Reham was such a great host! Perfect communication, house stocked with all necessities, great location, extremely clean! Would stay here again definitely!

Enjoyed being close to Glen Lake and time on the water. Glen Arbor is a quaint town. Took a long day trip to Mackinac Island. MI is a beautiful state and we had a great relaxing time with our family.

The property had everything g we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time

We really liked the open concept of kitchen, dining area and living room area. It was nice to have the indoor entertaining activities like pool table, ping pong downstairs so you could still talk and visit upstairs. We took advantage of the fire pit and made s’mores, while enjoying the outdoors. We did walk down to beach several times and took advantage of the ice cream shop on way back.

House perfect size for our friends/ family gathering of 13! Lots of space. Game room downstairs was perfect for the many teenagers. Outside social area was also great! Location is a bit away from Glen Arbor… about 10 min. Kids enjoyed paddle board and kayak. House is packed with everything you need! Beds were comfy…. House was very clean. Our host was super helpful with check in and all reminders.

My family and I had a great experience staying at the Hilltop Haven property! Very nice home - comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Kayak and paddle board were a nice bonus. Open floor plan, comfortable beds, front deck and back yard sitting area made it a very comfortable and relaxing vacation with our extended family. We also rented a boat and jet skis in Glen Arbor a short distance away. We highly recommend this property and would definitely like to come back. Thank you!

This was our fifth time visiting northern Michigan for the summer, and we wanted to stay closer to Sleeping Bear instead of Traverse City, and this VRBO was exactly what we were looking for. We traveled with two other families with kids and everyone had space to spread out. The house is well-appointed with everything that you could possibly need for a vacation—from a well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room to games and entertainment both indoors and in the backyard. The owners were very communicative and responsive and gave great suggestions. It’s nicely located close to many outdoor activities, and is about 30 minutes east of downtown TC. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would love to stay here again.

I booked this VRBO a while back, while planning a large friend gathering near the TC area to do some wine tasting and exploring the area.
The property owners has been great with communication and keeping me informed. They allowed my group and early check in, which was super appreciated and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had leading up to the stay and during our stay.
This house/property looks exactly like the pictures posted and is fully stocked with everything you could need! The kitchen was full stocked, bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, toiletries, towels, etc., the house had lots of extra blankets and linens for use.
The property is located less than a 5 minute walk from private lake access. They also include use of kayaks, life jackets, bikes, etc. to enjoy while here. There a bar/restaurant and a little ice cream shop that has alcohol and other last minute needs in walking distance. It’s about a 20-30ish minute drive to downtown Traverse City.
This property was comfortable and had everything my large group needed for our long weekend stay. It’s close to things you might need/want to access. It’s in a quiet little quaint town and was just overall a wonderful experience!

My friends and I stayed at the “Hilltop Haven” for a bachelorette party and had a great time. Living room/kitchen is a great open concept for a large group. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Lawn was great for games.

We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the convenient walk to Glen Lake, great ice cream at the conner party store, French restaurant at end of the street. We highly recommend.

My family and I had a fabulous stay! We stayed at Enrico’s property for a week while we were in town for a family wedding. The house was absolutely beautiful. Fit all 14 of us comfortably. Enrico was also extremely responsive to all questions we had during our stay and responded within minutes. We highly recommend staying at this property for a family getaway!!

Family reunion.
The house was exactly as shown in the photos, large, well stocked, clean and updated. The managers were available for questions. We loved the house. Is is a 5 minute walk from Settlers Park which is the beach access accross from a main road so that is the only drawback but we knew that prior to renting the house.

Summer 2022 in MI
This home was very well equipped for cooking, resting, having personal space, with plenty of outdoor eating space. It took us about 10 min to drive to Glen Arbor, the shopping, hiking and bike trails. Kayaking down the Crystal River was lovely.
I appreciated the comfortable beds and ample towels for our multiple showers after our outdoor activities. Always had hot water and filtered water to drink. Great kitchen in general.
We could access the lake at the end of our road, but not beach was available..just grass on the shore.

Family Vacation
This place was perfect and just what our extended family of 16 needed. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the hosts were proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and made sure to communicate very quickly and efficiently.

House was beautiful. Enough privacy with 4 bedrooms and a big enough common area upstairs and downstairs in the game area for all of us to be together.
Backyard was awesome with 2 fire pits.
Nice locatoin for someone looking to explore both Traverse City and Sleepy Bear Dunes but also having Glen Arbor close enough for a convenient restaurant/bar/coffee/grocery shoppping.
We made wonderful memories and would book again.
Hosts thought of everything we could possibly need!

Great Area!
We were up for a long weekend for the Ironman event in Frankfort. The area is really beautiful and we had a great time. The house was perfect for us to relax both before and after the race. We all had a blast! Thank you!

Highly recommend
As clean as they come. Hosts are there if you need them but just let you be otherwise. Easy 5 minute walk to the lake for sunsets, swimming and picnics. Only minor suggestion would be to work on the water pressure in the showers, if I were to be very picky.

