About this apartment rental
Imagine stepping off the plane at the Salt Lake City airport, your adventure beginning just 30 minutes away at our cozy Mountain Getaway hosted by StayLuxe Properties. Perfectly positioned across the street from the Park City Mountain Silver Star lift, our condo offers a front-row seat to the beauty of Park City, with stunning views of the Park City Golf Course and direct access to the cross-country ski trail during the winter months and world-class golfing just outside your door in the summer.
Whether you're a snow enthusiast eager to carve through fresh powder, or someone who relishes winter activities like snowmobiling, tubing, and sleigh rides, this is the perfect spot for you. And when the snow melts, the mountains beckon with trails for hiking and biking, along with pristine greens for golf. One of our personal favorite hikes is the Iron Mountain trail, a short but steep climb that rewards you with breathtaking views at the summit. If you prefer a gentler ascent, the Crescent Mine Grade offers a more leisurely path up the mountain, while the McCleod Creek trail winds through the heart of the city, perfect for a scenic bike ride.
From early June through October, Park City transforms into a playground of activities. Whether you're testing your courage on a zip line, racing down the alpine coaster, or experiencing the thrill of bobsledding, there's something for everyone. And it's all just a short drive or a quick hop on the FREE transit system from the stop directly across the street.

A particular favorite of ours is the Silver Star Cafe, conveniently located right across the street from the condo. If you're visiting during the summer, don't miss the Park Silly Sunday Market and the Kimball Arts Festival—events that bring the vibrant local culture to life.

We had an incredible stay at this property for a week in January. The condo was spacious enough for all 7 adults to sleep and hang out comfortably in the living areas. Also the proximity to the mountain and other attractions is very ideal. ~3 minute walk to the silver star lift and the bus stop to other areas is right at the top of the street. The house was clean and well maintained and Heather / Beau we’re super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend." - Morgan

Very nice, clean and convenient ski condo. A short walk to the Silver Star lift, which fortunately opened for the first time this season on our first ski day. Condo was roomy and comfortable for us, a group of 4 guys, plus a few meals with another 4 who stayed in a nearby condo. Hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. Huge TV! A great choice for us!" - Richard
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The property was very clean, comfortable and spacious for my family of 10, including 5 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and the two family rooms provided room for interacting as a group. Heather and Beau were very attentive and we lacked for nothing. We highly recommend this property." -Donna

Great central location, plenty of room to spare with family of 5, quiet, summertime fun. No issues. Hot tub was perfect. Located on golf course. We would gladly rent again in a minute. Thanks for the easiest rental experience in the world. We will be back!

Short walk to elevator and then lift right when you walk off elevator—super easy!! Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was great after skiing. Home was accommodating and updated. Beau helped with delivery of groceries and baby equipment. Everything was there when we arrived. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect size for two families of four, very clean and great location to the mountain. We can’t wait to return in the future.

This condo is perfect for multiple families. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and never felt crowded. Very clean and close to the slopes. Stay Luxe property managers were quick to respond with any questions we had. My only complaint would be the parking. While you get two parking passes, the spots are first come first serve. This became an issue for us a couple nights and we had to park pretty far from the condo. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location close to Silver Star lift and Beau was very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub was a nice amenity! We stayed with 8 adults and it was comfortable, but we couldn’t have fit more people. This unit might sleep 12 including some children but probably not 12 adults. We would definitely come back next time we’re here to ski!

Well maintained property. Very helpful property rep. With snow it”s difficult to get to slopes without a car. Slopes were nice but very crowded.

The accommodations and location was perfect for our family of 11. My only negative was tit was difficult regulating the heat. The bedroom on the top floor was too warm and the one on the first floor was chilly.. Otherwise it was a great 5 days.

Dealing with VRBO for another rental property in Park City that had to be cancelled was a nightmare. Getting a refund took more than 2 months after many emails, phone calls And a lot of aggravation

We stayed 5 nights, from Saturday until Thanksgiving day . The property was very nice and very close to Park City Mountain Resort There was Plenty of room for our family of 5. Overall the furniture and beds were very comfortable . The TV was new and had adequate channels without using streaming services . There did seem to be some dead spots with wi-fi in the house , so a couple of additional wireless extenders or access points might help, Especially in rooms where you are using streaming services. There were some issues with the plumbing making noises that would prevent you from relaxing/ enjoying the stay, so I contacted VRBO the next morning after check in ( this is a requirement BTW if you have issues w/ a rental) The Property manger then called me and began trying to find a solution . He gave me guidance on things I could do that might alleviate the problem.
These worked briefly but the sound came back. He offered to move us to another nearby house but the unit would have to be cleaned first . We had already unpacked and did not want to move unless the noise was just absolutely unbearable. In the end I was offered a discount for my stay due to the issues we encountered, without even having to make that demand. I feel the discount was fair and reasonable. However, Communication with the person that was to issue the refund was not professional as they never responded to my email asking them how much the credit to my card would be and how that amount would be determined. To be clear, This was a different person than the property manager , who was very attentive to our concerns and easily accessible by phone and text msg. I did receive the credit to my card for my troubles. As long as the issues with the plumbing are resolved and the pipes no longer make loud noises , I would stay at this property again. The outdoor hot tub worked and was very relaxing and had good privacy features .
Also parking seemed good/ adequate, but might be different during peak seasons. Final thought- this is a great property with a good location and nice interior appointments .

