About this apartment rental
If you are looking to break free of your daily routine and explore all that Asheville has to offer, make a run for Blue Ridge Escape. This west-facing one-bedroom, one-bath condo with 120-degree skyline views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the heart of downtown Asheville and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home.
As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an awe-inspiring view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the dining space and living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The dining table seats four, providing ample space to work remotely or connect over dinner. In addition to the dining table, Blue Ridge Escape also seats three at the breakfast bar. The living room has a sleeper sofa for two, and two accent chairs, providing a romantic haven to snuggle with your significant other or furry friend and witness the sunset with your favorite evening beverage in hand. For entertainment, enjoy a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi to stream your favorite binge worthy shows. Blue Ridge Escape features a sliding glass window in the living room which opens, allowing in fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the city and mountains beyond - a perfect way to wake up in the morning and wind down in the evening.
Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, a chaise lounge for reading or regarding the sweeping views of north Asheville and the mountains beyond, and a 55” cable TV. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.
The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods.
Blue Ridge Escape is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.
Blue Ridge Escape is pet-friendly with guests permitted to bring a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Blue Ridge Escape.
Access
After you book your stay in Blue Ridge Escape, you will receive a confirmation email and text messages. In the confirmation email there will be a link to electronically sign the lease agreement. We require this to be signed and returned before we will release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.
Parking
When you book your stay at Blue Ridge Escape, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking which is included in your booking for one car. You will have full access to come and go as you please. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.

Included in your stay at Blue Ridge Escape is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

This was a great property in the heart of downtown Asheville. Communication before and during our stay was great. The check in and out process was a breeze. The property was perfectly appointed with beautiful views of downtown and the nearby mountains. We would defintely stay here again.

This place has everything you would need to make your stay stress free. You can walk to almost everything. Probably the most dog friendly location I have ever seen. Next time we will bring our dog. Definitely will stay here again.

This was the best home rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot! The apartment had stunning views and everything was brand new. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was amazing to have all of the amenities of a hotel, including the concierge, the free wine at happy hour, coffee in the morning and valet parking. But the best part was the location. You can’t get more central to the action. We were able to walk everywhere…to restaurants, bars, breweries and tours. We will be back!

We stayed in this condo for a week and loved everything about it. It was very clean and well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Fantastic views of the city and of the mountains off in the distance, along with the evening sunset. Plenty of supplies, including coffee (didn’t have to buy any all week). The valet parking was easy and convenient, and we used the gym several times during our stay. And finally, the location was perfect. We could walk to shops, restaurants and a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods for groceries. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Asheville.

This property was absolutely amazing! The pictures just can't do justice for the amazing views. Our entire experience was superb from start to finish. Even though the weather wasn't the best and we could only go hiking 1 day, we didn't mind relaxing in the condo and just watching the view as out back up plan. So many great restaurants and stores were literally just steps away, everyone that worked at the building was super friendly and we really liked the vibe in the building. We will definitely stay here again next time we come.

We could not have chosen a nicer place than this! The view of the city is amazing, and it’s right in the heart of everything. “At the top of the hill” they say. The space was extremely clean, amenities were plentiful, and the bed slept great. The only knock would be the street music filtering up late at night, but that was only on the weekend. We could see ourselves living here. HIGHLY recommended!!

What a Fabulous Location central to everything in Asheville!
Bonnie the property manager was one of the friendliest and most helpful people we have ever met. This VRBO was perfect for pets as the Kimpton Hotel located on site was VERY pet friendly.
The Valet Manager Holland and Jonathan at the front door could not have been any nicer!

Asheville has a great downtown area, with a lot happening on the streets all of the time. this is the perfect location if you want to experience downtown Ashville at its best. Other than touring the River Arts District and Biltmore everything is a walking distance.
My only criticism is that you need to bring codes with you for things like Net Flicks because you cannot watch TV otherwise. Renters need to be told this in advance. Great views, well-appointed and friendly staff.

Memorial Day weekend in Asheville 2022
Asheville has a great downtown area, with a lot happening on the streets all of the time. this is the perfect location if you want to experience downtown Ashville at its best. Other than touring the River Arts District and Biltmore everything is a walking distance.
My only criticism is that you need to bring codes with you for things like Net Flicks because you cannot watch TV otherwise. Renters need to be told this in advance. Great views, well-appointed and friendly staff.

40th Birthday Weekend
We had a great weekend in Asheville just the 2 of us. The condo was gorgeous and could see the mountains in the distance from every room. Everything was walkable. All of the “must see” foodie restaurants and bars were walkable distance. The trolley pick up was right across the street and took us to the RAD, biltmore village, and Grove Park Inn. We never pulled the car out of valet the entire time we were there. The food on site was amazing as well as the bar/lounge area, In fact it was my favorite of all the ones around we walked to see. The spa massage therapist was 10 stars and helped me with some back pain so I could enjoy the trip. Still thankful for him. Everyone we came in contact with was SUPER friendly and ready to help with what we needed whether the valet, bar tender, front desk, waitress, massage therapist, and management company.

A million dollar view......
We booked a 3 night stay in celebration of my husbands birthday. We have stayed in Asheville in various locations at least 30 different times in the past 10 years. This has been by far the best place we have stayed. The views are amazing! The condo windows are wall to ceiling throughout, which was incredible. The condo deco was simple and tasteful and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is Prime.... right in the center of downtown Asheville and close to Everything! We enjoyed a night in with room service and excellent food from the on-site restaurant. The valet was super friendly and helpful!

Perfect space and location
We've stayed at the Grand Bohemian, Grove Park, Windsor, and the Kimpton itself in Asheville. I'd recommend this apartment over all of them. Simply the best of both worlds. You cannot go wrong- tons of space, phenomenal views (who needs a rooftop bar?!), and a full kitchen. Outstanding.
