This stunning, custom built luxury 6-bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental sits one-off from beach row. Every inch of this 4,400 sq ft home has been thoughtfully designed and custom built. Four of the six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The home boasts two master suites, both with private balconies and water views. Heated/ Saltwater 16' x 34' pool with spa and outdoor shower, dip your toes in the ocean or the beach within minutes! Elevator is largest residential size, handicap accessible and runs from garage to all 3 floors. Open concept kitchen and dining area with tall ceilings and views of the ocean, you may never leave. Just steps away from the Isle of Palms 'strip' for live music, shopping and dining.This house is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants/bars, and all that Isle of Pams has to offer.

7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.

Can’t beat this location and property! We spent a week enjoying 915 Ocean Blvd. Perfect proximity to the town area/restaurants/bars, and the beach. The house is in excellent shape with amazing amenities, furniture and plenty of private space for large families or multiple couples. The pool was the highlight of the week after a hot day at the beach. We had two very minor issues during the week and after texting the manager, both were resolved immediately. Highly recommend the property and managers.

We loved this house for our parents, 5 adult kids and significant others plus grandkids. This home is well equipped with everything you will need. Great pool area plus very close to the beach and downtown IOP restaurants. Would definitely stay here again should we come back to the area.

This may sound like nitpicking, but I’ve never stayed in a hotel or a VRBO that had synthetic sheets on all the beds. Plus a waterproof (I.e, plastic) mattress cover. And when some of us went for showers prior to checkout, there was no hot water😕

Property managers were professional and responsive. House was amazing. Felts brand new with lots of room. Although it was second row, the upper floors had a nice ocean view. Every bedroom had a balcony/porch. We loved being so close to ice cream shops and restaurants. You are one block from the Windjammer, so we had several free concerts😉

Amazing stay! Isle of Palm is a gem and this property is too! The house is well equipped in the kitchen dept for those that like to cook in and the pool is the best we have had in this area! Location to the beach is a thumbs up and great views from the third floor bedroom. We used the screened in porch a lot too that overlooks the pool area! So easy to get to mount pleasant for groceries or Charleston for an evening too. Can’t wait to go back…miss it already.

We had a great week at this amazing house celebrating my parent's 50th anniversary with 3 three generations from age 4 months to 76 and everyone had a great time. This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and the house location could not have been better – the property is surrounded by palm trees, across the street from the beach, easy walking distance to town (ice cream, souvenir shops and a few restaurants) and on the loveliest road in Isle of Palms. This house is spacious with plenty of seating areas, very clean, tastefully decorated, and includes some great amenities for a crowd, such as the double fridge/freezer in the kitchen, butler’s pantry with an additional refrigerator, and a commercial-size ice maker.
We spent most of our time at the fabulous pool, floating and lounging, listening to music through the Bluetooth speakers. The huge umbrella over the shallow end was a great place to find some shade after a sunny morning at the beach. The outdoor bar and grill area were perfect for evening happy hours and poolside dinners.
We rented a golf cart, which was fun. However, we were SO close to everything, we didn’t really need the golf cart, as we could easily walk to the local hot spots. We also rented bikes, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs from a local company and they delivered them right to the house, which was so convenient.
We all loved this gorgeous property and love to come back!

This home is immaculate, beautiful, and well equipped in every way. Our family of 9 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management team was very attentive and responsive to any questions or issues we had.

We had 2 families (10 people…6 kids *10-15* and 4 adults) stay for a week. We had plenty of space for everyone and then some! We had friends staying at Wild Dunes and we were all able to get together for Easter at our place. Great backyard space! The pool and spa are perfect and there is also a great space to play yard games.
The open concept of the house is perfect! Great kitchen/living area for cooking and gathering together.
All of the beds were comfy and clean. The deck spaces off most of the bedrooms is a great space to get away and enjoy a quiet moment.
Beach access is across the street. Beach is beautiful.
I would highly recommend Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and Papi's Taqueria for dining. Both a super quick walk. Grocery store is close too.
The house manager was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond.

Everything was wonderful! The house was spotless when we arrived and the hosts have thought of everything. 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryer sets made staying on top of dishes and laundry easy. The finishes in this house are gorgeous, making us want to do some upgrades at our own house.

This house was perfect. It was spotless and bright. The pictures do not do it justice. The sparkling pool was very large and the landscaping beautiful. It was elegant and the layout was perfect. It was also very comfortable and user friendly. Everything was marked so easy to know which switches to use. I cannot say enough about wonderful the experience was!

Family vacation
We spent a week at this property during a family vacation- 6 adults and 2 small children. The house is beautiful and has everything needed in a rental home. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and upgraded appliances. The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers were very helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. -very well maintained and a good size. We had one problem with the hot tub that was addressed and resolved immediately. The house is a very short walk to the beach and close to the IOP shops/ restaurants. There was live music that could be heard from the street side balconies, which we enjoyed. It ended by 10 pm each night (10 pm noise ordinance in IOP). This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. I definitely recommend this property and Isle of Palms.

Luxurious Week-long Getaway
I spent the week here for a friends reunion with 10-14 people, depending on the night (including one infant). Overall an absolutely wonderful week. The pictures accurately represent the home; it was fantastic in every way. The pool is new, clean, and a pretty decent size (make sure to ask to have the optional heated pool package, depending on time of year). The hot tub was clean and worked well. All the bedrooms were large, clean, and had comfy beds. The top floor master is insanely fancy and was a real treat to stay in. The kitchen is highly functional and it was easy to cook meals for the entire group in the kitchen every night. The house is less than half a mile from the nearest grocery store and about a 60 second walk to the beach. We rented some bikes and biked around Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island... very biker friendly area. One of the previous reviews mentioned that the kitchen didn't have much in terms of extras... the owners seem to have responded to this as there was a good amount of pots/pans/cooking equipment as well as some of the basics like salt/pepper/olive oil. There are only 1-2 toilet paper rolls/trash bags upon arrival, so just make sure to grab some of these at the grocery store. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and would definitely come back again!

We had a great week at this property. Very close to town and superb on the inside. The decor was phenomenal, right out of a magazine, bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. Tons of storage in the kitchen and two sets of washer/dryers was appreciated too. One thing to keep in mind - perhaps due to COVID - but there is literally only kitchenware in the kitchen - meaning no spices, condiments, aluminum foil... nothing. It was like moving into a new house. That was fine by me, but I would’ve maybe brought my salt and pepper, olive oils etc. Just something to consider when packing! Thank you again for a great week!!

Would highly recommend
We have rented many properties on IOP and this was probably our favorite. The pool area/hot tub was perfect (large pool w/plenty of space for relaxing) and you're the closest you can be to the beach w/o being beachfront. Everything was extremely clean, clutter free and the house is perfectly laid out with all the amenities you would need. One thing however - there was no coffee pot, only a Keurig so keep that in mind. Communication was fast and we only had one small issue that was immediately resolved (couldn't get one of the garage doors to open). Super convenient access (think walkable) to all IOP restaurants etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was very well appointed, extremely clean and overall great experience. Owner was very responsive and all went very smoothly. Location is perfect convienence with beach access just across the street.