We loved staying here. The number of beds and bathrooms was just what we needed for our whole family. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had 3 cars and there were only two parking passes which left us trying to figure out what to do with the third car. The pipes in the closet on the second floor shake and make awful noises. We noticed there was a white towel taped to help with the noise but it really didn't help. It was noisy enough that all the bedrooms in the home could hear it after we went to bed. The temperature of the hot tub was luke warm and would have been nice if it would have been a little warmer, it was more like a warm bath tub. Thank you for being so prompt to answer all of my questions! We would consider staying here again if the pipes were fixed and didn't keep us up at night, this is the reason for the 3 star condition rating.

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a girls getaway. As described, this condo is in a convenient location close to the mountains, shops, and great restaurants! We loved having our own rooms, but the hands down favorite was the 2nd floor patio with hot tub and the privacy around it. Loved the new downstairs furniture too - the couch and chair were so comfy!

The whole store wonderful! The property was fantastic. Beautiful home, wonderful area! The only thing that was a challenge was we thought it was sleep 12 but more comfortably it slept 10. If we had smaller children it definitely could be 12.

Can't Get a Lot Better
What a great place to stay for a memorable Park City ski vacation! Our family group needed 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms—mostly adults but a couple children—that would be close to both the Park City Mountain ski resort and to historic downtown. Both requirements score a big 5 Stars! There's a lot of room in this condo in a moderate-size footprint, though with three levels (not including stairs up to the main level) be ready to get some exercise climbing stairs with luggage, ski equipment, groceries, etc. But it's a very comfortable and clean property, well-equipped full kitchen, roomy bedrooms and comfy beds, and a great spa hot tub that felt wonderful after a day on the slopes. Just minutes to the ski mountain, downtown, and grocery & liquor stores. We got the best snowfall of the late winter for our trip, so the Park City Golf Course just out our windows was a wintry cross-country skiing venue for 5 days. Beau and Heather were super responsive, though we didn’t have any real problems since the condo was so well-prepared and maintained when we arrived. If you need a spacious and convenient place for either winter or summer fun, this is your spot!

Excellent Location and Hosts
Hosts were very communicative throughout booking, check-in and check-out. We had a few questions for them and they were super quick to respond which is greatly appreciated. The unit was perfect for our group - it was clean and the kitchen was conveniently stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed. The location is tough to beat and we were lucky that Vail started running the Silver Star lift before we arrived. This was amazing for getting up the mountain in the morning with zero lift lines. We will absolutely be keeping an eye on this unit for future trips! Many thanks to the hosts!

Had a wonderful time! We appreciated the little things - plenty of towels, extension cords by each bed for plugging in phones, soap/shampoo, some condiments, coffee filters, sugar, oil, ziplocs, etc. It was a wonderful stay!

Winter Vacation
Enjoyed the Condo. Easy access to Park City Mountain Resort and town. The Silver Star left was non operational so that was a bit of bummer. The place was fine, I went with 4 adult children and there was plenty of space.

Spacious yet cozy condo on the golf course
We loved our stay! From the beginning, Beau was available, communicative and accommodating. Upon arriving, the condo was clean and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, as well as ample towels and washcloths. The hot tub was a bonus, plus variety of games that were available.
It was a perfect getaway with my siblings, and their kids before they started school. We also loved the proximity to Main Street and discovered the canyons village was very close as well, and took the kids to the mountain village to do the zip line, and all of the rides there.
With Hiking trails close by as well as a short drive to a bike rental shop with access to a paved trail that spanned views along park cities main roads, we had plenty to do. We would definitely come back to this condo in such a charming, friendly community. Thanks again Beau and crew!

Cozy cabin in beautiful Parkcity
Communication was great with the owner and property manager. During Covid we left home after around 8 months to a place that claimed cleanliness per cdc guide lines. Cabin was fairly clean however one of the bathroom wasn't and when I reached out to the property manager he arranged cleaning right away. All in all great experience!

This property was perfect for our family of 6, plus 2 grandparents. Spacious & clean. Great location
With easy access to the hiking trails at Park City Mountain, downtown and the highway, this was the perfect location.
We were looking for a long weekend escape and a place we could hang out as a family. My older kids enjoyed the freedom of the bus to go explore. My son took his mountain bike for a ride. It was just like being at home but in a new location.
The kitchen was quite possibly the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced at a VRBO. Also the minimal cleaning requirements before vacating made the 10:00 am checkout much easier to meet than stays we have had at other locations where we had to awake early to get laundry done before leaving.
The portable AC units were well used as we were there during one of the hottest weekends of the summer. The unit is well shaded which also helped to keep it cool.
Beau was great to work with. We had troubles with the locks securing properly upon arrival and he helped get them working. My kids left a few items which helped locate and return.
We don't typically stay in the same place twice, but I would highly recommend Payday 182 and StayLuxe to those visiting Park City.
