Nice size, good location, clean and comfortable

The location is perfect for us and the property has everything we need for our stay. Good heating thankfully as it was freezing out ❄️

Comfortable and great location for our needs.

The beds were comfortable and it was just the location we needed. Driveway was tight but we managed to fit. Bedding and bathroom were clean and towels fresh. Reasonably priced. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged.

The floors downstairs didn’t appear clean, noticeable pet hair. Bathroom light didn’t work and bathroom door didn’t close properly. Very thin walls (obviously can’t be helped) could hear the neighbours tv very clearly, however there wasn’t any noise during the night, I was worried about this after reading other reviews.

A diamond in the rough

A town house with everything one might need for a shorter or longer stay. Fully equipped kitchen making cooking a possiblity. Iron and ironing board. Washing machine and dishwasher. Fridge and freezer. Toaster. A small patio to hang out on if weather approves. Living room with TV with plenty of tv-channels. Free WiFi, however a bit slow. Upstairs two bedrooms, one smaller with one bed and one bigger with one double bed and one single bed. All beds comfortable with clean linen. Bathroom with tub. Communication with the owner was easy.

Location is a bit off. The house papers not quite updated and hard to find (we found them the last day). Parking a little tight.

fantastic homely home away from home

lovely homely property. definitely comes under the saying “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. neighbours were great, home was clean and tidy. enjoyed there were DVDs there for the kids

not the property, but the road leading to was very bumpy/potholes but once you’ve mastered going in and out it’s easy to miss these

Nice, worm, enough space, many usefull things in the kitchen for preparing some food. Parking in front of the house. Good instructions for check in.

Didnt have netflix, but was not a problem as we used our tablet.

Great cosy house, all we needed for a few days.

Good facilities.

Would have appreciated items like sauce, vinegar, mustard. Usually left by previous guests. But being very picky! Didn’t ruin the stay! The lane was a bit tricky to drive down in a van, parking was tight.

There was no WiFi? After a chat to the owner, there was still nothing done to try and fix it and no return phone call to explain. Very dissappointed!!!!!!

disappointing

location, size and utilities etc

lights in living room constantly flicker. Contacted the owner to highlight but didn’t seem to care. because they are LED spotlamp type - it gives you a headache. walls to next door are very thin. The first night next door had karaoke until the early hours and you could hear every word. second night they kept quiet. parking is very limited bath had stagnant water sitting in it on arrival - other cleanliness was ok.

It was lovely and comforting and worth the money

Lovely house set back in the village of Clayton, lovely warm inviting atmosphere with lovely beds and only 10 minutes from the nearest bus stop and only 5 minutes from town

Appliances were faulty, appliances need a bit of TLC, TV, Oven etc.
