This was a girls trip (9 of us total) and the property was great! We loved the open floor plan and space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.
We did wish there were beach towels but fortunately we had enough between all of us.
We appreciated the extra fans as it was warm Labor Day weekend.
Communication was a little confusing at first as there is a company and a local contact. Fortunately we didn’t need anything once we were there but initial contact with questions was a little different than other vrbos I’ve rented.

Nice house, plenty of room. Kitchen was outfitted very well for those who like to cook. Not as close to lake as we would have liked but it was workable. Nice to have kayaks available for use.

The house was even better than the ad says. Be advised it’s a ways back in the woods. Absolutely serene. Deer aren’t shy. Neither are ticks and red bugs but they were a minor inconvenience for the most part. I’m old school so I found it easier to call our contact person, and both times we had pleasant and clear conversations. It was all around a wonderful experience for our extended family of 9!

Lodging exceeded expectations/ very spacious.
Appreciated accommodation for our well-behaved, 4-legged family member, Peaches, too!
We will definitely recommend this lodge to friends!

This property was well stocked and taken care of. It was close enough to all the attractions we wanted to see and visit and a nice place to come home to out of the city, relax with the family while we planned our next day adventure.

We rented this house for our stay in Arkansas. We rode from Texas on motorcycles. It was very clean and a perfect quiet place to stay! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is very roomy and everything was clean. The views are amazing and the lake very serene. Younger adults enjoyed the kayaks. Perfect setting for the 2024 Eclipse. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

It’s in the woods and very peaceful. We slept 8 adults with no problem with only two bathrooms. It’s a fully stocked house and we found nothing wanting. The owner was working on a place next door and was extremely nice and helpful. We parked 4 trucks with trailers plus had parking for our Slingshots when off the trailers. Plenty of chairs for outside sitting. Th TV was kinda confusing to operate because a remote had disappeared and they hadn’t had time to get another one. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it. It felt like home after 4 days there.

Spacious, well stocked, comfortable and welcoming. The perfect meeting spot for family, and such a great space to spend time together. The lake and games were awesome. It was way too hot for a bonfire, but we'll hopefully be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family girls trip here. Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. Living room had plenty of seating as well as in eating area. The home was clean and comfortable and. We were able to use the provided pancake mix, syrup and waffle maker for breakfast instead of eating out :) they even had bug spray 👍

This property was great for our family. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was THE BEST stocked rental we have ever had. Everything we needed and more. The water access was a little challenging with littles, but the dock and kayaks were a bonus!

We loved this VRBO! The open concept made it easy for us all to visit while some of us were in the kitchen cooking! It was stocked so well and we really appreciated that! My family used the kayaks and enjoyed the views from the lake. Wildflowers in April are amazing! Plenty of parking. Couldn't ask for a better weekend! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay. I usually pack extra things, (toilet paper, paper towels). This is my first rental that we didn’t need a single thing. Our son’s wedding was at Royal Ridge. We were just 2 miles from the venue. Lots of room for family. We had a good time.

Lots of open spaces, good shading outdoors to relax & nice big frig. ( Ice maker with low production, trays would help in future) Good assortment of skillets for cooking. Skillet bottoms with blackened bottoms after using @ recommended temperature levels. Able to clean this off of clothing but not dishtowels. No air-conditioning in bedroom off of TV room. Fans available & we were able to shuffle around "room assignments". Overall, home s/w worn & in need of some updating. 2 kayaks available. We did not use these as the pulley system to get them secured was more than we wanted to deal with before leaving. Conversely, the wide-open space was very nice for us ( 9 month old in walker wore herself out ) & appreciated TV room furniture color (dark grey ) & leatherette ( the few worn open areas were secured with a wide tape ) which worked well for us with the 2 twenty pound shelties that accompanied us. Overall, it was a good rental & I was not "all hyped-up" about everyone not damaging something as things already had been "broken-in" a bit (but still functional ) Owner attentive, comfortable beds, good selection of spices & oils, good water pressure, newer washer & dryer with ample supply of laundry detergent, etc. and lots of towels available. We enjoyed the short trails down by the docks behind the home.

