About this house rental
Beautiful Lake Hamilton Waterfront home situated on almost 1 acre of landscaped yard. 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 12). Double boat dock with lifts available. Very conveniently located off Airport Road, near groceries, restaurants, fast food, donuts, liquor stores and more.
We are excited to share our "Happy Place" with you! The moment you drive up, the lake view will be waiting! You can enjoy the water even as you unpack! When you walk in, be prepared... the view will take your breath away! It's all windows and ALL LAKE VIEW from almost every room in the house! So, no matter what the Arkansas weather brings or how your mood shifts, you will get to enjoy the water! The home is situated on almost an acre of beautifully landscaped property! It's perfectly positioned for privacy and easy living. Spend your days and nights with your family and friends on one of 2 outdoor patios (upstairs and down), both with FULL gorgeous views of the lake. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs, you will enjoy the open floor plan, kitchen and living space with plenty of seating, conversation areas and a large dining table.There are 2 outdoor living spaces (both upstairs and down) to enjoy. The master is off the main living area with a king bed and attached bathroom with large jacuzzi tub, shower, double vanities and walk-in closet. The patio is right off the back of the house for maximum lake view and fluid indoor/outdoor living! The outdoor area has a sofa, chairs, large dining table and propane barbecue for your all day relaxing.
Downstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room, separate living area and another outdoor porch. The second bedroom also has a king bed and is attached to a bathroom. We have a bunk room downstairs with a set of Full and Twin bunkbeds. Lastly there is a memory foam sleeper sofa for more sleeping options. All beds are new and top quality memory foam, including bunks! Enjoy the lower deck area with a large swing and table and chairs!
Our focus was comfort! We wanted light and airy aesthetics, comfy furniture, great beds (memory foam mattresses), quality linens, a stocked kitchen and place that felt like home when we walked in. We hope you feel like we’ve accomplished just that during your stay!
We currently have 2 boat slips with lifts available in our boat dock. There is a swimming ladder off the back end of the dock and it's perfect for swimming to cool off! And the yard has endless opportunities for running around and laying out!

We have Wi-Fi through out the house and SMART TV’s with Roku in both Living areas (upstairs and down) and both King rooms.
We have ample parking for a group.
We are 8 miles from Oaklawn Casino.

Beautiful property and house. Our family of 9 vacationed here for the solar eclipse and it was amazing. The housel is fully stocked and very comfortable. Many areas to relax with incredible views of the lake.

We stay at a lot of properties. This one is a gem.
Location- It’s about 11 minutes from a grocery store and about 20 minutes from the heavy tourist areas which is my preference. Pizza & food delivery available. It’s a very quiet and peaceful location!
Kitchen ready! We made a meal and were about to make coffee in the mornings.
Loved the elegant and modern decor. Beds are superb- very comfy. Family friendly home with toys and games for kiddos and most importantly very clean! Beautiful views, even better in person!

We have stayed in several properties on Lake Hamilton and this home was was well beyond our expectations. It was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. It was truly amazing and Courtney was very helpful and responsive on everything. All I can say is “WOW”. Nothing in this house, property or location disappointed us at all. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY, for sure!!!!

Not a single complaint. This house had it all. No detail was missed by the owners of this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything. All rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sitting areas were in all of the right places. During our stay we had 2 families, 6 young kids (fit perfectly in the bunk room). There were toys, games, a basket of books, and lots of grass space outdoors they enjoyed running and playing in. The house was in a perfect location on the lake. We jumped off the end of the dock and paddle boarded without any worry of boat traffic coming near. We used Walmart grocery pick up, which was about 5 minutes from the house. This house is convenient to everything in town, and a short boat ride to marinas and restaurants. We hope to be back next year!

Loved this property. Great if you have a boat you need to dock or there was a rental available on property too with plenty of water sport options as well. Kitchen was well stocked, there were even lots of kids toys. Clean, beautiful and easy. Great location. Loved everything about it.

This is the most chill,laid back lake we’ve ever stayed on. Especially compared to lakes in Texas. The house is super nice and the owner seems well put together and knows how to interior design. 2 families could stay here, but we had 3 kids , 2 adults. It was perfect really and I would say we will be returning in a few years !

Everything about this rental was beautiful! The house was gorgeous and plenty large enough. The location was excellent and the view was just as pictured! The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed.

Great location on the water and boathouse was perfect for the kids
The location on the lake is perfect, great for boating, skiing, and pulling water toys. The boathouse is great for swimming and the lift makes it easy to access the boat and protect if from the waves. The house is great for a family to relax with a great view of the lake. Look forward to returning next year.

Excellent Stay on Lake Hamilton
As noted in other reviews, the property was well stocked with many of the accessories you would need during your stay (so while we brought some items we thought we would need based on stays at other properties) we really only needed our toothbrushes in the end.
Courtney was in touch with us with great advice in advance of our stay as well as heads up on repair people coming over to the property and was always available via text to answer questions we had during our stay.

