Offering spectacular views of the ocean and river. Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 3 Bedroom/3 Bath which includes 12x14 media room/bonus room that is used a 4th bedroom.
Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding.
You walk right into the dining area where there is a sleek black dining room table 4 chairs and a bench seat that seats 6, as well as 6 additional bar chairs at the high top. To the left of the dining room table you have a gorgeous large chef imported kitchen. Black granite covers the counters, with large cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances fill the background. At the far end of the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The living room is to the right of the dining room table. It boasts a gorgeous sectional couch big enough to fit the whole family, and a flat screen smart tv, as well as a private balcony entrance.
Master bedroom has an ocean view with a king size bed, flat screen smart tv, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bath has a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks, and a garden tub.
2nd guest bedroom also has king size bed with large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance.
3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen smart tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance.
4th guest bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin Bunk beds.
Out on the balcony you have numerous seating options for not only eating but relaxing while watching the ocean waves roll in. Out on the balcony is also a nice grill for your enjoyment.

The back deck has a 80 ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy ocean waves.

1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. This covers you for any incidental damage done to the unit during your stay. Unfortunately VRBO's coverage limits haves guest paying $129 for $5,000 in coverage and it is just not enough when it comes to multi-million dollar properties. We do not want VRBO or ourselves to have to pursue a guest because of a crazy accident that exceeds their coverage limit and so we sought out that additional coverage to ensure you and us are safely covered.

We get two reserved parking spots in the upper garage that has a 7ft clearance. No additional parking spots. No outdoor parking. No trailers.

1. Wash & dry one load of towels (no folding needed)
2. Put dishes in dishwasher and start prior to leaving
3. Strip beds that were used and leave next to the bed
4. Take the trash out
5. Set AC back to 78
6. Make sure sliding doors are closed
7. All keys/fobs left on the table
8. Report if anything was broke or lost during your stay
9. Let Lucas know once you have departed

I always enjoy Ocean Vistas. Spacious rooms are very well maintained and clean. Everyone is together and yet you have enough rooms that everyone has their privacy. Relaxation at it's best

The place was HUGE! It had plenty of room for everyone. It was a great set up. It was awesome being able to air out on the balcony and see the ocean! Communication with the property manager was great. He let me know a sink was broken and came over to fix it himself in a matter of 2 days and fixed the jet tub. The walk in shower with 2 shower heads was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool table in the rec room. Parking was great bc we had 2 assigned spots which we needed. The couch was very comfortable and bigger than I thought it was going to be in the pictures. The location was great bc it was just a short drive or walk to a lot of places to eat, shop and so on! The only negative thing I have to say is the hot tub want hot, it was luke warm and the pools heating system wasn't working so the ocean was the warmest water.... Which was okay with me bc I LOVE the ocean but it would have been nice to have a comfortable pool to swim in and hot tub to relax in. But overall it was an awesome week and everyone enjoyed the selves.

We had a very good time and it was nice to come “home” to a very clean place to relax and sleep. The view was outstanding and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was amazing. It was a vacation I will never forget.

This was a perfect condo for little ones, all one level so no stairs to worry about. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own private space, rooms are very spacious and kitchen area is nice and open. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful week here. Awesome ocean view from the balcony. Would love to come back again!

We had 10 adults staying in this 4 bedroom condo and it was very spacious. There is plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with the toilets and the owner was very quick to respond and fix them. The complex was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

I guess if I had to make a negative comment, the Keurig coffee maker still had a used K-cup in the holder when we went to make our first cup. Might want to double check that when cleaning. Other than that, our collective impression was very positive. My daughter and son-in-law commented it’s the nicest VRBO experience we have encountered.
The weather, on the other hand, was terrible! But you don’t get to pick that, and there’s plenty of shopping spots to occupy the time.

This condo was excellent. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We were not crowded at all. This is a very roomy condo. The beds are very comfortable. You are very safe and secure with their parking garage and do not have to worry about anything being taken out of your car. Excellent communication with host.

We had a great stay at this condo over the 2021 holiday break. Two families with 4 kids with a wide age range. Lots of comfortable space for our large group. Well stocked kitchen, large patio with great view, great pool area. Will definitely return.

We couldn't figure out the single serve coffee maker so had to revert to making a whole pot everyday. Hence the 30 new K cups we left for the next guests. The water pressure in the toilets was a little lacking so some had to go to the public restroom on the 2nd floor. There was no clothing storage in the bunk bed room, so you have to live the week out of your suitcase if you get that bedroom.