Comfortable lake house with all amenities provided
The lake house was perfect for our family vacation. We traveled with 11 people and there were comfy beds for everyone and plenty of room to eat meals together. House was well furnished and a/c was great after days out in the Arkansas summer heat. While the hike down to the lake from the property was steep, it was definitely doable and the kayaks provided were awesome to use on the water. Fun to swim and relax on the water too! There were two fun surprises in the kitchen that stood out, and were definitely highlights for our family at the house! We had a great stay! Thank you!

Great place for a family vacation!
Open concept between living room, dining room and kitchen that is well-equipped. Also a great porch in the back, super gas grill, and a fire pit in the back yard to enjoy. Only 20 min. to the marina where boat rentals are available.

Great place
I've rented a number of properties on VRBO and this one was the best in terms of having items other properties have lacked (spices, coffee, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, ample glasses, silverware, etc.) While we brought our own supplies, others who think about renting this property should know the property owners have this handled already. The property was clean and communication with the property owner was excellent.
For those who bring boats, the ride to their dock up the creek can be a bit tricky (some very shallow water) and the drive to the property was on some very hilly, curvy and narrow roads - just a heads up.
Our group had a great time. We'd definitely consider renting here again if our travels take us back to Lake Hamilton.

Lake House out of Hot Springs
The house has everything even things you usually don't find in other rental houses like paper plates & plastic silverware and even coffee. The houses its self is very spacious. I definitely recommend a big group or family staying here. Keep in mind the house is located about 15 or 20 minutes from Hot Springs.

Mother's 75th birthday. Plus mee, hubby, & 2 college kids stayed. Had more family for dinner 5 & up.
We absolutely loved it. We enjoyed sunrise near the bench down by the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and hiking and fishing. We did s'mores by the fire pit outback. We played corn hole out front. My mother enjoyed reading and relaxing in nature on different spots all around the property. We played cards and games inside. The kitchen was amazing for our birthday spreads. There was plenty of sleeping room for us and tired guests. And the owner called me immediately to let me know about a minor last minute thing that was in need or repair. She was so concerned that our stay be perfect and the little detail was not even a big deal. Well done.

Weekend climb
The grill bottom fell out It has rusted into
The burner shields also are rusted into
The toilet in master bathroom water valve is broken I kept adjusting it but some times it ran continuously
Other than that there is nothing else wrong other than some broken tiles on the floor
The boat dock is a little misleading in the description online it doesn’t really spell out the 150’ climb up the mountain (little rough for 75 year olds) There is a boat dock but you can’t pull under it because of the kayaks
The people in unit B née to be made more aware of not parking in the circle and blocking the drive
Thank you

Great Stay!
This was a wonderful property with lots of exploration to be had. It was close enough to all the attractions in Hot Springs but just far enough out to have plenty of space to roam in the evenings. We had two families in the home, 4 adults and 8 children and every one had plenty of space to sleep, eat, and relax! We will definitely book this property again.

Great stay! 6 adults, 4 kiddos and “Belle” our Bull Mastiff had plenty of room inside and outside. We enjoyed evenings by the back yard fire pit making s’mores and days walking down town Hot Springs (about 20 mins away). All of the decor was so cute, beds were comfy and plenty of room for everyone to sit around the living room/dining room together just visiting and hanging out! The owners had all light switches, cabinets etc labeled for easy finding and putting away. Yay for the double waffle maker and s'more sticks! There were coloring books, lots of card and board games, and a closet with fishing poles, paddles for the kayaks, water guns, corn hole, etc. We weren’t able to enjoy the lake in a traditional way as it was drained BUT we went exploring anyway on the lake bed! The kids thought it was so cool that we were walking on the “bottom of the lake”! Oh and the house was full of sanitizer and disinfectant to hopefully aid in slowing the spread of Covid! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! (Heads up if you plan to have an adult beverage, no alcohol is sold on Sundays except for in a restaurant or bar. There is also a 33% tax on alcohol so you may want to pack your bottle of wine with you! Lol)

Fantastic cabin but incorrect bed sizes
Our family absolutely loved this cabin! Only downside- bed descriptions are NOT right. The two "queens" - definitely not queens. More like double/full. The room with "one queen and a full" - again, definitely not. It was a full and a twin. Will absolutely be back but the bed situation threw us off.