Best Spot on the Lake!!
This was our first stay at this location, but will definitely not be our last! The house had everything we needed and more, and the view is gorgeous! Courtney was great to work with, and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location on the water and boathouse was perfect for the kids
This was our 5th time to stay at Lake Hamilton and it was the best experience for the five nights. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The lift was perfect for docking the boat. Plan to go back next year......

Our stay at the Hamilton Happy Place was simply incredible. We were ALL completely blown away. And Courtney could not have been a more perfect and gracious host. We were a party of 6, myself and my husband, our 18 year old boys and my parents. We came to Lake Hamilton for the first time (first time to Arkansas, as well!) to celebrate the boys high school graduations, and every day was perfect. The home is simply beautiful, sparkling clean, and stylishly and comfortably decorated. We had plenty of room to spread out! And the large decks off the back with the view of the lake...breathtaking!! Just perfect for evening drinks and dinner outside. We even saw lightning bugs at night over the beautiful lawn...and to this Arizona girl that was awesome! Haha!
The house is STOCKED! The kitchen was more equipped than my own kitchen at home, in fact the list of amenities and extra touches the house has is too long to list. Toothbrush and clothes is pretty much all you need! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bath towels plush, and the water pressure is great in the showers (and if you have long hair, you understand why that's important!).
Courtney...you guys knocked it out of the park. To those reading, if this listing is available, do not hesitate and book it.
We WILL be back. We were so sad to leave, and that's a sure sign of a great vacation!

We booked very last minute due to uncertainty of my daughter's basketball tournaments. The check in process was a breeze and the owner was prompt in communication. The house is very clean and cozy and in a great location with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the area and the neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. My daughter and I enjoyed our evening walks. My son and husband caught a lot of fish (mostly sunfish/bluegill and striper bass) from kayaks close to the home almost every evening. They had a blast fishing. We did some hiking at Crystal Vista and found some awesome rocks and crystals. We also hiked at Lake Catherine State Park (red trail) and enjoyed that as well. Hot Springs National Park is unique and we enjoyed exploring the town (unfortunately the bath houses were closed for touring inside). Also there is a Walmart, fast food and nicer restaurants very close to the home which was convenient. The homeowner had great communication and southern hospitality and gave us great tips on some awesome restaurants in the area that we enjoyed getting take-out. We went on a charter fishing trip at Lake Ouachita (less than an hour drive) and caught a few big fish and enjoyed being on the water. Nice all around vacation.

If you are looking for a rental home on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs AK, look no further. This home checks all the boxes.
I traveled to Hot Springs with my son (age 3), sister, brother-in-law, and niece (age 6). The layout of the home was perfect for our needs, as there were two rooms with king beds and a room with two bunk beds for the kids. When I ask my niece which part of trip was her favorite part, she says "the bunk beds". Having two sets of bunk beds turned out to be key because both kids had their hearts set on sleeping on the top bunk. Also, the house has two different lounge areas and balconies, so there was plenty of room to spread out and I didn't feel like our families were on top of each other. I don't know if it's mentioned in the property description, but there is a very large swinging bench on the lower balcony that is just amazing for relaxing and watching the water.
The house was immaculately clean and was the most well stocked VRBO rental I have ever seen. For real, Courtney (the owner) has thought of everything you might need while on vacation. The kitchen has more cookware and spices then my own kitchen at home. The interior is decorated beautifully and comfortably. The couches in the living room were perfect for lounging. All the beds were comfortable as well, including the bunk beds (I took a nap on one of the lower bunks waiting for my son to fall asleep for his nap).
The owner, Courtney, was fantastic. She was extremely responsive when I asked questions and seemed to genuinely want us to have a great vacation.
Because of COVID, we didn't go out much and ate all our meals at home (again, the kitchen has everything you'd want to eat in). We grilled out two nights for dinner. In terms of location, are primary activity was hiking in the Hot Springs National Park, and it was only a short drive to get to the bath houses and National Park visitor center. Hamilton Lake is beautiful. It was too cold to swim in the lake, but we did take a boat drive around the lake.
Overall, we had a great trip, and this home played a large part.

The property is very clean, well decorated, comfortable bedding, a fantastic view of the lake. Courtney the owner did everything possible to make our Christmas stay warm and charming including a Xmas tree and Xmas decorations throughout the house (some her artful children made). We come to stay in the area every year and this was tops.

Beautiful view, beautiful lake house!
My husband and I stayed here for a short 4 night fall getaway. It was above and beyond our expectations. The view from everywhere in the house is amazing. The home was comfortable, warm and inviting. Not to mention sparkling clean! Although it was only the 2 of us, the house is set up to accommodate a large group. It has great porches on both levels, and the home sits on beautiful lakefront property with a boat dock. The owner Courtney was so hospitable and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend this lake property for your next getaway!
