easy

Great spot for an overnight option.

We found food wrappers when we checked in the first night. The restaurant was closed on July 4. Only places close you needed an Uber. Nothing in walking distance. Food court nothing to brag about. Just not impressed for the money.

The hotel was convenient. It was clean. The bed not so comfortable and the ac unit directly next to the bed is uncomfortable

Price is a little too much.

Very nice! Would recommend 😊
4.0
The staff at the check in unfriendly and rude. The lobby is small and unattractive. The hotel is old and does not smile. The bedroom is small but the bathroom was so small the door had to be left open and being on the 8th floor there was very little water pressure. It is overpriced but the only thing that has going for it was location across from the Joslin Clinic. If someone does stay they charge much more than Expedia and add a facility charge along taxes. I won’t be back .
