Sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Wake and have coffee while looking out onto the ocean. Walk to Swami's for breakfast. Go out for the day and come back in the afternoon to play in the ocean until past sunset. Clean up, eat dinner and then make a fire & s'mores while the wave crash onto the rocks.Basically these were our days here in this unit. While we did the usual tourist things (Legoland, Safari Park, Birch Acquarium) the kids couldn't wait to come back in the afternoon to get in the water.The outdoor shower was awesome to get as much sand off as possible before getting into the house.The unit is awesome for a family stay. It's not totally posh but comfortable and nice. The back bedroom is smaller and doesn't have any view.(This caused a bit of conflict between the kids) We did use the sofa bed but brought our own padding since sofabeds are notoriously uncomfortable so can't say how comfortable it is without. The main bathroom is unique but beware of the steps. The kids loved that bathroom and we had no issues but wanted to call out to folks so they are aware there are steps to get into main shower.Overall we'd love to return to make more memories

We’ve stayed here multiple times. The sand backyard and fire pit are perfect for sunsets and evening entertainment. Close enough to walk to the bigger beaches and pier without the traffic and pedestrians constantly coming by like the boardwalk beach houses.

Lovely and clean beach level unit in quiet and neighborly area of Oceanside. Sounds of waves crashing along property, makes for a great night’s sleep. We had dolphins galore in front of property. Not for the infirm- stairs down to unit and stairs into sunken master shower. The only downside is some lack of privacy- shared common (sand) space just outside unit with two other units. But manageable. WiFI works well but can’t take or make phone calls from unit- have to walk up to street level. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend.

Went to Oceanside with my Daughter, grandson and his wife. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful view, location etc. lots of exclelen restaurants nearby and a short drive to Sand Diego. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back.

My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. We were directly on the water. It was very nice to have that view. I had my 4 children ages 8,6,3,and 1. Our youngest was in a pack and play and the other 3 shared the room. Otherwise it would have made the sleeping situation a little tricky. (We much prefer a closed bedroom for The kiddos.)
The house had a lot of space. Both rooms each had walk in closets and ample space to unpack your bags. It was very nice having a parking spot on sight. The washer and dryer came in handy. We needed it. I did bring my own laundry soap. It’s hard to know what amenities you will have when you arrive. The master suite is large and the shower tub is odd at first but we actually really liked it! It was so nice and warm and steamy!
We cooked quite a few meals in the property, the kitchen has the very basics for you. We brought a lot of our favorite tools from home and I am so glad that we did. Just for ease of cooking.
Sharing the downstairs sand space was great. We enjoyed all the other guest company when we were there together. Everyone was so kind.
There was plenty of towels and pillows provided but still brought a couple of our favorite comforts from home.
The patio furniture is a bit worn but honestly it’s kinda expected with the sea breeze right in your backyard.
The rock wall barrier between the beach and the property is a bit precarious with little children. My older kids did really well though and loved it.

We loved this place. The views and sounds from the ocean were amazing. Only thing I would suggest would be to update the washer and drier. Washer took forever and drier had a musty smell but otherwise we were sad to leave.

We really enjoy this unit. Great value! They thought of pretty much everything one needs. Wonderful common area with a grill and firepit. There is a garage for your car which is good to use. The main toilet ran all the time. I’m sure it is an easy fix. The weirdest thing is the main bedroom was incredibly hot. The heat was coming from the ceiling. It seriously was hot. The fix was leave the bedroom doors open at night. There are only fast food Mexican restaurants near by. We tried Roberto’s which was wonderful. Sit down restaurants are about 10 minute drive away. We saw dolphins swimming in front as well as surfers. Fun to watch. We would rent there again if those two items are fixed.

The place is set next to white water ocean.The place was extremely clean,cute and decorated simply to amplify what you are there for,the ocean view and sound of the waves. One unique thing about this place is it has a brightly tiled grotto shower,sunken down two steps. Fun and different.
There is a small garage to park in,which is worth its weight in gold when it comes to bigger city parking. Near downtown,but quiet. The home is larger than expected,with a huge porch on the back with the ocean view of a lifetime. We sat here night and day listening to the waves hit. We saw several surfers, dolphins and endless sailboats.
Management was easy to work with and even came to unlock a door for us when we locked it by accident.
We would highly recommend this place,and can not wait to stay again!

We visit San Diego/Oceanside at least once a year because we have family here. Usually a place is smaller than it looks from the pictures. This time, the place was so much larger than we expected! Location was great, and this is one of the few properties that didn't have The Strand road in front of us. So this was right on the ocean. I got some amazing sunset pictures from the deck/porch. I liked being on the lower level, too. Also, it had a large closet with lots of hangers and a great dresser to put our clothes so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase. I highly recommend it!

Staff was extremely helpful and easy to reach by phone or text. The only disappointment was we couldn’t extend our stay for 2 days and ended up at the Wyndham up the street. Promised a waterfront view when booking and ended up being a ocean partial view from the balcony. This beach house is so convenient to downtown and so relaxing from the sandy backyard. 2 nights we built an awesome fire and spent hours after dark sitting around the fire and listening to the ocean. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The photos presented are NOT current or true, there has been significant beach erosion & damage which has taken away the beach & access to the beach below the boulders. The condo needs some love as the doors are do not operate smoothly including garage man door, the hall shower doors does not latch, there is no dresser or drawers in 1 room, the patio furniture & cushions are pretty worn and no patio dining table present.

Was a average rental unit. No good windows with screens to get a decent cross breeze, so they provide fans to keep you cool. The unit was updated but not great; weird sunken shower, but could use the other one in the unit. Great to have a garage, great being right on the ocean with nice views and nice hearing the waves crass. Very reasonable price. Good location but may want to be closer to the beach and pier. Probably will upgrade next time and get a bit more what we want.

Everything was great except we did not know about the street sweep that happens in Oceanside and the ticket we received. You could have put that on your information about the rental because not all states and cities do a street sweep and we were up and could have move the vehicle and we also traveled in a suburban which was too large to put in your garage. Everything for the stay was there and we had no other issues.

We rented all three units for our family group of 18. All of the units were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and there was plenty of outdoor furniture on each deck and also for the sand yard. We enjoyed the fire pit several nights. There had obviously been some storm damage to the rock walls on all of the properties in the area, I am sure it will be restored back to it’s original condition when possible. It was a minor issue, but it did take away from the beauty of the coast line. The management company was very nice to work with! Misti responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the property was great. The master bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of space to hide away clothing and bags in the walk in closets. The house is close enough to the pier to walk down easily. The Oceanside Thursday Farmer's Market and then Thursday night market are not to be missed!
We had a few issues that the management company was able to remedy quickly.
We did wait 2 days for the garage to be available to us, which wasn't ideal.
My only complaint was that the back sandy area off the deck wasn't raked of rocks and there was no rake available. It was in disarray. There were children's socks in the outdoor shower and a bathing suit or underwear and a random box left on the back deck. There was also a beer can and vape left on the back table. One set of chairs on the deck didn't have cushions and one chair was missing a leg. So, the outdoor area needed to be cleaned up better.
At the time we stayed there was very little beach below the sea break rocks. What was there was all black rock and a tiny bit of sand.

Condo clean and well decorated. Everything in good repair. Gorgeous ocean view. It is so close you can feel the spray from the waves. We have stayed here a few times and love the peaceful atmosphere . Hearing the ocean waves is so relaxing. Plan to return year after year. Besides the beautiful view, the one car garage and easy street parking is a real plus.
