Quintessential coastal living is on full display at this gorgeous Lincoln City home, nestled near Devils Lake. With three levels, this dwelling is great for larger groups, as everyone can spread out while still being able to gather for meals and game nights after days spent at the beach!
The lowest level offers a cozy living area with a large TV and a wood stove, as well as the first bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Head up to the mid-level and find the dining area, access to the large balcony, the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, and the second bedroom located off the kitchen with a double bed. The third level offers two more beds in the loft area.
After taking in the colors of the sunset from the deck with a glass of wine, head down to the private hot tub, and soak under the stars.
Sitting across the street from Regatta Park, there will be ample entertainment for the little ones, as there is a large playground, an expansive grass area to play games on, and beach access on Devils Lake. Coastal beaches are also a quick drive away! When everyone has had their fill of crashing waves and sandy toes, take a stroll along the Oregon Coast Highway and pop into the various boutiques for some souvenirs or a local restaurant for a bite to eat. Downtown Lincoln City is full of its own fun mix of shops, art galleries, and seafood joints. Plus, if you bring your boat along, a boat ramp is conveniently located just two blocks from your stay.

This house is a perfect set up for families with teenagers or couples. The stairs are steep and narrow!! But the loft area can easily sleep 5. Downstairs for the parents we have an older dog who was unable to use the stairs so this downstairs was perfect. The view from the couch is beautiful and a soak in the hot tub nightly was amazing. Only issue we had was the washer wasn’t working and after texting and calling no one reached out to us.

Loved being so close to the lake and playground. Lots of room for everyone. Love the downstairs area that is its own private space. Stairs are sketchy and updates could be made on dishes and some kitchen appliances.

This was cabin was a great size for our small group of three teenagers and one adult. The kids were thrilled by the loft and the spiral staircase, and I and my bum knee were more than happy to leave them to that! Potential renters may want to take note that the layout is really not small-child friendly, and though the main floor does have a bedroom available for someone who can't navigate that staircase very well, it is a bit cramped and the bed is not comfy.
Everything was clean and good to go, the heat worked well in the cold snap, we had plenty of cozy blankets, and the hot tub was absolutely great.

Devil's Lake Lookout was a great place to stay while visiting Lincoln City, OR. We felt right at home in this comfortable cabin type home with fabulous lake views, big deck and an outdoor hot tub. This home was well stocked with soaps, towels, dishes, etc. Bring your own coffee, food, foil and plastic wrap - everything else is already there. Warning - make sure there are extra blankets downstairs...somehow we had all the blankets upstairs! We did not like the spiral staircase, but we did like the kitchen, the big dinner table and the hot tub.

We liked the quiet location. It's was a clean home. We didn't like the narrow stairs. If you have toddlers take a good working gate.

Devil's lakes are literally just a jump, skip, and hop away. The Lake is beautiful. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The biggest complaint we had is the downstairs was not as clean as it could be, and the house was infested with spiders all around the deck upstairs, the stairways, and outside downstairs. There were so many spiders that we did not allow the kids outside to play on the decks, not even the downstairs patio. We are from Idaho, and we understand that there are spiders where there are trees and bushes. But we also treat our cabins and homes due to some of the spiders that can be venomous to humans. No one slept well in the house, worried about the number of spiders everywhere. We killed a few in the house and only stayed two nights. Treating the house so families can enjoy the property more would be a great idea.

Beds can definitely use upgrade. Outside seating would be a plus. No laundry soap. Wachine machine sounds sad. Great view. And located nicely for ocean access.

Great location, perfect for kids with Park location and within walking to shops.

The home was wonderfully located, very clean, and comfortably housed our family! We loved the incredibly close lake, nature trail, and playground, and very much enjoyed a relaxing hot tub soak and the end of the evening! Only thing we would change would be the bed sizes as they were pretty small, however, we knew that going in. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever and we would recommend this home to anyone visiting Lincoln City!

