Nestled in Babin Kuk, Lapad, this charming apartment with a private terrace and sea view offers easy access to the nearby beach and the lively pedestrian zone, filled with a variety of bars and restaurants. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax on the terrace while admiring the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the Adriatic Sea. This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.This spacious two-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, offers 102 sqm of comfortable living space. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower.The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare homemade meals, such as a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, unwind on the private terrace and enjoy the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the sea!All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Private parking is included.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful house overlooking the bay. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Very easy to catch a bus to the old city. It was lovely to escape back here after the crowds and sw off the rocks on the local beach.

Beautiful place with stunning views as described. Very comfortable and clean, could just move in and never leave 😊. Lots of stairs to get in the apartment and more stairs to get down to the beach and restaurant area which added to our adventure. Absolutely stunning beachside walkway. All within walking distance. We had an amazing stay. Definitely would like to return one day 😊. Thank you Martina and Silva

Apartmennt was lovely, just as expected. Views from the balcony were fantastic. Beaches and restaurants very close and Dubrovnik an easy 10m in bus journey. We had a lovely holiday Thank You. Walk to and from town has a lot of steps but just meant we walked the dinner off !!

We only stayed for one day but would have loved to stay longer. Beautiful view, lovely apartment and we were greeted very kindly when we first arrived! Walking distance from the water and beach down some stairs) great restaurant choices near by

The apartment was an amazing location overlooking the beach below with a good size terrace. The host was great at providing us with a cot and high chair for our little one. The apartment was clean and the host was responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time!

This property was beautiful! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very lovely and helped point us to the best restaurants and recommendations. The view of the balcony was stunning. Will stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay in Dubrovnik. The place had a magnificent view and we thoroughly enjoyed the area. It was an easy walk to the bus and to get groceries. Our host was lovely and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment with great views. Just wish we could have stayed longer! The family loved staying here and its a perfect location for the beach and a short bus ride to the old town. All questions were promptly answered so felt reassured throughout. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The property was really lovely and had magnificent views of the bay, just as described in the listing. The property is fantastically located to enjoy all the great restaurants and bars in Lapad. As well as being perfectly located to trips into the Old Town. Martina and Silva were great hosts and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The unit was spotless upon entry and the views were spectacular. My wife and I enjoyed four days in the Dubrovnik area and we found the nearby bus stop close by and easily accessible. One thing to note is there are a number of stairs to this unit and if one takes the nearby steps down to the beach, one is looking at 180 steps. However, walking down the street eliminates all these steps and connects one right to restaurant row and all the other local attractions.

Gorgeous views, beautiful and spacious apartment, all the amenities. The only drawback was that we didn’t book it sooner for our whole stay in Dubrovnik. Private parking right in front of the apartment (this is invaluable if you have a rental car!). Gracious and prompt hostesses. What a perfect spot. Cheers!
