The Space:
This 1,112 sq ft condo/townhome sleeps up to 9 guests and is perfect for a family traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The condo is located in a large resort community called Vista Cay by Millenium is one of the best condo resorts in the area because they specialize in premium, personalized service with modern amenities. You’ll be greeted as if you were in a resort. The moment you arrive, a concierge and front desk staff are at your service.
The main spaces of the condo:
- A private 4th-floor balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or nice views of the resort.
- Open-plan living room with comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. There's direct access from the living room to the balcony.
- There's a dining room area with a table that can seat four people for a nice sit-down meal at home (and no need to tip a wait staff!) There's a peek-in window between the kitchen and dining area which is great for serving meals.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything you'd need to prepare meals at home! Even the essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning perk up and a dishwasher for easy cleanups!

There is no daily housekeeping service should you require cleaning services that can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
House Rules:

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

It’s hard finding a place for a big group so when we found this spot, we were so excited. It became a running joke in our group when we discovered one of the bunk beds in the walk in closet of one of the king beds. But it is also where old decorations and other things are stored so it’s a storage closet with bunk beds. One (half) roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, when your place is supposed to sleep as many as 7-8 is a little stingy, especially with how much it’s rented for. My friend stepped on nails coming up out of the carpet. None of the beds had blankets on them but when we finally found them tucked away they all smelled like mold and we had to wash them. There were cobwebs in the primary bedroom, like it hadn’t been cleaned. And the beds themselves were terrible. I literally sank into the middle of mine while my other friends bed was so hard she ended up on the couch. Bare necessities are provided in the kitchen, including just one trash bag for the whole visit. It’s crazy that in todays travel world, there is no care given to amenities. Next time we’ll pick an actual hotel. The resort itself is nice but this particular rental was subpar.

Overall the property wasn’t terrible. I believe every unit may be different but honestly, our unit was pretty outdated as far as furniture is concerned. Also, the televisions are extremely small, the carpet could use cleaning, and there are quite a few rules. The AC couldn’t drop below 72° and the access cards that they stress that you not misplace were never in the unit to begin with. Overall it wasn’t terrible but the until could use quite a few upgrades.

Check in was not smooth at all, some our fault, some the owners fault (according to VRBO help desk) condo was nice but needs updated beds, shower heads and someone needs to clean the vents, extremely dirty and gross. Only 2 rolls of TP for 5 ppl is unreasonable. Appearance is condo overall is nice, however pool

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it is a great location for everything you want and need all within close driving. The clubhouse is right next door and the pool area is a great spot to relax with family.
My only negative is the unit definitely needs some updating. The living room needs new furniture. The couch and one chair is not enough space for a family of 6 and it was very dirty looking. The lightbulbs were not working in a few of the rooms. With some TLC it would definitely be a 5 star unit

This condo wasn't terrible, but for the money you can get so much better. Communications were answered promptly before and during our stay for the most part. I did see when booking that a security deposit would be required , but I did not read the fine print ( my bad ) I have stayed in many VRBO properties in the US and Europe and have never had a deposit applied for the property 7 days before my arrival and then told I would get it back 5-10 days after the cleaning team deemed that I left the property in good form . Also no option to pay the security deposit with cash on arrival as I have done before , and then they charge me 3.75 % for the credit card fees on the deposit ! Again that was in the fine print that I didnt' read close enough but it really is excessive.
The condo was surface cleaned, but this place really does need a deep clean. The corner or every room was dust filled and gross. The baseboards are filthy . The furniture is worn and a bit dated. Many things in the condo were broken or not working. Some things I did address the first day and the owners sent maintenance the next day and arrived at our door before 8 AM and we were still sleeping. One of the items that needed fixing was a bedroom door handle that when closed could not open from the inside.. I asked maintenance fellow if he was able to come back in about an hour or so and he agreed, but never did return. The dishwasher and Living room TV did not work . The Mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms were quite comfortable. but the bedding and pillow are very worn and need replacing. comforter in one of the bedrooms had large rip and the filling hanging out. The batteries in the bedroom remote were corroded, the hallway light fixture did not work. The door going out to balcony was missing blinds.
This part was in no way the fault of the owner, but Vista Cay property and security. On the Friday night from about 11 PM till about 2AM there was a massive party on property. My daughter sat on the balcony watching for quite some time and estimated 200 young people in the parking lot ! They were loud were gathered around cars in the lot . A few were driving their vehicles recklessly around the parking lot . Many people were chatting about this the next day and were quite disgusted that vista cay security let this go on so long. no police were called ?? Before leaving I did address some of the broken items again , hoping the next people wouldn't have to deal.

Nice place. Couple of things, all air vents covered in mold, few spots bedding headboard in master. Had 6 people 6 days 5 nights only 1 roll TP in each bath, 1 roll paper towels. Check in would have been very simple if hadn't told us to go to club house and just said go straight to room.

First, they force your deposit to be run against your credit card without pre-authorization and then tell you they will deduct a service charge at the end. Not only is this not noted in the listing, but fraudulent. There is no merchant service fee when a refund is processed by the cc merchant services company.
Personally, I always bring cash in case a shady company is utilizing this 'service fee' approach - but I never was given the opportunity. Nope, they simply ran my card without my permission.
They are not very friendly - the initial email is all don't o this, we don't provide that... not very warm and friendly. We have stayed on this property twice now - and this last time was such that I will not return. I rather do business with a friendly and honest homeowner - not a shady company simply focused on separating you from every dime they can squeeze out of you. YMMV

First of all we love the resort and the property. Property Owner was friendly and communicated well during check in/out process. Other than few minor issue we enjoyed the stay. I would love to come back once again with family.

