About this house rental
Spacious 3Br/2Ba ~ Waterfall Pool and Covered Lanai! **Quiet oasis~just minutes from the Ocean & Indian River** This home features a complete Master Suite, with private shower and garden tub. There are 2 additional Bedrooms with a shared Bath, a large open Kitchen and living room, a separate family lounge with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms.
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-$50 per pet fee is required. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

This home is beautiful! Exactly what was seen in the pictures online. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated furnished with updated modern day plush furniture it’s pretty ! the pool area was clean and kept up. I can’t say enough about the manager Eddie . He is wonderful ! always able to talk to him when needed. Always had answers when we had any question definitely would rent this home again

This property is an absolute gem. We loved our time staying at the home. Very clean and spacious. The rooms were perfect for our family's needs. The host Eddie Nero was absolutely the best. Easy to reach and quick to response. We will definately stay again in the future!

The house was beautiful and very clean. ( a lot bigger on the inside than you realize from the pictures ) The pool was a great extra ! We loved the quiet beaches. Eddie Nero was great to deal with! Everything was a very smooth process and he was always one call away. We will be back!

We rented this home to attend our niece’s graduation. House was very spacious, kitchen was well stocked and the pool and outdoor area was great. House was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach towels & bedding, all in good condition. Pool was nice and with the waterfall was very relaxing. Nice fenced in yard for privacy.

I rented this home for my daughter and her family over the Christmas holidays. The house was very clean and extremely well equipped. The floor plan is great for a family (master on one side, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the other side….and two separate common areas) and the pool was wonderful for the kids! Eddie could not have been nicer or more responsive….I highly recommend this home and give it the best review possible!!!

The house was clean but the linens were old and thread bare
The pool deck needed painting
The yard was full of weeds
The house was dark- very few lamps- very spartan.
I could go on-
But we are now in a house that in comparison- in the same general area- is a 5 in the same price range.

This home was just like the pictures! Eddie Nero, the host, made the check in process easy. He texted us before our arrival with clear and courteous instructions. He also checked in on us to ensure all was going well during our stay. We will definitely stay again in any one if Eddie’s host properties! Five stars from me!

We came to Sebastian FL for the first time because we found this home on VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn. The home was stocked with little necessities, and the area was gorgeous. Our little ones and big ones enjoyed the pool most of all. Thank you for an amazing five days and we will be back as often as possible.

Great vacation home, fully equipped! We loved the pool and fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host Eddie was excellent. You can tell he is dedicated to what he does and cares about guest satisfaction!

The check in process and the property manager Eddie was easy to communicate with, the home was clean and well equipped and had many toys for children, the beds comfortable and the most comfortable rental I have stayed in. We will be back as we have friends and family in this area.

Well laid out, fully equipped home with newly resurfaced, heated pool. Conveniently located for beaches, shopping, restaurants, and enjoying the Indian River lagoon. The property manager, Eddie Nero, was very helpful, quick to respond to any concerns, and always pleasant to deal with! Looking forward to returning next year!

We are actually local and had to move out of our home because we discovered mold. Eddie made the experience seamless and was always available if I had a question! Very Clean and an awesome experience for us during a difficult time in our lives! Definitely recommend!!

The pool area is nice but needs a bit of a cleaning and a few lightbulbs out in the house, but no big deal, otherwise perfect! We really appreciated how nice + affordable the home was. Eddie was helpful, attentive and courteous. A much needed break.

Wonderful VRBO Rental!

Perfect for a quiet getaway
This house is located in a great spot - less than 15 mins to wabasso beach, near grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to Vero beach and downtown Sebastian. Comfortable furniture, a great, very private, pool, everything you need in the kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out if you have a larger group. On top of that, Eddie is an excellent host, easy to work with, great communication and responds quickly to any questions. All in all, this was the ideal Vrbo experience!

The house was perfect. Very clean, updated and centrally located in Sebastian. Within walking distance to parks and short drive to the inlet or beaches. The pool was a great size and very clean. Enjoyed our stay at this home and would highly recommend it when staying in Sebastian!

Lovely home. Kitchen was well equipped and gas grill made for quick meals. Our dog especially enjoyed the enclosed lanai and pool area. On a busy road but not very noticeable in the house. Would definitely stay again.
