At this time, we do not have a guaranteed date for these to be accessible, though to our knowledge this should not impact 2025 stay dates. Please reach out with any questions. Rates lowered!**

Please be aware that our beautiful beach town did experience damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Our community is working quickly to restore beaches, businesses, and properties. Local experts currently estimate that the beginning of 2025 will offer an excellent travel experience for our valued guests. Please book with confidence for 2025 stay dates! Our availability calendars are up to date, and we anticipate our area to be majorly restored by Jan 1st, 2025.

Located on the tip of the island, this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo boasts amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Blind Pass and the Intracoastal waterway; you can’t get any closer to the water than this! This fabulous unit offers ample space to sit back and enjoy your Florida vacation as both, the master bedroom and the living room area will provide you access to the private balcony. Warm wood floors throughout beckon you to relax and unwind. Prefer to dine in for the night? The state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops will stir up your inner chef. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, flat screen TV’s in the living area as well as both bedrooms and wireless internet service. Building #5 is unique in that it sits at the very end of the property on the tip of the peninsula and provides awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico! This building is right next to the beach access and only a short walk to the pool and other onsite amenities provided.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water: the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffleboard, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! Wonderful location in a quiet gated community. The unit was supplied well and very clean. The kitchen appliances were a standout. Plenty of very good restaurants and activities within 5 miles or less. The pool, hot tub, boardwalk around the property, and the beach were all great. Encountered only two very minor problems; the water filter needs to be changed in the refrigerator and I could not get the electrical outlet in the guest bathroom to reset. We would definitely return to this unit if the opportunity arises in the future.

Our family recently stayed here. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking! The water view from the condo was really beautiful! Our family greatly appreciated the beach gear in the condo- beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. My only complaint is that it wasn’t as clean as I would hope for the price. There were rings on the countertops and tabletops where drinks had rested from previous guests, showing that they hadn’t even gotten wiped down. There was a lot of hair on our bathroom floor and there were a few other things that just made us feel like it wasn’t cleaned well. Other than this, we really loved our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, but probably would not return.

Requested repair but had to fix ourselves after
waiting 3 hours. With a toddler napping in the
master bedroom, we needed both toilets available.
Floors were not cleaned well prior to arrival.
One towel hanging on the rod was streaked with dirt and linens for one of the beds were stained.
Quality of the linens were subpar in our opinion. As expensive as the rental is, it should have good quality linens (towels and sheets).
There is no apartment number outside the unit. The other units on the floor had numbers on or outside the door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 7 nights at the condo and loved the location, view and sound of the waves crashing against the rocks . The kitchen was great and had everything you needed . The sofa was not the most comfortable and every time someone got up it made a noise. We came with 4 Adults and 2 small kids so the sleeping arrangement was not the best for us ... 2 Adults where sleeping on the single beds and the mattresses weren’t comfortable. The location of the condo is beautiful and we had all a great time ! Would come back !
