The house was well-appointed, in an excellent location for skiing in and out of the property with ease, and the property manager was quickly responsive and helpful.

The place was fantastic! Easy ski out

Above expectations! We are a group of veteran skiers and accommodation renters who cast a skeptical eye on everything. This place delivered big time. The owner was uber responsive. The home was beautiful, gracious, well constructed and well kept. The ski in/ski out promise was for real! It could not have been more convenient. Would do it again for sure.

Enjoyed the house. Great layout & location. Easy ski-out, fun ski-in. Having one non-bunk bedroom with two queen or full beds rather than a single king bed would've helped for a non-couples trip.

First, the house is gorgeous and super convenient to Big Sky! Literally, walk out the back door, strap in and you're gone. It takes a minute to figure out the way back, but once you have it, it's a race to the finish line. Sleeping arrangements were great, King masters were very nice. Lastly, the kitchen required by our amateur chef met all expectations. The "Title" is true, this is the best house in over 25 years of ski trips. Thank you!

This home was perfect for our ski trip! The amenities and location were second to none. If you’re looking for the best ski in ski out lodge for a large group, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house all around
The mountain has to do a better job of marking trails to get home , but was part of the adventure

A vice nice with an extremely accessible ski-in and ski-out location. Very comfortable and well-equipped. No problems whatsoever -- the way a vacation house should be!

We arrived at this beautiful property after an 11 day road trip from New Mexico with our 3 granddaughters. We were joined by our children and their spouses and some good friends. We had 5 wonderful fun and relaxing days. House was perfect for our group and can’t say enough about the house! Hope to make it back there again!

This home had plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen with enough room for many cooks at a time. Super cozy and beautiful setting. Yellowstone was closed due to flooding but we saw plenty of wildlife right outside our door and there was a ton to do in the area. Even got a little snow in June!

Had an amazing time at this cabin! It was perfect for me and my family (mix of adults, kids and one toddler). Well stocked with everything we needed to have an incredible time. Honestly the only hard part was getting out of the house because we were having so much fun hanging out. Would certainly return!

Never been to Big Sky to ski. Been on our “ski bucket list” for years. Booked for 4 couples and a single.
Bozeman airport is awesome. So easy. Location from Airport is 40-45 min easy drive with spectacular views along Galatin River.
All information by management company was perfect in regard to house. Access was as easy as it gets. GPS IS NOT reliable to address and fell coverage is poor all over resort. It will lead you wrong.
Once at Big Sky Follow written directions to Mountain Lodge private ski community and its two turns once inside gate. Easy…
House looked brand new. Everything was perfect. Heated 2 car garage. Large gas fireplace with remote start. Kitchen with Wolf and Sub zero appliances well appointed. Everything was spotless clean.
The ski locker room had large cubbies for gear with boot and glove heated drying machines that worked awesome.
Not fan of rental hot tub spas (other than our own) but the management company has service that shocks and drains water and refills hot tub fresh before arrival of every new guests…so smart! Nice!!!
Now….ski in ski out…it is a TRUE ski in AND out!
Ski out: Stacys way takes you to a quiet two pack lift and you ski down to large 6 pack “six shooter” past Madison Lodge…super easy…
Ski in is NOT so easy…we all got lost first day…like REALLY lost. . “Had to get Snowmobile ride home…lol” The large online resort trail maps are TOTALLY deceiving and useless…IGNORE.
WRITE THIS DOWN****
Take Jakes way and Cinnabar to Natawista. Take Natawista to Bootlegger. Take Bootlegger to Hideaway. Watch for trail sign on left with right arrow that says “Stacys way” Stacy’s way is the center trail…..goes right by house. We were spring skiing at 58 degrees so it got really sticky and soft and hard to get home by 4pm…beware.
House is very well designed for 8 guests, would not recommend for more.
Great room TV was a little awkward…had strange ratio that didn't fit screen? Tried dozens of settings trying to watch basketball tourney. Never could fix. Never could get outside speakers by spa to work? Could not find AV receiver to operate?
Other than that (and this is really picky) we all felt mattresses were too hard. Need softer. We all struggled to get comfortable once sore after skiing hard all day.
Resort is unreal…house is stunning…drive is easy…airport is super easy…
Will do this again for sure!

Incredible Location, Incredible House
Had a blast staying at this property. True ski in ski out - skied right up to the hot tub at the end of the day on the slopes. The Boot room (with boot warmers) was an added plus. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location is phenomenal with both ski in/out access and a short drive down to Madison base—Really ideal if there are beginners in the group or people who will be taking ski lessons. Our 3 year old daughter was able to ski out with no issues but the trail back was a bit long for her so we usually parked down at Madison.
The house itself is fantastic with plenty of space and nicely appointed bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen is also great. We cooked every day and it was very well equipped.
Overall a really wonderful place to stay for a family!

Our group very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The layout of the house was perfect, allowing for our group to mingle but also providing for personal space. The location was also convenient from both a ski in/out perspective as well as with Moonlight. We've stayed at many houses in Big Sky and this was definitely one of the best.

Beautiful newer mountain chalet with modern yet rustic decor provided ample room for 10 of us to spread out. Can't say enough about having your own ski equipment room with glove/boot warmers just steps to slope outside back door. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Just got done staying at the house mid September. House location is great. We had 4 generations of family with 8 adults and 3 small children and house never seemed crowded. Kitchen well supplied as we hosted chef and his team for great birthday dinner. We saw great wildlife with moose, elk, deer and red fox right out the back door. We enjoyed simply access to hiking right out the back door and hot tub supplied needed relaxation. Many great restaurants just 10 minutes away and enjoyed trip to Yellowstone and awesome golf at The Reserve at Moonlight Basin. This is great place for family or friends get away.

This property was amazing! The home is new, clean and a great place to relax after a long day. The house seemed even bigger than in the pictures, and you would have no problem with 12 people being comfortable here. The views were incredible, with a great view of Lone Mountain from the deck. Amazing hikes nearby and a short drive to town.
Nicole was great to work and very helpful answering the many questions that I had, being that this was our first time to Montana.

House and location were both amazing. Very clean and everything you need to run the house, including garage door remote and entertainment, was in the right place with an easy to follow instruction book.
Our group was 6 adults and 4 children. We cooked 6 of 7 nights. A very complete kitchen and bar set up. Excellent appliances, cuisinart, slow cooker, juicer, basically everything you would want clean and well placed in a very spacious kitchen.
Everything worked. Clean, fresh smelling linens. Great hot tub. Sonos music system. Multiple sitting areas. PlayStation.
Some of the best hikes we took were right out the back door. We enjoyed that more than a paid hike in west Yellowstone. The best hike of all was beehive basin which was 1.5 miles away.
