The Space:
Quality construction and remarkable ocean views come standard. This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bath suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) and a kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals. This 1 bedroom suite has a king size bed fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. High quality finishes include Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, glass framed showers with a Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.
All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave.
**Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.
2) No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet.
3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW
You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
7) Parking:
You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t.
8) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.
9) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
10) Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.
11) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check-out: 10:00am.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

Perfect getaway for a busy mama! Everything was exactly how pictured. I enjoyed some solo time and loved that this property is walking distance to Nobu and the complimentary fitness center at Cure which was also walking distance. Came on a weekday and there was parking right in front of the property which was also convenient. Tesla superchargers also within the area. Great stay! Plan to be back, but with my hubby next time! Thanks!

This place was immaculate, the location was perfect. It has direct access to the beach, walking distance to the pier which was very quaint and enjoyable! Plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 walk. The property was very clean, modern utilities and had a beautiful garden with lounge chairs overlooking the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The property staff were efficient and prompt with any help need on our behalf.

This was our second stay with Stay Awhile Villas. Ideally located steps from Nobu with easy beach access to Carbon Beach. Beautiful, spacious unit with high end touches and bathroom amenities. Kitchenette functions very well/well stocked. Large flat screen TVs and extremely comfortable bed. The beach/lounge area overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Place is well staffed and feels like boutique hotel. Check in was seamless and staff are extremely polite and responsive. A tremendous value when considering the neighboring competitors that cost thousands more. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time at SA Beach Suites. It was so close to many walkable beaches and restaurants and was exactly as the listing described. Our suite was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property was quick and easy and we had no issues at all during our three nights in the suite. We would absolutely stay here again.

This luxury villa provides the perfect getaway. I love when the listing delivers on its promises and this place exceeded my high expectations. A clean, modern, well appointed villa ON the water in Malibu that is a 5 minute walk from the pier, AND parking is included! I also really appreciate that the property managers ensure a quiet abd peaceful environment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Located two buildings away from Nobu restaurant. Didn’t have a reservation but since it was mid week they were able to take us. McDonalds is across the street (popped over for hot fudge sundaes.) Easy walking distance to the pier for great breakfast and lunch. Great easy parking in front of units. Enjoyed the nespresso coffee maker, the lovely tub, and the Toto bidet! Also enjoyed the Apple TV with Netflix Hulu etc. Beach access although the tide is quite high in this area so really no beach sitting in front (we were there early April) Although the deck in front is quite nice to sit on to watch the waves. Comfortable bed with good a/c and heating. Would suggest a large rug in the front room to warm up the space, blackout shades behind the curtains in the bedroom, and a shelf in the bathroom near the tub and in the shower to place things on. Wonderful place. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and everything was incredible. The property was just as described. 5 Star Clean, updated, quick to respond to our questions and needs. We loved sitting on the deck, overlooking the ocean as the waves crashed right below us. We will definitely be back!!

This is an awesome waterfront/beachside Malibu property that is modern, well maintained, and very clean. The property has cleaning people managing the property everyday. Its right on the water and you have access to beach if the tide allows it. Otherwise, you can gain access to it by public entrances. Importantly, not all of the units have ocean views. I think all of the units can see the ocean from its terrace, but the ocean views from thee bedrooms are really limited to a few of the Units on the property. Overall, a great value for the money. We had a very nice 10 day vacation on the property.

Loved this place - a beautiful spot on the beach in Malibu. I really can't think of one negative thing to say. This place is a much better value than the hotels, plus there is a lot of space and a huge bathroom. I recommend getting a half-clean a few times while you are there as housekeeping is great and it is very affordable. It can be a bit challenging backing out onto PCH - but that just goes with the territory. This is a lovely property and totally worth the price!

The only issue we had was that there were a few small fruit flies in the room for some reason, but they weren’t very bothersome. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely consider this property if we come back to Malibu!
