This property has it all. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for and more. The living area and master bedroom has outstanding beautiful views of the gulf. The decks had really comfortable furniture that made sitting out there in the mornings and evenings so relaxing and enjoyable. We had some amazing sunsets. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Best location on the beach. We definitely plan on returning in the near future. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property! We loved it!

This property is excellent. All the furnishings were great, but we really liked the master bed (super comfortable!) and the high quality, abundant patio furniture. All the little details were covered and I especially loved the Keurig in the master bedroom for that first cup of coffee on the balcony. My only minor dissatisfaction was the check-in time and not being able to get into the property until 5 pm. Regardless, I would highly recommend this property.

The beach home was beautiful, but the location was truly memorable! We watched the storm systems roll in, then watched the sun come back out. We watched the birds and the fish and the colorful sunsets. This location was farther then we usually drive, but was truly worth it! Highly recommend!

The property was wonderful! It was a beautiful property with everything you need for your stay and only a few steps from the beach! The deck views of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing. Rebecca really made sure things were great for us and she was great with answering the few questions we had along the way. We would love to come back!

This was the 2nd time 2 of us have stayed in the condo! Everything was perfect! Great location, literally step of the deck onto the beach! For us, that was amazing!! Nice deck off of the main floor to watch the beautiful sunsets. Deck upstairs is great too! Everything you need is there! Get a few groceries and you wouldn’t even need to leave. Amazing stay….will return!!

The unit could not have been more amazing. Excellent location, a short distance from many great restaurants. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need - from kitchen, to bathrooms, to beach gear. We have two young girls and the house was set up perfectly for our family, and was quiet enough for us to enjoy and relax. A few steps from the beach and plenty of space for incredible views of the sunsets. The owners took such great care in thinking of everything so we did not have to, down to the beautiful decor that made the unit super cozy. We will be back.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed here with our 3 kids (7, 5, and 2) and having the beach and everything needed for the beach (toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels) made this such an easy and enjoyable vacation. I hope we’ll be back soon!

A true beach experience! A week wasn’t long enough! Rebecca’s home is absolutely beautiful. They have done and are still working on renovations. They have true pride in ownership of this beach gem. Listing is true and accurate. Communication was timely and professional. This was our third stay in the Indian Rocks Beach area and it never disappoints, but staying at Beach Blues raised it to a new level. We can’t wait for a February stay in 2024, only this time it will be for 2 weeks!! Thank you Rebecca!

Stayed with our 3 and 4 year old daughters It was a perfect location for us, step right out to the beach and the available toys/beach towels made it all super easy. Loved how updated and luxurious it felt, especially the master bedroom. Comfortable beds! We would love to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming property. Amazing sunset views and steps to the beach where we took morning walks and collected sea shells. The unit was wonderfully appointed and more than lived up to it’s online description. Great nearby restaurants and a quiet neighborhood topped it off. We would highly recommend.

This condo is so close to the beach I didn’t use a swimsuit coverup! We were there in off season, September, so the beach was quite and not at all busy, especially if you walked north. We saw lots of wildlife, including dolphins very close to shore! Condo is beautiful! Highly recommend guppy’s, original crabby bills ( not the one in Clearwater), jakes cantina and VIP Mexican grill. The little shop sea gypsy across the street is very cute with neat stuff. Wonderful relaxing stay!!

Condo was in great condition and the location is amazing. Few steps to the beach. Overall we had a great time. There was just an unpleasant situation one day. We had met at the beach with another group of family and friends, for a few minutes there was a storm and since our rental was the closest to the beach we decided to take shelter there. People were mostly in the balcony, not even inside the condo. Few minutes late we received a call from the owner that there were complaints from some of the tenants in the building for the number of people in the condo. The complaints were from the same people that were smoking marihuana close to our balcony the night before.

We just returned home from a great week in your rental home. The view was amazing, the location was perfect and the “extras” that were available to use made our trip wonderful! The house was so perfect. We live in Virginia and I did not want to lease. The house had everything we needed and more. The view was breathtaking. My 2 toddlers loved it. We went to Disney for my daughter’s 4th birthday, just for the day and went back to the beach house for the rest of our stay and my 2 toddlers enjoyed the beach way more than Disney, and my husband and I did too. I have no words to describe how happy we are with our experience. The host was super attentive. Only thing we had an issue with was parking. We have friends that live in Florida and they visited us but had to park far away due to no parking.

The house was lovely as expected, location could not be better. Only two things that would have made it perfect, well actually just one. -The neighbor to your right as you are on the patio looking at the ocean played their music very loud. It started at 8:30-9:00 AM in the morning (on a Saturday and Sunday). Because the walls are connected you can really hear it. We mentioned it to them but unfortunately they didn’t seem to care. -Lastly the ice maker did not seem to produce much ice and when it did it seemed to melt and you would have a big clump to break up on the concrete outside.other then those two things we had a lively time and the beds were very comfortable! Wonderful condo right on the beach. Very clean, nice indoor and outdoor furniture, beautifully decorated in a beach theme and spectacular sunset views. They provide beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels and blankets and even a beach bag for your use. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

The direct beach access is second to none and the property is well maintained. Our only issue was the lack of parking with only one space designated for the property. We were able to use the beach access parking for a second vehicle but be aware - if you arrive before sunset, you will not find parking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and it was as described in the listing. Awesome place to stay and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach!

Perfect location

The check in and out process was very easy. The house is literally couple steps away from the beach. Can’t beat that! The kitchen was also fully stocked. My kids spend all day on the beach because the water was super warm. I could just watch them from the balcony. We took long walks on the beach to watch the sunset everyday after dinner, so incredible. There were also lots of shops and eatery around so everything was so convenient. Will definitely be back.

We had the best time with our friends and family here. The house was very nice and upgraded. The beds were comfortable and clean. The views were beautiful, and the walk to the beach was unbeatable. We loved having the private decks, and enjoyed the quick communication of the owners. We hope to be back!
