About this house rental

This 4BR, 2BA home offers a 30ft Great Room with vaulted ceilings and sweeping valley views from expansive decks. Includes central AC, high-speed internet, gas fireplaces, modern kitchen appliances, washer/dryers, ping pong/pool table, and 75-inch OLED TV. Master Suite has a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet. Other bedrooms provide flexible setups and workspace. It's just a short walk to Corn Hill Beach and a quick drive to Provincetown, Wellfleet, and other beaches nearby.

Scenic location with quiet winding roads. Take a .75 mile walk down to Corn Hill Beach along one of the most beautiful areas in Truro, or take a short drive to any of the Ocean Side beaches, including Ballston and Longnook! There is a swimmable Pond, Great Pond, just down the road. Very short drive into Provincetown or Wellfleet!

Whole house

This 4 BR, 2 BA home features a 30+ foot Great Room with vaulted ceilings which allow ample light to flow through any season. Talk about a sunset! The evening light gives this space a calming and relaxing glow like no other. Movie night? Relax in front of our OLED 75-inch TV equipped with every streaming channel you could dream of.

There is an expansive Deck that has sweeping valley views of the treetops that run along Pamet River, and distant views of Cape Cod Bay. The shining river is visible off-season. A back deck off the kitchen allows for outdoor grilling, dining, and conversation with distant pond views. These two large decks allow for morning and afternoon sun and breezes.

The Central AC allows you to stay cool even on the hottest summer days. For the off-season, there are 2 wonderful Gas Fireplaces, one in the Great Room, and one off the Kitchen, which features cast concrete countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, views of the pond, and another seating area with a flat-screen TV.

The Master Bedroom is located on its own level, with a private, architecturally designed bathroom, walls of windows and large walk-in closet.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom are off the Great Room on the first floor with flexible bed configurations and working space.

A fourth bedroom and game room on the ground floor has twin bunk beds, full size pull-out couch bed, combo game table for ping-pong and pool, flat-screen TV, and separate heating/AC controls.

This home is also equipped with 2 Washer/Dryers and features Top of the Line Internet access and ample desk space in multiple rooms for remote working. This home has all the Bells and Whistles!

OFF-SEASON check in days and stay lengths are FLEXIBLE (2-night minimum) except *3-night minimum* for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays.

Check-out by 10 AM and check-in after 4 PM. However, in the event no one is coming directly after you, we are pleased to offer you a longer stay or earlier check-in time. We can message through the rental platform about this.

To enhance both the value and convenience of shorter stays, we will be providing bed linens and towels throughout the upcoming off-season, ensuring a more affordable and comfortable experience for our guests.

Our pet policies:
-We love dogs! We want to remain dog friendly. Please follow our pet policies as outlined in our instructions, so we are able to continue offering this benefit to our guests.
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bring a dog - no cats please ( we love cats too, but they claw furniture).
- Please keep pets off the furniture.
- We have a large dog crate you can use, or else a gate to close off rooms.

In the off-season, we offer a discount for stays of a week or more - and even better discounts for month long stays.

In lieu of a security deposit, guests are charged a nightly Trust and Security Fee. In VRBO this shows up as a management fee. For Airbnb the fee is already included in the nightly rates. This covers the guest for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to house contents and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. We love staying at the "Knockout Modern" in Truro. It is a lovely home in an outstanding location, lots of privacy and views. The home provides a lot of space for guests, quiet time and fun. We love the two decks. The house is well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and beach items. The owners are super responsive, we had a few very minor issues (batteries) which were addressed very quickly. We will be returning for our third year in 2025.

We had a magical break at this amazing house with the kids, the dog, my in-laws and our aunt. The kitchen is amazing. The stove is a delight and 3 ovens! This would be an amazing space for friends to do a foodie Friendsgiving- lots of space for everyone to cook together. The TV in the living room was impressive - we loved the art work on it. The various spaces and fireplaces were perfect — we could move from room to room. I loved the windows and the light. We did a little winter beach but it was nice to be cozy inside here as well. The sunsets on the porch were nice - they must be amazing in the summer and the river view was a plus. The hosts were gracious, flexible and responsive. The stars were bright and visible through all the windows at night and the kids liked the sunrise from the basement. The basement was awesome for the kids and we played a little pool, a little table tennis - something for everyone and the kids had their own couches/TV for no parent time. We had no issues at all — one part was missing on the stove but we knew about it in advance it was just a delivery timing issue (and there were 2 other ovens). The house was clean and well furnished. The house is very close to everything we wanted to do (we were moving around by car since it’s February). We’ll definitely do this again.

