Entre los monumentos y el mar

Grande, cómodo y bien situado. La propietaria nos estaba esperando con una gran sonrisa cuando llegamos. Nos recibió y nos indicó dónde aparcar (justo delante del edificio). Lo recomendaría porque se nota que es un alojamiento familiar y que le ponen cuidado y atención.

El baño era algo frío. Había dos bombas de calor en las habitaciones, pero se echa de menos el calor de hogar que dan los radiadores. Es muy difícil aclimatar una casa tan grande solo con los aparatos de los dos dormitorios.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit, je le conseille à tous !

Notre hôte était charmante. Elle est venu nous rejoindre dans la rue et nous a accompagné jusqu'à l'appartement. L'appartement était très propre et spacieux. La prestation était niveaux hôtel, avec des petits savons et des bonbons. l'appartement est très calme et bien placé.

Il manquait juste une passoire pour égoutter les pates mais là c'est vraiment pour raller, normal quand on est français :) !

O locatie extraordinara !

Apartamentul este minunat si depaseste asteptarile. Parcarea a fost gratuita (recomand daca veniti cu masina sa intrebati gazda in avans daca puteti sa ajungeti cu masina pana la cazare sau daca va este necesar card de acces in cartier). Toate facilitatile din apartament erau functionale. Bucataria echipata foarte bine cu toate necesitatile.

Totul a fost minunat.

Great weekend in a great place!

Great location, clean, beautiful decorated. It has everything you might need in the kitchen. The owner is very nice. We had a great weekend. And definitely will stay there again.

There wasn't any that we didn't like.

When we arrived at this property and entered inside, we all was amazed how lovely it was. The rooms are very spacious the decor is very nice and the owners have done a fantastic job renovating this property it is very clean and the owner couldn’t do enough to make our stay nice, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning 10/10 thank you x

A dream stay!

Our stay @Guest House Belevi was the best choice for a perfect dream vacation! Absolutely perfect! Everything was excellent, we were completely excited about the beautiful apartment and the entire experience. Our extremely friendly host, made everything a perfect stay. The accomodation is meters away from the beach, the convinient store with fresh fruits & vegetables, water and so on, is on the corner of the house, the sea side promenada for the evening walks is just there, and there is only one minute walk to a variety of restaurants overlooking the sea. We had the perfect stay, the host provided everything to make our accomodation a dream vacation. The house is spotless like a show room, as shown in the presentation pictures, has 2 extra large bedrooms, decorated in style, with beautiful bed sheets, AC, WiFi and TV sets in each room, including the kitchen, which is also extra large, with stove, fridge, an espresso machine, and everything else, and has a cosy balcony where we had our first coffee each day. The kitchen is beautifully decorated, same as the entire apartment, with new and stylish furniture and appliances. The second balcony, in one of the bedrooms, we used to hang dry the baining suits. Hot water, spotless bathroom, plenty towels, hairdryer. A service room where the boiler for hot water is has also a washing machine, board and iron. Old Nessebar is a splendid medieval town, with tons of restaurants, coffe & cake shops, tons of little boutiques for all sorts of souvenirs, and boat rides or buses to Sunny Beach and other resorts. To sum it all up our Guest House Belevi was the most beatiful, cosy and quiet accomodation we were looking for, we couldn't ask for anything more perfect. In one word: Exceptional! We had a splendid time, so definitely coming back! A big thank you for our host @Guest House Belevi who made our vacation even more perfect!

Wanderful !

We came a second time and the standard was the same as the first time ! Especially appreciate the host! She surprised us on Easter day, we received a gift for the special meal this day. It is necessary to point that it is one of the very few locations that allows you to park your car at the location, at no extra cost, with a special card with which you can leave the old town and enter at any time. And the kind host will come to greet you at the entrance to the old town, not the location. When you leaves, she will do the same, he will accompany you until you leave the old town. You will understand how important this aspect is after visiting Nessebar - the old town !

Very comfortable and clean flat

The flat was renovated recently and is in a perfect condition. The kitchen is well and nicely equipped. We liked a lot the coffee! Check in and check out went smoothly, the owner was super nice with us and also let us stay an hour longer as we were traveling with a baby.

The best guest house in Old Town

The location is AMAZING! Quite street in the historic old town of Nesebar. 2 minutes from a playground, basketball/soccer field, small beach, restaurants, everything old Nesebar has to offer. The apartment is tastefully, beautifully, and logically furnished, extremely comfortable and convenient. We loved the place so much that we booked additional two nights. The host is friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

The shower is very tight, but has good water pressure.

An amazing place in Old Nesebar

The place is honestly what it states and is a full apartment including all things you can expect in one. The location is just 2 minutes away from a small regulated beach and not much more than that from every restaurant in Old Nesebar. The host of the place lives in the same house and will probably be close by, should you need any help.

The back terrace overlooks the inner courtyard.
