Loved the staff. Loved the facility, love daisy
None, maybe a jacuzzi would have elevated it a little but this was exceptional

Great breakfasts! Lovely views.
We were above the kitchen - very noisy at times.

beautiful renovated property on Lake Kent. The staff was over the top with customer service and accommodating. Fresh baked cookies upon arrival and homemade breakfast included in our stay! The Lodge and Lobby are decorated beautifully and offer nice spaces for relaxing by the fore, having coffee or catching up on work. The private sauna was a plus!
The rooms were very small
There is no daily room cleaning service

The property is beautiful! It's so quiet and peaceful. The lake where you can canoe is so relaxing. The rooms are lovely and rustic. I will definitely go back again. The breakfast buffet was very nice. A very large selection of food. The bacon was delicious! I felt like french toast, and they didn't have that in the buffet. So, they made it for me. And the coffee was yummy too!
We planned to have drinks and dinner at the bar and restaurant at the inn. That was a selling feature of the place. When we got there we were informed that there was an issue with the chef and it was closed. Even the bar. That was very disappointing, as the property is so beautiful and we wanted to just relax there. I wish we had been informed about it before we got there so we could have eaten before we got there.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was great. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and we had dinner at the on-site restaurant one night which was fantastic (go for the salmon). A bonus was using the spacious sauna after a day of boarding. I would definitely book here next time we are in Killington.

Its beautiful, I love the decor in the room and in the public area. staff are very nice and helpful, there was a problem with our check in due to a mistake in the computer system but they fixed it very quickly. Breakfast has alot of variety and choices and is very tasty, biscuits and gravy pancakes, ham, sausage lots of fruits, and granola!
If I had to pick something, it would be that plastic utensils are used with plastic covers for breakfast, its not environment friendly.

Everything was spotless. Great staff. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Great ambiance. Beyond comfortable if you're snowed in. The drinks were stroooooong.
If I had to nitpick, the gaming room probably needs an update. The arcade games weren't on, and maybe a modern gaming system would help for their gaming room TV. It isn't even a real concern. Having a pool table rocks. Maybe add air hockey?

the room and services offered were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out were a breeze.
Music began so early and really echoed in our room. If music could be lower at the early hours such as 7-8am this would have greatly improved my stay.

Setting, the grounds, very beautiful and restful. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. The deck overlooking tje lake added a great deal. The common areas on the main floor are really nicely furnished in a beautiful area. Lots of natural light. Outdoor deck also very pleasant. Smores makings a cute touch.
Could use thicker walls, and a full length mirror.

Lovely property, super pretty and quiet/very clean/rooms decorated nicely & new/nice linens/convenient to the main street of Killington
Bathroom design terrible/even with careful adults needs an extra 4” on the glass in the shower to keep water off the floor/sink too shallow and splashes even when running faucet slowly/no counter space at all/electrical outlet inconveniently positioned over the toilet

Superb location and views - a vast green space that ends on a lake. It made for a lovely outdoor seating and walking experience.
The thoughtful little touches like sofa blankets in the relaxing lobby. The fire pit outside, with all the equipment and materials you need to make smores ( I learned about this great American food item!)
The delicious food, served in a very homey way.
Now 'homey' has a flip side. It's sweet and comfortable but also can sometimes mean 'less professional than what I've paid for.' So the lady manning the bar was quite lost and had to be taught on how to make a gin-tonic, after dinner we wanted to stay on in the lobby and read/talk but it was obvious that the ladies wanted to close up and leave (9/10 pm). There was no dessert on the menu because 'we didn't make any desserts today'. And no housekeeping during the stay but I asked for it and only the bed was made, no bathroom service. So a bit like being in Aunty's house but paying a lot of money.
Beware - there is no dinner served on Sundays because the kitchen is closed. Atleast someone should have informed us on Sun morning during breakfast so we could be prepared. At 7 pm, in panic mode we had to seek out a local restaurant (very few choices around) and thankfully found one that could give us a table. We had an excellent meal but it felt unfair to be just left to fend for ourselves in a rural area without pre-information.

The staff was pleasant.
There was no hot water in the shower in the room we were given. They moved us to another room, but none of the rooms in the lodge had heating -- they provided a space heater.

Beautiful quiet location and our bedroom overlooked the lake, together with a balcony to sit out on.
good parking area and lovely large grassed area sweeping down to the lake.
Lovely old converted barn and great eating and lounging areas, with large roofed terrace and outdoor firepit..
For the price we thought the room, although well furnished, was rather small, and we had to ask for a portable heater as the room heating was not on. We had to request new towels every day as there was nowhere to dry them.
The coffee machine on the landing wasn't working throughout our stay (even after pointing it out to staff).
Surprised that we had to have plastic cutlery and foam plates.

Breakfast was amazing and you could have many different choices. The decor and sitting arrangements inside and outside were comfortable and inviting. We stayed past the hour of check out because of how relaxing sitting outside was and how breathtaking the views were as well. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
The faucet in our bathroom was too strong or incorrect for the sink and the water would splash out no matter what, kind of annoying since we wet the floor many times. Elevator was pretty slow, hence the game of tic tac toe inside 😂, well thought. The eating utensils for breakfast shouldn't be paper and plastic, too much garbage and not environmentally friendly, also maybe due to the lack of stuff, things would stay outside for hours not being picked up and we didn't see a place to put them. The sauna wasn't working correctly. We let it warm for more than 30 minutes and being inside wasn't that 🔥. I was there for more than an hour.