We had a wonderful stay; the house comfortably accommodated our extended families. We enjoyed the sunsets from the front deck and dinners on the back patio. The location near Corn Hill Beach was a real plus. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive when we had a few minor issues. We will definitely return!

This was our second time staying at this home and it did not disappoint. There were a few additions to the home, such as the amazing tv that my kids just absolutely loved. We would definitely stay there again if we decided to visit the area...walking distance to the beach, big spacious home, close to so many things!

Looks exactly like the photos. Went for a girls weekend. We loved the master suites, large well stocked kitchen, and the huge deck with comfy patuo furniture. Loved walking to the beach. Host gives great advice and recommendations.

Barbara, the property manager was extremely accommodating. The house is on a private piece of property, extremely spacious and the kitchen has all that you will need. The outside deck is also a great place to sit and relax. There is no lawn, however you are very close to town, beach, restaurants and etc. Make sure on check out day you give yourself a couple hours to clean, the requirement is extensive and you are charged if the laundry is not done. For example, all towels have to be laundered, counters have to be wiped down, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator have to be cleaned. Floors have to be swept. And there are many floors! So, a proper broom needs to be placed in home please. We didn’t think there was much left for the cleaning company! Nevertheless, it was a nice vacation and I would recommend this house, just clean as you go!

A great, outer Cape experience. The house is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable, excellent for family vacations. What a find for our family, and our welcome dog. The whole house air-conditioning is wonderful and, unfortunately, a necessity for the Cape these days. Access to beaches is great. This is our third time here, and we will be back for every Cape vacation. Barbara is a wonderful host. You should enjoy it as well, and grab it for anytime (we spent a wonderful week in March here, as well as in the summer), except the times we want it.

Fantastic stay!

My partner and myself and both sets of parents (70+ years old) had a lovely stay here. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well laid out so that a group of six adults felt like they had plenty of space to spread out. The front deck is a great place to spend a few hours reading, the kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook. Proximity to the beach was great, easily walk there or drive, try to get a beach fire permit from the city or Truro while you're here that was a highlight for us! Would highly recommend! (Only call out is the deck is natural wood, and if you have young children who are crawling age might not be a good option as there is a risk of splinters, etc)

Spacious, clean, unique property is a true hidden gem. Beautiful views and conveniently located. Property managers were easy to work with and quit to respond to any inquiries. The house was perfect! Great location - 1.5 min drive to the beach Big - better than being cramped in a small cabin Clean & Updated - nice newer big functional kitchen Nice Views - Sunset & trees/pond/birds Responsive and Nice Owners Only note to renters is be aware that being in the woods comes with those little buggers (we found a few ticks on ourselves and dogs).

Superb vacation house

This is just about the perfect vacation house; beautiful, functional, superbly located. We were here for the hottest two weeks ever on the Cape (at least for us) and the air-conditioning was perfect, and necessary for the Cape now. The kitchen is excellent for gourmet cooks and the great room gives a cozy but spacious area for the group. Excellent for family vacations. Barbara is a great and attentive host.

Gorgeous views from everywhere in this modern, open plan, newly updated gem of a vacation home. The deck and master bedroom/bath are fabulous. The beds and sofas are very comfortable and the kitchen is roomy and well supplied with all the pans and utensils you might need. The location is top notch. The only thing that could be better is the TV situation. The TV is on the smaller side and in an odd location off the kitchen and we wished we could have all watched a movie together in the great room. Perhaps the best part is the attentive and caring host, who monitors email and phone and returns calls or emails in an instant. I would return again.

My senior parents and I had a lovely time at this gorgeous house. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect- close to the beach and short drive to Provincetown. The airy openness of the house is dramatic and stunning, and yet you can still find cozy nooks for reading (like by the fireplace in the kitchen). The views out to the pond and the Corn Hill bluffs are stellar. Communication was instant, and the whole transaction couldn't have been easier. Thank you so much!!!

This house is wonderful. Beautiful, exciting, fun. Sunny, open, comfortable. The kitchen is stunning; if you like to cook and bake, this is the place for you. The setting is superb, with excellent views and surroundings, easy beach access and wonderful walking/running/biking pathways right out the door. Convenient to Truro center and Ptown. Barbara is an excellent and attentive host. Couldn't be happier with the house.