This condo was a great location for both Disney and Universal trips. The property is older and could use a couple of upgrades, but was fine overall.

This condo was in a great prime location towards the community pool along with access to Universal Studios and other immediate Orlando "to-dos".
Property manager was prompt and friendly providing customer service.

Nice Development Slightly Tired Condo
The gated development with plenty of parking was excellent. Some of the furnishings in the condo were tired, some broken draw knobs, scuffed/damaged furniture and a bizarre tv/entertainment/cable setup (one had 5 remotes). The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were all in good shape. The condo was well furnished in the kitchen. We don't mind a few scuffs on the furniture, but there were a few things that needed repairing or replacing.

We checked the rooms prior to bringing items to the room. We found bed bugs in closet bedroom. The host was very nice and worked fast to find us a new place. That place was very clean and nice. The grounds at vista cay are very nice.

The communication with property owner and manager was pretty much non-existent, even though we called all the numbers listed in the book.

A wonderful place to stay during our family vacation
This property was exactly as pictured! It was clean, it was spacious, comfortable and the location was even better than I expected! Our host was AMAZING! Very responsive to my questions, always available for communication (we were delayed in our arrival due to traffic) and all around, very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home away from home to anyone who is looking to get away. We are already looking for future dates and will be staying here again.

That was a small issue to us. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

The refrigerator was not working and someone came to fix it, all the meat that we bought turned gray and was spoiled next day. Tried calling the numbers in the information book again and it rang and then went to a voicemail. Walked to the office and was told our unit wasn't serviced by them and we had to call another number that went to of course another voice email .
There were huge paint chips off the wall.
You were only given one roll of toilet paper and no cleaning supplies or vacuum.
The place appeared not to be dusted for at least a year and again we could do anything be cause we had absolutely nothing to clean with.
Two of the TVs didn't work. The handle to the toilet didn't work and when the guy that came to fix the refrigerator looked at it said tou will just have to flush it by lifting the lid. WHAT?
There was a cockroach on the wall. I have a picture.
Pool was decent, but it was 100 ° F out and they weren't allowed to give you a cup of water to drink. You have to bring EVERYTHING with you!!!....garbage bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels....... And the smell of pot was everywhere.

Walked to the office and was told our unit wasn't serviced by them and we had to call another number that went to of course another voice email .
There were huge paint chips off the wall.
You were only given one roll of toilet paper and no cleaning supplies or vacuum.
The place appeared not to be dusted for at least a year and again we could do anything be cause we had absolutely nothing to clean with.
Two of the TVs didn't work. The handle to the toilet didn't work and when the guy that came to fix the refrigerator looked at it said tou will just have to flush it by lifting the lid. WHAT?
There was a cockroach on the wall. I have a picture.
Pool was decent, but it was 100 ° F out and they weren't allowed to give you a cup of water to drink. You have to bring EVERYTHING with you!!!....garbage bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels....... And the smell of pot was everywhere.

The property was centrally located and closed to Universal studios Disney world parks and SeaWorld. There was easy access to the freeways and the amenities were fantastic.

Made a busy weekend easy
Came for kids sports competition and really enjoyed having the convenient location at this beautiful property. The owners made everything easy, and the kids had a blast. If you’re going to Universal Studios I can’t imagine a better location.

The condo was perfect for a family of 6 adults. They did have a set of bunk beds in the walk in closet of the second large bedroom (perfect for children not so much for adults... no A/C). Great location for a family get away!

Universal Studios Vacation getaway
We enjoyed our stay in your condo. There was plenty of room and beds to sleep in for my family of 6 (adults and teens). We loved the convenient location to Universal Studios. There were a few problems when we arrived but the owner was very responsive to fix. Wish we could have stayed more than 3 days! Thanks.

Lovely Condo
The condo was just as shown in the photos; it was very conveniently situated for a conference we were attending at the Hilton Hotel on Destination Parkway. There are convenient stores also nearby. We were a little confused on arrival as to which building the condo was in but that was sorted out. The code for the entry gates changed twice in the 3-4 days we were there however. There were small items I needed to report to the agent but were only minor. If you stay for a week or more, take extra towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet rolls; only basics are provided as outlined in their description. The agent was very quick to respond to all my questions which was encouraging. Overall, would stay here again.

We have a few improvements to suggest and some issues. The furniture needs updated terribly! It is the most uncomfortable stuff to sit on! There is not enough living room furniture for all those staying to sit on. A sectional could be a good option if they make one with a sleeper I guess. The shared bathroom shower would “sing” if you didn’t get the pulled up part turned the right way. The children’s room tv we could NEVER get the cable working in there. The process to get the cable working for TVs was ridiculous. I had to contact the owner a few times. The Xbox should be in the kids room not in the second bedroom. The temperature requirement request which we stuck to I didn’t care for. I have never had that in any place I have stayed at and to be honest it got warm in there and I kept all the blinds shut! We should be able to control it at whatever we like and if you think it going under a certain temperature is going to put it on the Frits then you should look into getting it updated. Lastly, the lock for the door we had a terrible time with it. It wouldn’t line up with the lock hole and we would spend another 10 minutes trying to get the door to lock by having to open and shut until it did line up. So, you definitely need to have that looked at. I am definitely suggesting there needs someimprovements to the property.
