About this house rental
~ Heated Pool~ Relax on this newly expanded pool deck with sun loungers! The screened pool area provides plush furniture under the covered patio with a smart tv, outdoor shower, half bathroom, and a BBQ grill. Inside, enjoy the pool table and the King bed master suite. There are two additional Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, a Full Kitchen and a kitchenette, two pool view living rooms, and a pool view dining area/breakfast bar! Spacious driveway for boat parking, please inquire for details.

-Animals are not allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-The two rooms that are located on the right-hand side upon entry of the house are not available for use. They're locked and cannot be accessed by guests. Please ask the host if you have any questions.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Driveway can accommodate a boat, please inquire before booking.
-Garage is not available to guests.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-All guests are required to rinse off or shower before using the pool, especially if returning from the beach. Please rinse off all items that have been used at the beach before using in the pool. Please do not wear swim wear that is dirty or has been used in the river or ocean. Guests will be charged a service fee if an additional pool cleaning or multiple pool cleanings are needed due to any high phosphates, food, excessive sun tan oils/lotions, or sand found in the pool. Loss of use may result as well. Please ask if you have any questions.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, or foot tracks.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. They're required to be cleaned if they're brought to the beach or river, do not clean them in the pool or you will be charged a pool cleaning fee.
-Any issues and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests agree to clean the grill grates and grease trap after each use.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

The house is absolutely perfect in every way. Since we travel from Massachusetts we appreciate the house offering beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for an enjoyable visit to many local beaches. We enjoy playing a few games of pool every night. We absolutely enjoy the clean warm pool everyday. The ceiling fans, tv, and bathroom in the pool area is wonderful. This house has a great layout, quiet neighborhood, fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor pool area. Close to many local attractions. We have stayed in the house the past 2 years and have booked for summer 2024.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Traveling with two older teens this home was perfect! It had everything you could think of! The location was great and felt private. The neighborhood seemed extremely safe. Check in was flawless and Eddie responded immediately to any questions we had. The pool was amazing and the sitting area around it is where we stayed the majority of the time. You can’t go wrong with this property !!!

It was just by luck that this home is in the same neighborhood as my elder parents. It was perfect for us as I could walk over and have coffee with my mom in the morning, but also have our own space when needed. Kitchen is large (I left some staples behind for the next guests), pool is nice, AC works well! It is a quiet neighborhood, convenient to local stores and about 15 min drive to area beaches and 20-30 minutes into Vero Beach.

Enjoyed a 3-night stay. Pool was great, neighborhood was quiet, house was clean. Kitchen was well-appointed with many of the utensils we normally bring…felt like we were at home.

Our family just left our vacation at this house. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Clean, spacious and very well laid out. The pool room was a huge hit day and night. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were tons of towels. Eddie made sure we knew what to expect at check in and check out.
The only suggestion I might have is that at least the master bedroom should have a dresser. The closets were all large but unpacking would be easier with dressers.
Otherwise, I would stay here again and recommend this amazing vacation home

If I could give our host Eddie 10 stars I would. He was very kind, responsive and helpful. The property is cozy, comfortable and fun. Any small thing that arose, Eddie was on top of it. We were here from the North for a wedding in Vero Beach and made a great choice with this home.

My (grown) kids love and use of the pool table was a surprise and it added a great deal to our trip and memories made. Eddie was super responsive and easy to deal with. House was exactly as represented and didn’t lack for anything—though my kids would have like a hot tub! Location was terrific. Close to beaches. Equally close to Vero Beach and Melbourne which have completely different vibes. Also close to some great parks—one basically across the street—for my birdwatching. Neighborhood was a quiet family area. Always felt safe.

Our stay was excellent, in fact, we had such a good time we asked to stay an extra night. The house and pool were very clean. The house had everything you might need.Had a small hiccup checking in ( my fault) and the property manager came over to help us out and made sure everything was perfect for us! The pool guy was extremely nice the two times he came ( no he didn’t intrude , he was literally there five minutes each time to clean it) the pool temperature was perfect just cool enough to cool off during the heat. Each room had a tv, perfect for when the kids or adults needed space. The extra living room has a big tv and reclining sofa , which was nice to just relax at the end of the night. The pool area had a tv which was perfect for when the games were on and we wanted to enjoy the pool. The outdoor bathroom ( which also has heat and air) was great for when someone had to take a restroom break because I was not constantly drying floors in the house . The house has new appliances that of course worked great. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and towels. Under the bathroom sinks there were even hair and female products . The pool table is well lit and was a hit with the men. There are a couple Publix grocery stores and Winn Dixie nearby , the beach is about a 9 minute drive, Walmart about 10 minutes away. The racetrac gas station is about 10 minutes away for swirls ice cream. There is plenty of shopping within a twenty minute ride , including malls, thrift stores, and independent stores. About 30 minutes South is the Navy Seal Museum that sits on the beach. If you have the inclination it is a great little museum. Cocoa Beach is about 30 minutes north and has the pier , shopping , and of course many beaches. We were there to visit with family who live in the area for our twenty fifth anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. We will be booking this place again in the future!

The owner did a wonderful job with supplying many useful items needed for a comfortable stay. Eddie was wonderful with communicating prior to arrival, during our stay and departure. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked this house for 2023. The house is beautiful just as pictured.

Eddie was great with giving me every detail for checking in and checking out. House had everything we needed and then some. Pool was perfect temperature and clean! Highly recommend Eddie and this house for a great time!

Could not have asked for a better situation. It was everything for which we had hoped and more. Would not hesitate to rebook. Eddie, the property manager, was amazing. Communicated well and responded promptly. He was very attentive and accommodating. Hope to return soon.

Schönes grosses Haus. Leider sind die Poollichter defekt gegangen und damit das romantische Nachtschwimmen auch. Denn Pool konnten wir für 4 Tage nicht benutzen wegen starker Algenverschmutzung. Und die vielen sms vom Vermieter wegen dem Kehrichtabfuhr haben wir für störend empfunden.

This house was perfect!! The location is convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, gift shops and more but still really quiet and peaceful . Pool area was amazing, my teens swam every day. There are so many different areas to hang out, plenty of room for our group.

Eddie had somebody else to fix it within 30 minutes and 9:30 in the night. Did not suggest or ask simply said I'll be there in 10 minutes myself and then had somebody else out a professional within 30 minutes. I would say they're pretty dedicated. Once again really enjoyed the house everybody did. And Eddie was awesome!

Came to enjoy our honeymoon here. Exactly as pictured. Was very clean and so close to everything. Super nice to have a fully equipped kitchen as well as having beach accessories for use. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

There was also a full-sized pool table that we used frequently. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were several restaurants and shopping areas within 15 minutes drive. The only negative, and it was minor, was the heated pool could have been a few degrees warmer. Overall, though, great house, and we would stay there again.
