The beautiful resort has amenities galore. You won't ever have to leave the resort if you don't want to. This condo was situated in a very convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. The amenities on site were really nice; 3 outdoor pools, a lazy river, 2 wading pools for children and 2 hot tubs plus indoor pool and lazy river. The condo was small but had everything we needed. It was nice to have 2 queen beds and plenty of seating in the living room. We were able to view the ocean and all outdoor activities from our balcony. Owner was very receptive and courteous.

It was my families first time visiting Myrtle Beach. We weren't disappointed, from the family atmosphere and the amazing property. We will definitely be planning another trip soon. The room had everything we needed and then some. When we go on vacation we're out of the room more than we're in the room. But after the day of swimming in the ocean and all the pools we found we had plenty of room as a family of 5 in the room. The beds were comfy and the view of the ocean is stunning

We had the best time here! The kids loved that there was plenty of space for them and we LOVED the view! Everything was clean and neat when we checked in. Christy was a great host and responded to messages very timely. We had a short walk to the beach and the onsite pools were great for the kids! We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful view very relaxing the condo was very nice inside beach vibe decoration, having the option to swim at the beach or in the pools and the lazy river was really nice, the atmosphere was perfect for a weekend getaway to relax and have fun with the kids

The condo was great. It was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Beds were firm, and pillows fluffy. It was great to see a couple beach towels to use because I forgot mine. Amenities at the resort are nice, I didn't eat there but they have a restaurant. Pools were clean and refreshing. Not to cold not to warm. Highly reccommend this unit. I will for sure stay again with this host.

Very pleased with room, had plenty towels and everything we needed. Was very covenient to shopping and places we wanted to go. My sister is handicapped and we were able to find a spot to park near the elevator every time.

It was the perfect place for our family of 5. I loved drinking my coffee on the patio in the morning and looking over the beach. All the necessities were there and the owner was very friendly and available.

The condo was just as described. Very clean, new furniture, beds very comfortable. View was excellent. Wish there were a couple of beach chairs in the unit but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The building itself needs a little updating. Elevators and hallways need some painting/updating. Christy was great, we arrived early and we were able to get in before check-in. She got back to us right away if we had any questions.

The stay was fantastic. Ocean View was very nice, place was very clean. Property Manager was great. The only recommendation I have is that a grab bar be installed in the bathtub/shower for middle age/older people. Oherwise, I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed Christy's condo unit on the 8th floor at Baywatch Resort, which had an excellent ocean front view and comfortable porch furniture. The unit was very clean when we arrived and well stocked, and the Queen beds were comfortable. The resort staff took pride in keeping the common areas and pools clean. Great location not too far from Barefoot Landing. Communication with host Christy was excellent. Due to concerns over potential adverse conditions from Idalia, we did vacate a couple of days early, but would definitely return and rent this unit again in the future.

This was our first trip to north myrtle beach. The condo unit was a bit smaller than initially anticipated but we didnt mind. We view it as we are aleeping, eating, and showering here. We dont ever intend on staying in the unit for long periods of time, so it worked great for what we needed. We had a little hiccup with the door and code but the owner was great in helping us out. It was certainly nice to have someone willing to drop everything to make sure everything went well for us. We had NO problems after that. The beds were super soft and comfortable. There were some toiletries, basic cleaning stuff all provided, but we replaced most everything we used. My only recommendation for the owner would be to add an additional larger skillet, and one additional baking sheet to cut down on somw cooking time. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to possibly renting again in the future!!!

The only issue I had was it's not very elderly friendly; no safety bar in shower and bedroom over crowded (had limited space for walking around beds). Other than that I felt like it was worth the money spent. Enjoyed it.

The condo was very nice. It is really clean. Has very nice amenities; the products were good quality and well stocked. Christy was very good to us. She brought a DVD player by on the rainy Sunday so we could watch movies! I loved loved the rockers on balcony and the jacuzzi tub. Of course, the ocean views and sounds were great! Would definitely stay here again. It's a great place!!

We have previously rented vacation properties from owners directly and by using VRBO, Home Away, and Flip Key so I have a lot to compare to. This condo was in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance. The floors and the tracks from the missing closet doors had a years worth of gross dirt and mildew build up. I reported the missing bedroom and utility closet doors to the owner and she said she will have it repaired. The goo build up behind the bathroom faucet was also gross. The balcony and sliding doors are so mildewed and sandy that I am quite certain they haven't been cleaned anytime this year. The kitchen is advertised as being well stocked but every pan is either got old burnt on bits or the non stick coating is peeling off. We had to go buy some kitchen utensils to cook there. Now let's talk about the horrible mattresses on the two beds. It was like trying to sleep in springs. They also were advertised as two Queen beds but are only Full size. I don't usually do negative reviews but we didn't even finish the week of our vacation because we were uncomfortable.

The beds are actually regular size beds not queen, the coffee maker definitely needs an update as it only gives a half a cup on the full cycle, tv in the living area has a mind of it own and works when it wants to. Parking garage sucks and the carts to get your stuff in and out they definitely need more of , when leaving we had to carry everything because we could not find one. Other than the above mentioned it was ok.

We had such a great experience at Bay Watch. Having the sports bar, outside bar and cafe was so helpful because we had some crazy schedules with setting up for and then the wedding. The garage was very organized too. Always able to find a parking place no matter the time of day

Very nice place, with nice balcony looking out on the beach. Very convenient to get to the beach for our daily stroll. Restaurant / Bar 8 floors directly below was very convenient as well. There was a lot of property on maintenance going on at the resort, tiki bar was being rebuilt during our stay, so rather noisy, but once it’s complete it will be nice to visit. Christy was a great host, very nice, and very responsive, I would definitely come back again.

Everything was great! If anything the shower pressure was very low and some of the kitchen utensils needs sharpening. Cleaning gets a good rating vs excellent as the outside balcony furniture had not been cleaned. We would definitely stay again.
