Condo was amazing. Wry clean and check in process was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was our neighbors above us had a drone that was staring at us as we watched the sunrise. Felt very much like a violation of our privacy. Other than that we would highly recommend this establishment. It was our second stay too in the same large condo.

This rental was perfect for our extended family. Great location, really nice amenities, and a spacious unit my kids called “5 stars” haha!
The kitchen was fantastic, lots of space to cook and have multiple people fixing meals. The view was so nice, you can see the beach and the back river (where the beautiful sunset was every night) with a really nice wide patio that our crew of 9 could all relax on at the same time. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were big and clean. The beach out front had a nice mix of people from nearby condominiums, ice cream truck came by every day. Pool was clean and a good temp. Hot tub was perfect for a cooler day when it rained. We used the game room with the pool table one night and the gym daily. Parking deck had a couple of spots to put ice in our cooler and an area to clean off sand after a day at the beach.
Only negatives to me: the pull out couch in the back bedroom was a little small and had a very thin mattress, even for our 6 and 8 year old. We opted for the queen blowup mattress that was provided and the kids were happy. WiFi/cell service at the gym wasn’t great, but not a big deal.
Overall would 100% recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at ocean vistas. Beautiful condo, great views, great property. Super convenient. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the safety of the property. We would stay again. 10 out 10 would recommend this property.

The condo was very nice. It was supplied with towels, beach toys, beach chairs , beach towels. Had several coolers. Kitchen had several spices. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Plenty of extra blankets pillows etc. kitchen was well stocked. Only downfall we found was the ice maker didn’t make much ice. You got only about 15 cubes every 4-5 hours.

We loved our stay - the condo was just perfect!
The proximity to the beach was super convenient - and the beachfront pool and hot tub was a great option if the waves or sand go to be too much. Most days there was a great food truck right on the beach by the building - and every day an ice cream truck drove down the beach multiple times.
The condo itself was beautiful and extremely spacious. Everything was in working order and the kitchen was well appointed. The only negative was that most of the mattresses (particularly the two queen beds) were in desperate need of being replaced.
We had a great time and would gladly return!

Great place to stay
The condo is amazing and the balconie is wonderful. It was so clean and they had everything you could think of. I seen reviews saing rules were very strict and it made me nervous having smaller kids with us. But we had no issues everyone we met waa very nice.

Always a pleasure
We discovered Oceans Vista several years ago with this unit being the first one we’ve stayed in. We’ve audition several others only to keep coming back “home”.
The unit is always clean, comfortable and just feels like home to us. Reservations are already made for next year, the kids are already counting down.

Great location and exceptional property manager
This condo was by far one of the best I have ever stayed at. It was exceptionally clean and all the furniture, appliances, towels and other items were top shelf and in excellent shape.
Peggy and her staff were great to deal with and she responded quickly to any questions we had.
The condo is very large and easily accommodated my party of 3 adults and three teenagers. The pool and other amenities were were also in good shape. The balcony had two electric grills which was great as it enabled us to BBQ.
I would stay in the condo again without any hesitation and will use again in the future.

This condo has just about everything you could need. Very spacious, plenty of room for 10 of us. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The balcony was awesome, can enjoy the sunset from there. Location was perfect.

Awesome Experience
Beautiful 4 bedroom ocean view condo in Daytona. Fully equipped with everything you need, from games, beach toys, to kitchenware! Building is excellent with great location close to center of Daytona Beach.
Most of all though we appreciated the service of the rental manager, Peggy. She was incredibly attentive and on the spot with any help we needed. I would recommend her and her rental agency anytime and will undoubtedly be working with her in the future. Overall a fantastic family experience with a beautiful property and an amazingly friendly management company With Peggy in charge!

This space was beautiful. Amazing views and huge balcony.
We comfortably fit 10 guests in this condo, which had an amazing patio and great ocean views. Place was clean and well appointed. We completely enjoyed our stay. Could use a few things in the kitchen like better knives and some more pots for cooking, but otherwise we were very happy.

Three families in one condo .
Three families stayed in the condo. Had plenty of room. Everything was very clean and beautiful. Good restaurants nearby. Hope to go back again.

room 702 was good
we've stayed at Ocean Vistas many times. We have always been directly in front of the ocean vs. on the side as all 4 bedroom condos here are. i was concerned with the view of the ocean but was greatly surprised as this unit still has great views along with the river and sunsets from the balcony. a few minor irritations were somewhat corrected such as burned out light bulbs needed to be replaced and the stove vent fan and lights didn't not work properly. if we had to choose "the worse" it deff. was the artificial flowers and chandeliers in need of a good dusting, the mattresses were very soft (too soft for us) and the odd, over complicated microwave controls. However, those 3 issues are very minimal aggravations and not even actual complaints. ALSO, just know Ocean Vistas is and always has been properly managed. Meaning this is a very strict, rules in forced condo association - which we like and enjoy as there is no "riff raff" and immature shenanigans that i have to deal with - management handles it themselves.

Good, but could be better...
This condo is a great property, in a really nice location. I realize that the condo association doesn't want it to look like a hotel, no problem. The mandatory tour is repeated time and time again, I get that too. I might suggest that a tour by the listing company might be in order before the guests check in. If that had been done, we might have had toilet paper in at least one of the bathrooms. Also, if the soap dispensers in the master bath are not going to be filled, it might make sense to remove them from the shower. Good business practices would be to let prospective clients know that soap is not provided, if you're not going to provide it.
A few bumps getting started, but a really good time had following that.

Amazing vacation
This condo was absolutely outstanding!! It made our family vacation an absolute fabulous time. Each family had their own space and the common area was spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed. The people were so welcoming and kind. We had a fantastic time. We would highly recommend this location for a family vacation. Thank you so much for everything. It was a wonderful week. Wish we could have stayed longer. Our grand babies had a wonderful time as well.
