The appliances , tv, lights were no plugged in. Lamp broken shade, said non smoking but room smelled of smoke, no shower curtain, had to get towels and hang up shower curtain up our self, no cleaning, making bed, picking up and changing out the towels for the three days for Pitt stay. Hard to find help, desk person gone for long period of time. The fridg was med and still had tape inside. Savory people hanging around anytime of day. No ytelivisoon instructions. We’re gonna leave but no time we had family activity. We will never be back.

I understand hotels make updates to their services and amenities for their guests. However, this was ridiculous. The room was for 4 guests, but there were only 2 towels. When asked if we could have 2 more towels, we were told they did not have any! The front desk was rude and dismissive about the question—almost as if we shouldn't have asked. Here's what else: - We were on the 3rd floor-the elevator was broken - There was absolutely no continental breakfast - room was "being remodeled". -No washroom - none were working - No full roll of toilet paper or extra roll. They never came when asked. - Piles of trash in the hallways -

This place looked nothing like the photos. The elevator was broken. The vending machine was super old and not in proper working order. There was no shampoo or soap for the shower. Only one set of towels. The bed sheet had like blood like stains on it. The pillows if you can even call them that were so old and flat. Three outlets in the room didn’t work. This wasn’t worth the money I paid to stay here. I will never stay there again. This place needs serious updating and work done.

We were awaken at 2am and left outside till 6am. Apparently there was a man with a fire arm above our room. SWAT team showed up and cleared the 3d and second levels. We were staying jist below the involved room. We have 5, 8, and 12 year old that were traumatized by experience.

Great location, clean rooms, reasonable prices, and a very nice lady (possibly owner) who shares my love of old cartoons. She was in the lobby watching Looney Tunes when I checked out, and she was super friendly. Made me feel like I was just a guest in her home. 10/10 would recommend!

This is basically a homeless whelter it can not be even called a hotel, there is no clenning lady, my sheets were dirty, there was a lot of people outside doing weed and smoking cigarrets, noicy around 10 pm with all the people out side that apparently lived there or stayed long term, super smelly place i want a refound or at least a comensation its not like the pictures. And they also ask for a deposit that its not mention on the add nor the reservation. It was a surprise when they asked for a 100 usd deposit for the room, i mean what hotel does that ?

The staff was nice and great. I booked this hotel from Expedia. The pictures are very outdated and when I came to my room was shocked by huge difference. It was a lot more rundown and sketchy. But I guess that’s what you get for what you pay for. It is a 2-star hotel and many people expect more for some reason. The room was little smelly and things were dirty. The neighborhood was the worst but that’s out of their control. Lots of homeless and drug addicts roaming around. Saw group of young adults looking into people’s cars and trying to get inside from the side and back doors. So definitely do not leave anything valuable in your vehicles. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are very low budget and have no other choice.

Check in was very slow. 3rd floor room and elevator was out of order. Rooms and halls strong smell of smoking both tobacco and weed. Always a number of people at entrance smoking, loudly talking, drinking alcohol and gave impressions of being drunk or high. Didn't feel family friendly, I was traveling with a teenage niece. On plus side, convenient to several restaurants and gas stations. Housekeepers were friendly and prompt when requested towel exchange.

I was double charge for the night of July 26 to July 27 at the Econolodge. I spoke with one of your agents yesterday on the chat and she invited me that the button was grayed out and she had no option to assist so I need to talk to the people at the desk at the Lodge Motel to remind the second payment was 30 minutes apart each other. I spoke with the manager. They advised me that you guys have charged the charge and we need to receive the refund from you if you could please get back with me on this matter soon as possible appreciate it, thank you.

Room wasn’t too bad, but very dirty/messy/smelly hotel. People sleeping in the parking lot. Paid in full before arrival and had to wait in the lobby ( standing) for almost an hour waiting for the computer to restart?

We booked a room first room was dirty bed unmade gave us a second room no wifi or TV and lied for three hours saying they would fix it on top of that it was my birthday and the front desk help is rude stayed on her iPhone and watching TV when guests had no wifi for TV's to work. Dont stay there pay the 180 a night or better to stay close to downtown any price cheaper you'll get bad results.

Swat showed up to arrest some criminal made us all get out of the hotel while they raided it. Hotel is dirty. They didn’t even clean my room from the last person and the sheets had not been washed. It is a lazy dirty hotel

It was stuffy and I honestly had no idea that we had to pay an extra 100 which will be credited back but it was tough because we went there in the first because we had a tight budget and having to pay more than we can actually afford at the time was difficult. I didn’t enjoy the time there’s it was okay but I just didn’t like the way it was overall.

Overall the place was not bad. Room was clean and place was quiet not a lot of traffic in and out. Nice area and staff was friendly. Hallways carpeted, but room was grey wood floors which I liked instead of carpet that you don't know when the last time it was clean. They do take a $50 deposit. But if you pay in cash you'll get it right bac when you check out, instead of waiting for it to be refunded through your bank A PLUS for that.
