A perfect location for a family who wants to enjoy a lovely and quaint property that prefers the space and freedom of a home rather than a hotel when hitting the Perfect North Slopes. Wanda was the best!

My family and I stayed here when we came to the Creation Museum. The pictures on the listing didn’t do this property justice! Very well laid out for a family. Cool details from its time as a general store! The property is so clean. You could eat off of the floor. Wanda was very responsive and we had no issues. The location is so convenient. Book with confidence!

I would HIGHLY recommend this property, the pictures do not do it justice. It is so spacious, open and bright. We arrived to a very clean home, supplied with everything you could want, the kitchen is well equipped to prepare great meals with even some candles in case you had a birthday cake and forgot candles. Wanda was there to respond to any request we presented. The neighborhood playground was key to offering outdoor activities for the children. We were able to enjoy the Art Creation, it is a must see. Thank you for the opportunity to have a unforgettable vacation with family and friends.

Ms. Wanda was very kind, accommodating, and great with responding to questions. The "home" was SUPER clean, WELL stocked with items that just about anyone would need, nicely decorated, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet! It was impressive how this old store was turned into a home - very impressive! For our family (group of 7), it was enjoyable to have our own space but still be able to eat together and visit together as we would like to. It was nice to have a "home" to come to during our vacation. It was neat to be within such a short distance from two other states - Ohio and Indiana. It was nice to be close to the river. It was relaxing to be able to take walks in the neighborhood as well as to the river. The "house" was less than 15 minutes from the Creation Museum and less than a hour from the Ark Encounter. These two facilities are state of the art and highly recommended for a visit. Would recommend this home away from home.

Spotless clean. Beautiful. Great small town to stay in. Great Amenities in the home. We loved the history of the town and the home. The windy, rural road from the interstate to Petersburg made us feel right at home! We enjoyed the short walk to watch the sunset on the river. During our stay, we visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The day we went to the Creation Museum, we came “home” for lunch and a rest, then returned to the museum for the afternoon. You won’t be disappointed with this rental! Well worth it!

We stayed at this property to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was amazing! A comfortable and beautiful home away from home! We had a twelve year old to a 70 year old and everyone was comfortable! We would stay here again. Thank you!

We were there for a softball tournament. Gave us plenty of space and just a nice to relax on our day off. Very nice place.

Beautiful, spacious home! Would definately come back again. Great location for a visit to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. We came in late and had to make supper right away, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Very convenient to feed our hungry group!

We absolutely loved this unique house and the town! Spent many hours walking down to the river and enjoying the views, in addition to visiting the Creation Museum and Ark. Quiet location surrounded by lots of history. Perfect spot for our multi-generation getaway.

This place fit us perfectly. We were in Kentucky primarily to visit The Creation Museum and The Ark Adventure but what a pleasant surprise this place was. Our daughter, her husband and two teens stayed in the place with us. It was a quaint, quiet town. The “house” was well equipped with everything you would need. Wanda went over and above to make sure We had what we needed for our stay. We felt the place was nicer than the pictures!! Loved it and our grandson found a friend to play basketball with in the town!

What an amazing place! The owner did a great job renovating the building to make it spacious and comfortable. Great little town with friendly neighbors. Very comfortable for our family of 10. Very well appointed kitchen. Probably the cleanest short-term rental we’ve ever had. Close to the Creation Museum. We will definitely book this place again!

Very cozy, clean. Felt like being home. Love the small town atmosphere. Only problem was arranging for a ride to the airport. Would stay again.

Our family of 9 stayed here while we visited the creation museum and it was completely enjoyable! Wanda is very kind and responsive to your needs. The house is well stocked- really all you need is to bring yourselves and your clothes :) everything you need is already here! We had adults teens and kids and they all loved it. We’re looking forward to a chance to visit again and we will definitely be staying here!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The owner thought of every detail and comfort imaginable. The kitchen truly was fully stocked with cooking equipment and I can't think of anything they needed to improve. Charming town, great for kids to ride bikes or scooters, river was nice to see, close to creation museum.....so nice, so clean, so much cool history to the town. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place!

Thank you Wanda we loved stay at the house the gathering with my brothers and sis in laws was wonderful and the house gave us plant of space. We loved walking the town and looking at the river. Can't wait to come back

There was no snow so we were unable to go skiing but thankfully the property was close enough to Cincinnati to enjoy a weekend there

The house was very spacious and very clean. We had 2 families with 3 kids each. Plenty of room for everyone. Really enjoyed the uniqueness of the house. Owner responded quickly to questions.

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little town. The house is nicely organized and has extra features such as Netflix and board games. The house is convenient to Perfect North, The Creation Museum, The Ark, airport and Florence.

We came up for skiing at Perfect North and glad we found this place. It was perfect for our blended family!

A nice sleepy location, fabulously well setup. Very clean. We had 4 adults and two children, and it was such a great setup.

Very pleased with our stay. The home was very clean, the location was great for local attractions, and the little town of Petersburg has some fun history and only steps from the Ohio river. -will defiantly stay there again if in the area.
