Ideal for what we needed. Excellent location. Very comfortable, well organised and welcoming

Clean, spacious and comfortable

It would have been good to have a mat inside the back door. The false plants in the living room were very dusty. It was quite noisy when people were upstairs although their behaviour was not unreasonable

I would definately be looking for this places availability again if I wanted to stay in Cleveleys!

A home from home for a few days.

The property perfectly suited our particular needs for a warm, secure and comfortable place to stay for a few days. The location is perfect. Also the Sunset apartment has relaxing views across the South promenade facing the sea.

There was some disturbance from work being done at the adjoining building but that wasn't the fault of our property.

Was a pleasure, comfortable and fun

Loved this apartment, beautiful modern decor , perfect location for the zoo the parks the beach is literally over the road and ofcourse the tramways to Blackpool and Fleetwood . Great facilities, we cooked our own breakfast one of the days,and used the ovens for pizzas on one..Good shower..double bed was comfy.

The sofa bed in the living area was very uncomfortable you can feel the metal bars..but luckily we brought an air bed..could use a lamp also in the living area,just easier on the eyes if your watching the TV at night. Could use a coat hook in the hall way. Also the iron was a two pin euro plug so we couldn't use it,no connecter for a 3 pin to be found. Only 3 dolce coffee pods..2 adults stayed so would of been nice to have one each for each day but was a treat to have a coffee machine anyway. These are only small issues (apart from the bed) the apartment really was great as a whole.

no Wi-Fi. curtains were broken in the sitting room bedroom curtains could be a little better as too much light comes from the sides. this apartment was much cleaner last year when we stayed here. bedsheet had stain in the bedroom.

Poor WiFi connection and issues with TV. Front door kept sticking so we were locked out a couple of times. Apartment smelt of damp and wasn’t very clean. Toilet flush broken.

Home from home

Very stylish and modern. Nice touches such as nespresso machine. Comfortable sleep. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely stay here again!

Bedroom would benefit from a blackout blind. One shower cubicle was quite tight, if you are overweight it would be a bit of a squeeze. Generally clean, just a little attention to detail in corners/empty coffee machine, cleaning charge included so owners need to bring this up with the cleaning company.

The apartment was immaculate and well furnished with beautiful sea view.. Good location close to beach and amenities in Cleveleys. Close to tram stop for trip to Blackpool or Fleetwood .

The accommodation was very modern and clean and accommodating. It was a home away from home.

The apartment was in a very good location but wasn't ready to be let out.

The shower wasn't fixed to the wall when we arrived.Ot was broken.The bracket which held it was lying on the shower tray. The curtain track for the lounge didn't work properly.It was missing hooks and needed to be looked at. Flat wasn't ready for occupation.

Ebony suite

We liked the location of the apartment, also the shower & Bathroom was lovely also the coffee machine

The kitchen tap was loose, rubbish(ready meal boxes were left underneath the sink , there was no sponge or cloth for washing up , the bath towels were on the small side , the main seating area could do with a lamp as the lights are very bright . The fire did not work outside the door to the ebony suite. There was an animal smell, cats maybe 🤔 . Thanks

perfect for families or anyone wanting a quieter Blackpool

it was very modern, had its own entry way so we weren’t disturbing anyone. it was clean and tidy and even had a little outside seating area. was ideal for our family and young kids

we couldn’t work out the heating, the manual said it was on a timer and had a portable thermostat but we couldn’t find it. it wasn’t an issue as it was warm enough but some mornings could have done with a little Extra heat.

Seaview room

Great location and a decent holiday let ,was home from home and very close to the nearby amenities,great transport links to Fleetwood and Blackpool via tram

Communal front door was stiff to close so had to be pushed , couldn't get the wall mounted heater working in the living room,doors to wardrobe were unusable due to been off their tracks ,was still a great place to stay if these issues were fixed

Prefect beach location stay.

Lovely property with everything you need, plus coffee machine ☺️. Comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect beach location and walking distance to all amenities. Easy links to Blackpool/St Anne’s on the tram.

When people stay above with children running around as it is quite load. This is not the fault of the property though.

Exceptional

This place is gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and very high spec. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be returning. Great location and fantastic views over the sea. The sunset was amazing. Can't praise this place enough.

The shower door is too near the wall unless you're a slim size 10. You will find it difficult to get in and out. I'm a size 22, and I really struggled with the door, which is fixed, so you can't move it. It's the only negative thing about this accommodation.

microwave dirty curtains didn’t fit the window so people could see in in the evening and we were on the front. dirty throw on the small bed Wi-Fi didn’t work unless you were in the back bedroom

Apart from the internet problems, it was a lovely place, very modern with a lovely sea view and clos

Having stayed here before it was relatively easy to access the keys.

The only downside was that the re was no internet access as had been promised (apparently it was faulty) and as two of the people had online meetings this was very inconvenient. It took until the third day of our stay for someone to sort this out as the repair person went to the wrong apartment, despite being told several times which one it was.
