The house is beautiful with lots of space for a large group. The piece of land is quiet with room for the kiddos to roam and explore. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

We loved our stay! This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. Games, stuffed animals, pack n plays, light blocking curtains, fans, sound machines…. Even a pantry stocked with fruit snacks and granola bars. Would definitely come back the future

This house is hands down the best place we have stayed at with any house rental sight. The most important part is the property listing & pictures are EXACTLY like they say in real life. The house and yard are spacious and would be perfect for large families/groups. The location is great, with plenty of options in the neighboring towns of Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville to explore, shop, and eat. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back again!

This house is the most amazing place I’ve stayed in! Sooo many bathrooms, and bedrooms. Lovely furniture and super soft bedding. The owner was super helpful and let us stay an extra night due to snow. I’m already considering this house for my next girls trip!

This house is amazing and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Plenty of space for each friend to have their space. The house is very well stocked with the essentials. All amenities worked great. The location for city and hiking is perfect. The hosts were communicative. Can’t say enough great things! We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this house for 5 days. It was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). The beds are very comfortable, the main areas are well appointed and the house had everything we needed. The most comfortable home we have ever rented.

This property was beautiful. It was just outside of Boulder, where we spent most of our time. The views of the mountains in the morning where amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and you almost felt like there was no one else around you. Inside the property was immaculate. There was plenty of space with big bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. This place was truly a gem!

We came to see snow and boy did Colorado deliver! We had a wonderful time! Margo’s place was a dream. Sparkling clean and comfortable! We wanted to be close to the mountains but not have to drive them in case of wintery conditions. Such a perfect location , just a short ride to Pearl Street, Flatirons and Denver and just minutes to restaurants and stores. We loved having the big yard to play in the snow. The house had everything you could need and more, cute little notes everywhere to help, such a nice spacious place to stay. Margo and Tim are dream owners, great communication and just a call away. I would absolutely recommend their place and would stay again if the opportunity arises!

From the initial booking to check out Margo was responsive, accommodating and professional. The home, while unassuming on the exterior was beautifully updated throughout. It was a perfect set up for a large group, with multiple bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, comfortable mattresses/pillows and hi-end bedding. Even cozy hotel slippers were provided. We loved the open living space where the family could gather in the living room and kitchen. The bathrooms were well designed with modern, functional, quality materials and appliances. Gorgeous kitchen set up with everything needed. Thoughtful touches like the basket filled with the makings for s'mores (chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers) were a pleasant surprise. If it hasn't been so chilly, we would have enjoyed the ample outdoor set up with plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor gatherings. It was centrally located close to Boulder and not far from Denver. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This is a big, beautiful very clean home we loved and very much enjoyed, the beds are comfy, house is very well organized, we had everything we needed, just brought our food, we were there for a wedding and had dinner at the house, it has an outside fire table and plenty of seating and our host was very accommodating and answered all text this was a great find thanks again

We have an annual reunion in a VRBO somewhere new. This property was ultra clean and comfortable. It was right near a main road in Boulder County, and so it was easy for us to access the sights. Yes, we heard the trains go by, but they go by pretty fast, and we were not irritated. The owner was very nice and communicative. Highly recommended.

We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a place close to Boulder that we could stay in for a full week. There were nine of us staying and we all loved this place! It's super clean, comfortable and has many special touches! We did quite a bit of cooking and there were spices to use along with all the cookware needed. The owners have quite a bit of outdoor seating that is set up nicely, even with a fire pit! There is also plenty of parking and it felt more private being on an acre of land. There is a train that comes by right behind the property but it didn't bother any of us...it was actually pretty cool! The owners are fabulous! We were happy to get to meet them one afternoon. We highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay there again!

This was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful, clean, and met our needs 100%. The owners are great, respond to questions immediately are very friendly and have thought of everything it seems like. The property was awesome as well. We didn't have time for a fire, but the supplies were there. Nice front porch, nice side porch with a grill, small porch off of the downstairs master, and a small porch off of the living area. The yard(s) are nice for outdoor entertainment, and have character with yard decor. We were absolutely pleased, 100%!!!

Our nine night stay at this comfortable home could not have been better and we were sad to leave when we checked out this morning. The trains were not a problem for us. We actually enjoyed when they passed by and ran out to count the train cars when we could. We are a family of very tall people and everything about the house was perfect for us. It's not easy to find a house with only King and Queen beds, but this house has just that and our 6'3" sons were very thankful for that. Entry was easy and the owner was super helpful when we had questions. The location was perfect for our many visits to Boulder, Superior, and Louisville, where we spent most of our time. If we ever get back to the Boulder area with our adult children we will definitely stay here again. Thank you , Margo, for sharing your wonderful house with us!

This is a great option for families that want to relax and enjoy the scenery. Not only was the house amazing, but the host was even more incredible. The communication with the host was seamless and great, and best of all was very understanding with changes of plans. I will definitely stay here again in the future when traveling to Colorado again! We booked this home when planning a trip to Boulder. We were a little worried it might be too far out but the house, located in a quiet little neighborhood, was just too perfect for our group to pass up. Thankfully the worry was for nothing. This house is just a short drive to Boulder where we were able to explore the city and tour the college, and also a little less than an hour to Eldora Ski Resort which we really enjoyed. Likewise, there are plenty of really charming little places to shop and eat in Louisville, about five minutes away. The house was well appointed and the property manager was super nice and easy to communicate with. The train did come a couple of times in the middle of the night but the bed was so comfy I fell right back to sleep. I would definitely stay here again!