We had a fantastic time with our extended family staying at your house! We each had plenty of space and found the house incredibly clean and updated. We rented a boat regularly to enjoy the lake, and the kids loved hanging out in the bottom floor with all of the games! We highly recommend this home to large or small groups.

Luxury near Glen Lake
This property near Glen Lake is a beautiful home with spacious living areas. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are more than adequate to accommodate the eight adults and six children under the age of 13. Everything we would possibly need was provided in the kitchen. Numerous plates, silverware, pots and pans, basic seasonings and spices, coffee makers and supplies, and dish towels made making meals a breeze. The dishwasher worked great. There is seating for six at the kitchen counter and eight chairs around a dining room table.
An added bonus off the dining room is an outdoor porch with seating and a railing that makes it safe for toddlers.
The four bedrooms are quite large with all linens provided. Everything was clean and fresh. Unlike some rentals In the area, there was no musty smell associated with lake rentals. All three bathrooms had plenty of towels, and the two full bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We felt like we were at a nice hotel.
The downstairs is well-lighted and has games, billiards, foosball , ping pong, couches, and a TV with streaming capability. The two downstairs bedrooms were large and had very comfortable beds. (Including bunk beds for children). The bathroom is right across from the two bedrooms and has a large shower.
When we first arrived the weather was hot, humid, and rainy. Rentals without AC would have been almost unbearable. This VRBO property has amazing air conditioning and made the first three days so much more enjoyable.
We grilled often on a large grill with plenty of propane. (2 extra backups in the garage!) In back is a wooded hill with two sitting areas—Large couches under an awning and a cast iron table and chairs with an umbrella with seating for eight. The owners have also provided two hammocks and three hammock chairs. Bring mosquito repellent. You are in northern Michigan.
Although the house is not on the lake, it is close to Good Harbor Beach, Port Oneida Beach, Glen Haven Beach, and many great hikes like Pyramid Point. There is also Old Settlers Park 1/2 mile away.
If you are looking for a great place to stay, run by friendly owners who respond to questions (texts and emails) almost immediately, you have come to the right place.

Hilltop Haven was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of everything for our large family. Well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, bath towels, indoor games, outdoor games and water activities, etc. It is centrally located to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire Beach, wineries, Glen Arbor...plenty to do!

We rented this property with family including four adults, two teens, and two young children. The house was a perfect setup with a large kitchen and dining area, and plenty of living space with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The outside patio was great, with a fire pit, cornhole, covered seating, and outdoor dining table. We were able to split the day between hanging out at the house and visiting attractions in the area including Sleeping Bear Dunes. Glen Arbor was a short 12 minute car ride away with restaurants and a grocery store. The only main issue the in-balance of the air conditioning. Our family members in the two downstairs bedrooms were freezing, while our family in the upstairs bedrooms were warm each night. We couldn't find a happy medium on the trip. But overall we really enjoyed the house and our vacation "up north"!

We stay at Glen Lake every summer and have done so for the last eight years. This was probably the best property we have found in terms of the house itself. Everything was clearly intended to make the rental experience as pleasant and easy as possible. There was nothing that we wanted that wasn’t there. I especially appreciated the many towels and dish towels and beach towels given our six kids under six!
The kitchen was well supplied and A really nice plus was a large pantry off the kitchen with lots of storage and utility closet where you could keep coolers and beach supplies.
The furnishings were light and easy to move around; there were few Knick knacks to be worried about, and those that were there were easily put away and moved back.
The many swings and hammocks and options for seating and eating inside and out were great. The fire pit was large and again lots of seating- there was even wood and kindling.
The washer and dryer were large capacity.
The hosts were super quick to respond and the information easy to understand.
The bedrooms were quite large downstairs and two of the closets were perfect for a pack n play.
We did not have a lot of requirements for cleanup before leaving which I appreciated- some houses have long lists. This was much more like being at a nice hotel.
The one drawback to be aware of is that the Closest access to the lake was very small and not really a beach. It was not a place you could hang out. However it worked fine to put in the kayak and paddleboard provided which was a nice plus. I guess one more downside was that we had to be careful for toddlers and infants because of the stairs and there door handles were easy to open - this is on a main road.
We highly recommended this property.

our stay was pleasant however we did have a couple of issues, if you want to watch television you had better have some type of streaming service, there is no satellite or cable TV. there is a projection screen that you have to hook your computer to which is barely visible. the BBQ grill is old and needs new burners and a good thorough cleaning. also the deck has multiple levels and there is no distinction between the levels. because of this my 90 year old mother was walking out the door and fell off the step fracturing one of her ribs. i went to the hardware and bought yellow caution tape to mark the steps for her. the back yard is nice, however you need tons of mosquito repellent if you want to sit out there. lastly my daughter found popcorn and candy wrappers shoved into the side of the couch along with rodent feces in pull out couch in the lower level
