Easy to check in. Had a small code problem that was fixed within seconds. Great pool access. Close to the strip. Had a great time!

We made a change this year to experience Branson instead of FL/AL and this location is perfect in that is close to the main strip but also far enough that you don’t feel jam packed. A big perk is that the main club house also has a restaurant/bar available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The stay was wonderful. The area was super nice and easy to find. The amenities were very nice and the apartment was nice as well.

The property, community, checkin and cleanliness were great. The air conditioning however was broken the entire stay and constantly stayed hot. There was a little relief in the evenings because Brett brought some portable units. While I appreciate him bringing those units I did not appreciate him knowing it was not working great and still renting it out to us. I would have chosen to stay somewhere else knowing this because it was so hot there. After being at the ball fields all day it was miserable to come back to a hot condo as well.

Property was very dirty the couch was stained. Every single baseboard was filthy and desperately needed paint. Master bed sheets didn’t fit. At base of the stairs the neighbors have 2 lawn chairs 4 ash trays and a Walmart sack with about 200 cigarette butts. Owner advertised recent remodel but if so was a half assed job. Been renting condos in Branson for about 15 years this is my first negative review.

Overall the property was nice. We got to watch the golfers coming by which was neat. The property wasn't the cleanest. All the towels and washcloths were still in the dryer. The baseboards, headboards and other deep cleaning needed to be done also and the bathrooms had hair on the floors. Just needed a bit more attention to cleaning but overall very nice property.

If had booked more than one night a couple of issues would needed resolutions. Dirty, used sheet on sleeper couch was big issue. Otherwise, it was sufficient for our one night need and was clean everywhere else.

The property smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The air conditioner was loud, making for a terrible nights rest. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful, making the entire bathroom smell of mildew. The beds were very hard, cheap Walmart pillows, and cheap bedding. Would not recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with Brett was awesome! He was great. Really enjoyed the neighborhood/location. Very good price for the condo. Everything was very clean. The one complaint we had was it seemed unusual that there were room darkening curtains in almost every room of the house, except for the master bedroom. Wasn’t really able to sleep in like we wanted because the light kept waking us up. No curtain at all on one of the windows in the master bedroom. (There were blinds.) Other than that, really nice place. Would definitely stay again.

This property was the perfect location. Easy to get to SDC and 76 strip. The condo was super clean, very nice. The outdoor/indoor pool/hot tub were joined in same area so could go back n forth. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood with great amenities-pool, pickle all, clubhouse with delicious pizza. Everything was as listed. Maybe some beach towels for the pool would be my only suggestion.

This place was great, just needs a more thorough clean in my opinion. Looks like the baseboards haven’t been touched in quite a while. Check in was easy, lots of space! Overall pleasant stay!

We were exhausted from the day and the girls wanted to swim. The pool was big and not o early crowded. The condo was clean, cool and quiet. We very much appreciate you opening your condo to us. We will stay again as we are at Tablerock Lake a lot!

Our family had a great time staying at this place, we had a little problem with the tv but the manager contacted and fixed the problem right away, awesome service! However, the unit could be clean better between the guest - floors were dirty and the sofabed sheets had crumbs all over it.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the balcony was nice for a morning coffee or evening drink. The only issue was one of the TVs and the owner responded very quickly with how to fix it. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

This property was comfortable and convenient. Communication from the manager of the property was excellent! He was prompt and friendly to help and answer questions. The curtains, shower curtains, towels and most of the rugs were all new looking. The covered patio balcony had plenty of room and we enjoyed watching the ducks and golfers. There were 3 extra blankets for the hide-a-bed or just to throw on your lap while watching tv which felt homey. The kitchen had all we needed. The washer and dryer worked well and i didnt have to take home bags of dirty laundry! The indoor pool was nice. My kids swam twice in our 3 days there. The neighbors were all friendly and quiet. A couple of things that i noticed were that the walls (especially by the island seating) needed to be wiped down and looked smeared/dirty. The baseboards also looked like they needed wiped. Two pieces of quarterround trim on the baseboards were missing (in master bedroom and kitchen). Also, a closet knob in master bedroom was broken off and was placed on the top shelf of the closet. The queen bedroom had a very squeaky door too. These are small things and did not affect our trip negatively. Just thought i would mention them for the manager. The updated counters and light fixtures were very pretty! Overall, we would stay here again.

As luck would have it, our Christmas holiday was impacted by the winter cold that swept the area. A lot of the attractions were closed and were forced to stay in. This condo was very clean, spacious and had update appliances. Like others, we did struggle some with the TV's and remotes, so we had to find other things to do. When we first arrived, the room did have a strange odor to it, we suspect the washing machine needed the gaskets cleaned. Reason for the 4-star, the resort winter pool was tiny and the hot tub was under maintenance. The club house was also hard to navigate and snow removal was not their priority. We had friends at another resort which had a huge pool for the kids. We would consider this place again, in the summer, so we could utilize the huge covered porch, golfing, and outdoor pool.
