About this house rental

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Two Kayaks and Jon boat are included for family fun and/or fishing.
Home located on the back of the cove for privacy, swimming and great fishing. We are 5 minutes to nearest boat ramp. 15 min from Land Between the Lakes, 15 minutes to Barkley Lodge. 1.5 hour drive from Nashville.

Also includes washer and dryer, all kitchen supplies, gas grill, wireless internet, Xbox

The house was a perfect size for a large extended family: seven adults, one preschooler, one tween, two teenagers. The two living rooms were great for the kids and adults to have space to spread out. The pontoon rental was the highlight and the owners made it easy and quick. And for us, the most important thing - beds were comfortable!

This home was the perfect fit for our multi-generation summer family vacation! Everything was as described and shown in pictures. Beds were comfy! AC kept up with the heat and humidity. Location is great for getting out on the lake or going to nearby restaurants, groceries or shops. Loved the takeout we got from Greg's Grill on the first night. Swimming in the cove was great and we found other good spots nearby to anchor the pontoon and swim. Would love to come back to this home and area someday.

My group of teacher friends and I loved our stay on the lake. We kayaked, worked a jigsaw puzzle when it rained, and had many wonderful places to gather and visit. Would definitely come back!

We had great quality time together! Of course the 4 days flew by. We went to the elk&bison prairie, kids enjoyed it. The trail and Barkley state park. We would do it all again! The home was just as described! Thank you Kelly!

Very spacious with room for privacy up and downstairs. We did not use the boat/kayaks due to weather and low water. The fire pit is great. Nice to have beach towels provided. Up and downstairs porches are terrific. Lots of cookware, although kitchen is small for more than 2-3 folks in there together. Appreciate all the bathroom essentials, condiments, Keurig coffee and hot chocolate, fixings to make S'Mores. You definitely need your GPS to get to the home, and I would not want to attempt the backroads in ice or snow. Easy check in and contact. Terrific view!

This property was absolutely wonderful. There were 10 of us staying over Thanksgiving, including 4 children and 1 dog. We had plenty of room, kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed. Plenty of room for our group of 12. Everything was just great and well stock. Rooms were nice and clean. Great wild life entertainment. We really enjoyed the stay. Only short coming was the boat dock is in bad shape. Railing was rotting and nail working there way up causing chance of cutting the kids feet. So water shoes would help.

This property was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including condiments, dish soap and kitchen necessities. It was absolutely wonderful to walk into a house that had fully made beds, soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, laundry supplies… really everything we needed…which was awesome, because there really aren’t a lot of shopping places around, so if you forget something, you will have to drive a little ways. Kelly provided such thorough details of everything you need to know about the area, from store and restaurant locations to closest urgent care. Kelly is wonderful to rent from. When we had a small issue in the house, she went above-and-beyond to fix the issue. We would definitely rent from Kelly again!

Renting the property was very easy, the pictures and online descriptions were exactly what the property was really like. The house was wonderful, and lake was amazing and the abundance of wildlife (turtles for the most part) made this trip and stay here a very memorable experience. Having access to the kayaks and boat gave us access to parts of the lake that we would not have had access to.

Great vacation!!!

This was an amazing getaway. Kelly was quick to respond and the house was clean, beds comfortable, and the house was fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. We also rented the pontoon, which was a great time! We never left the house, we stayed busy in the kayaks, pontoon, and the Jon boat. We grilled out every night and there was plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. The kids enjoyed just swimming at the dock and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.

The property was exactly what we expected. The description of it and the pictures are an accurate portrayal of what we found. We were a little disappointed that there was no water near the dock, but that is how things work with Lake Barkley at this time of year. This is close to Barkley state park so you can use the facilities there for boating and fishing. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who wants to have a nice time with family and friends. The amenities of the property are excellent. We used the fire pit every night.

Everything in the house was excellent. Very well supplied with everything you need. The only unfortunate thing was the dock sitting in the mud because of the water level, which is out of their control. Fishing wasn't very good at all but again out of their control.

This is our 2nd time renting this property. The owners are very attentive and check on you during your stay to make sure things are going well. It's very clean and updated. My family was super impressed with this house. Great for kids and adults. And they share their boat, kayaks, and floats. The screened in porch is our favorite place to relax. The owners pay attention to detail and we never needed anything during our stay as they are well stocked on dishes, towels, etc and they even had a little first aid kit.

Everything was great. Wonderful home and owner was terrific communicating with. Fishing in August was a little rough…warm water. Owner had pontoon bent for rental also…which made for a fun day for the family. The locals were wonderful too….super friendly. We loved the porch at night.
