Pleasant

The staff were pleasant. The place was quiet and a lift made travelling from the large car park to our room easy. There is a large library for guests. The toiletries were good quality.

Very few things were open as it wasn't 'the season'. It may be a winter season place but there were a lot of vehicles in the car park each day so it's a shame more things weren't open.

Disappointed

We checked in and went out for the day. We returned at night tired and ready to sleep. Turned down the bed to find a large urine stain on the sheets! Had to pack up and move into another room. The whole place is run down and in need of updates.

Overheated room, broken TV, nice heated pool

the location was good, and heated pool after skiing was great.

EXTREMELY HOT in our room and we could not control heat whatsoever- can’t open window, AC not an option as it sounds like freight train! TV did not work only had 1 channel. Front desk girl nice but could not help us.. Terrible night’s sleep before skiing all day ! CLEARLY they must know this is a problem in certain rooms (top floor) because it’s in other reviews…

Great place to stay for the price, if you’re just looking for a place to stay the night before you ski.

The proximity to Killington Base was great.

it was too hot, and the mattresses were poor. The beds also seemed short.

No brainer for best place to stay at Killington

This is an incredible place. Access to Killington, and outdoor heated pool overlooking the mountain is incredible. Thursday night bar on upper floor was a blast. Definitely will come back!

Place was perfect. No issues. Would stay again when i return to Killington to ski.

Exceptional

stayed here for MLK weekend in Killington. Highly recommend due to the location and the heated outdoor pool. It's right next to The Foundry at Summit Pond restaurant, which I highly recommend for dinner. also we got the complementary shuttle from the pickle barrel (nightclub/bar for live music, great during holiday weekends), and at the end of the night we just walked back to the hotel instead of waiting for an uber. temperature at the heated outdoor pool was great. fair price . spacious room for 4

we were only there one night but overall I would recommend this location. centrally located to other places of interest

very clean and friendly staff

this resort advertises a bar and restaurant but what they don’t tell you is the bar and restaurant is only open from thanksgiving to Easter. If I knew there was no bar I may have not booked this location.

Great place!

Heated pool, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, play area with lots of games and things to do. Big room for 4 adults and 2 kids, even the sofa bed was comfortable. The view from the room is so lovely in fall, which I did not expect. Overall the hotel was very lovely and cozy. Would love to come back.

It’d be great if they offer breakfast even at an extra cost.

they need to pay attention to the lodge. have a nice breakfast area but only cater to the skiers. serve from thanksgivin

nice lodge area with fireplace. room was clean and spacious.

no coffee or tea after morning hours available. The room where the vending machines were and the recreational table was locked. Cups for coffee in the morning were small. Rust stains on the towels. The mattress was old and squeaked from the springs and sunken in the middle. driveway was dirt so luggage wheels got wet and dirty.