Just a heads up. Place was great! But we did bring a pop up gazebo, grill to go and camping chairs. Glad we did! Gazebo made for a bit more privacy in back yard. No grill and no chairs for outside. Be nice to have a picnic table. Otherwise no problems. Picked this location because we ended up bringing canoe instead of jet ski which this location was RIGHT at Reagtta Park dock/ boat launch for either. Would stay again.

Very private and well equipped.
I loved our stay here! It was closed to everything! Casino, gas stations, stores, entertainment and beach! The lake was a plus! I really liked that the house was stocked with basically everything you might need to cook a meal. Jacuzzi was already up and running when we arrived and that was fantastic. We had neighbors and I was a little concerned because we had kids but I had no issues. When we arrived we found a full garbage can with no room for your trash and I called Vacasa and that issue was resolved almost immediately. The only thing that I would probably change is that i would add a TV upstairs, it seemed kinda odd to not have one in the main floor. Also king or even queen beds would be soo much better, it would really make this home perfect!

Mixed bag
The house is fine, although not upscale. The interior stairs are too steep and narrow to be comfortable for my older parents. The trundle bed in the upstairs loft had not been cleaned. The location is on a beautiful lake and under as mile to the beach. Requesting an accommodation from Vacasa who manages the place was frustrating, slow and unsuccessful. We had a lovely stay nevertheless...

Pretty Good
Great place on the Lake. As a heads up, there is not a dishwasher, if that's important to you. Staircase is a bit difficult to maneuver for people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great Time; Poor Accessibility
We had a great stay! This was the best taken care of hot tub I’ve ever rented. Nice kitchen and two living areas to split into groups. The noise isolation through the house is mediocre and that center stair is intimidating. There was a baby gate available to keep little paws from venturing the stairs. There are outside stairs that are more standard. If any renters have mobility issues, the second living area is hard to access. Nice location and isolation. I’d come back anytime.

Excellent place to stay ! Very clean and great view. Tons of stuff to do all around.

big house suitable for a large group of rowdy friends
This house reminds me of living in a dorm room, in a weird way. They even have a foosball table for your dorm-life simulator… Furniture is cheap and kitchen/bathrooms could do for an upgrade. We stayed for a week and the outdoor garbage can was already full to the brim when we arrived… also, there doesn’t seem to be recycling? We tried to use the blender to make piña coladas, and it was broken. Living spaces are small, especially for a larger group, and there is not enough seating, unless your party is comfortable hanging out in separate groups. We were here in end of summer and the AC was working well! Remotes to control AC in main floor and basement. Location is awesome, I love the view from the balcony, and the hot tub is cozy and inviting. The beds in the loft were the most comfortable. It was perfectly adequate, but probably more suitable for a family than a large group of friends.

I literally don’t know where to start. Maybe with the used water bottle I found my baby chewing from under a bed, or the rusty nail sticking out of the deck my son stepped on, or the rug that smelled like puke, the dirty blankets, maybe I could talk about the dirty dishes that had food and hair stuck to them? Or the washer that has black mold under the lid and is absolutely filthy. The kitchen and bathroom sinks that have years of gunk stuck under them... the middle level bathroom’s bathtub reeks like something is in the drain. I was / am truly shocked at the filth and lack of maintenance. Smaller things like bees nests all over the property and outside of house. The kitchen sink faucet isn’t fastened well, doors don’t actually close all the way, etc. Aside from all the disgusting cleaning issues, there were very few blankets, the Ac/heaters worked 1/4 of the time, there were no fans in the house, and it’s said to be a 3 bedroom but is really only a 2 with a loft. We have a baby that needs to have a quiet room so that left my husband and I sleeping on a tiny couch in the living room. It’s shocking that this house is even allowed to be rented. On the plus side, the view is gorgeous and the Hottub was very clean and maintained. Also right across from a huge park. The house has potential but the owners seem to never be around (or they don’t care about cleanliness)

devils lake house
The house was cute and had a nice view of the lake. However there was no dishwasher, and the living spaces were small. Also the bedrooms are very small with uncomfortable squeaky beds.
