Book this beautiful home for your next trip to The Natural State! This 3-bed, 2-bath property (Sleeping arrangements - Bedroom 1 king bed, Bedroom 2 king bed, Bedroom 3 queen bed) is perfect, offering a well-appointed interior, screened-in porch, w/ quiet and privacy at the end of the cul-de-sac in a very nice neighborhood. This house is home base for visitors looking to hike, golf, browse the shops and restaurants or visit one of the many attractions that make Northwest Arkansas so unique!

The Space:
Single-Story Home with ground level direct access, driveway and garage parking. This house offers a warm cozy space for up to 6 people. It offers 4 flat-screen TVs, sofas, master tiled shower and walk-in closet. Bedroom 1 king bed, Bedroom 2 king bed, Bedroom 3 queen bed. Fully equipped Comfortable, open kitchen w/ standard coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher & toaster. Very inviting outdoor space w/ screened-in porch and deck w/ beautiful forest views. Has electric grill on deck, charcoal grill in garage.
2 Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved.
Rules are that the dog must be on a leash when outside in the neighborhood. Please kindly pick up after your pet. Dogs must stay off of the furniture and are required to be crated if you are going to be away from the house. Please do not leave pet unsupervised.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting family in the area. Communication with host was perfect and the place was as nice as advertised. Great open floor plan with nice sized bedrooms and comfortable linens. Would happily stay there again next time.

Nice quiet neighborhood. House not as fully stocked with kitchen or bathroom amenities but made do. ie, no salt, no shampoo/soap. Cushions on screen porch were full of animal hair. I get that they are outside but they could be lint rolled for the next guests, especially since the next guests arent bringing pets.

My adult siblings and I all live in different states. We came to Bella vista to visit w father who lives in area. To be able to stay less than 10 minutes from him and also to have our own “home” for light meals and visit was perfect. Property matched the description.

Home located on short street at end of cul-de-sac. Walmart, gas station, restaurants, etc. are all less than 2 miles away. Don't overpack because it's probably already stocked in this house! First time using an electric pellet smoker grill & our steaks turned out perfect! Great location to see sites in AR, MO & OK.

We would definitely book this house again. The home was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teen). The location was very quiet (at the end of a cul de sac), and we thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch. Also was very close to Bentonville.

We would definitely stay here again.It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We did a lot of biking, so it was nice to have a garage to store the bikes. I loved the screened in porch!

Loved the home the moment we walked in .....felt like we were home. The beds were comfy as well as the best living room furniture. We had hoped to do some golfing and biking but mother nature said not this trip. We did a lot of sight seeing and loved the natural state for sure. Hope to come back again.

House is beautiful and well decorated. It was very clean. Rain hampered us enjoying nice porch. Very quiet neighborhood. House is easy to find. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels quickly and needed to purchase our own. It was easy to contact Lindsey when needed.

If you're looking for a great place to stay, choose this property! This is the second time we have stayed here and it has all of the amenities that make it feel like a home away from home - plenty of space, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and a cozy porch area with both screened-in and outdoor seating (great for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night). The cul de sac is quiet and private and the 2 car garage is a nice added bonus. We'll be staying again for sure!!

The house was a wonderful place to meet with our family and provided a spot for rest and relaxing away from the stress and noise. The neighborhood was very peaceful and provided a great place for early morning coffee and some great walks. The owner was very responsive and even quick to help when we had a simple question. We will be visiting again soon.

This home was beautiful and comfortable! Very spacious, comfortable beds , tastefully decorated and a gorgeous porch area. We loved that this home had a 2 car garage to use and it was secluded on a cul-de-sac but still close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again! * My only suggestion would be that the address and check in details are sent out at least 24 hours ahead of time. We had a very long drive and since we were meeting up with our son (who was also traveling from far away), it would have been nice to be able to have that information sooner than 12 hours before the stay. Other than that minor detail, 5 star experience!

We enjoyed our stay. We were playing golf and they graciously let us throw our luggage in the house a little early so it wouldn’t be sitting in our car. The house was just like the pictures. The location was great. The are lots of backroads in this area but this location was a simple drive in and out with easy acces to 71, golf courses or the lake. The house was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having 2 king beds. Our only comment, and I use the word comment and not complaint, was the tv setup was Roku based. I was the only one in our group who could operate the TVs. We really weren’t there much (a lot of good things to do in the area) or we spent time on the nice deck, but it’s worth mentioning. We would definitely rent here again. Great communication with the owners, great sleeping set up with the 2 king beds, and we liked the location.

Came to AR for our niece’s wedding at Cooper Memorial Chapel. This location was perfect and so was the wedding! It was our first trip to AR and we loved the Bella Vista area. We highly recommend this home if you’re traveling in the area. No negatives at all!
