Comfortable Accomodations

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. No problems at all.

I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Room was cozy and contemporary.

Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but if you rent a car it’s easy to get around. Pool is not really for adults.

Great time at aloft!

Very nice place, in the lobby there is a bar

Not a big deal but we got a room with handicap accesible bathroom and after a shower the water comes out of the shower area.

We did have blood or something on a couple pieces of the bedding, this did not come from us

There are other options in the immediate area that provide a better value.

located near the rail yards in north KC the location was relatively quiet and somewhat secluded yet close to many restaurants and services.

The rooms are as advertised, small but efficiently appointed. There was a small fridge and a single cup coffee maker but no microwave. There were food options for purchase from a display fridge in the lobby but no hot breakfast options (even though they were advertised) and the coffee bar in the lobby never had coffee, just got water.

Friendly efficient staff, very clean, Not a great for pleasure travel due to location.

I love the fact that there were rugs and not wall to wall carpeting. It felt much cleaner. I love the soap dispensers instead of wasteful mini bottles. Service was excellent, staff was professional but warm and friendly. Service was fast and efficient.

The view is completely terrible and the description was misleading. We expected a city view, not a view of dirt and stationary trains. It was pretty ugly. No local options for food and beverage only fairly boring chains.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to sleep but will not be back

Staff was very nice and helpful and pool was nice

Pillows/beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms were not family friendly (showers in the open) shower door kept leaking water on the floor. Asked for extra pillow and blanket got it then after cleaning came through they were not replaced so had to ask for again. Booking.com stated 2 queen beds and a sofa bed..there was no "sofa bed" just a small bench..was only reason we booked the room was for that.

This is the second time we have stayed there. We love the hotel and it's location.

We didn't like our neighbors and we were put in a room that has a door to another room. Not as quiet

Could have been a nice place to stay

It was a nice room I would have scored it better if I wasn't double charged

I was charged double in case I purchased incidentals. I was told the extra charges would drop off my account in a few days but I could have used the money in my account. Here's an idea, charge me if I decide to purchase anything and don't take my money on the off chance I might want to purchase something.
