• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: No parking pass required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

Our entire family (16) enjoyed the property from the elevator to the kitchen to the pool. Proximity to the beach was also great. The bedrooms were roomy and the kitchen with double fridges, double stoves and the ice maker was fantastic. Beachball properties was also a positive with our stay. Requests for services were almost immediate. If we can schedule this property next summer, we will.

This house was perfect for our group! It offered plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect.We got plenty of use out the pool as well and loved the spacious backyard area.The only critique was the floors had not been mopped and were really dirty. I think the cleaner must have run out of time as she was there when we pulled up to the house. Overall though we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely use Beachball Properties again in the future. We had a wonderful experience.

The house was exactly as promised! Kitchen well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. The elevator was a life-saver for grandpa. The pool is a gem! Unexpected bonus: lots of beach equipment and pool toys. So close to the public beach access. Highly recommend!!

Great house! Very spacious. A bathroom for each bedroom was great. Huge kitchen. The only downfall was that one of the refrigerators did not get very cold. Other than that, the location was great, pool was great and would definitely recommend this house!

This house served the needs of our extended family very well. The pool is an outstanding feature and was much used because of jellyfish and extreme heat at the beach. The only suggestions I would make is to let people know there are some pool toys and beach items available because I rented things we really never used. There were similar things available at the house. There were also not enough mugs for morning coffee for the number of adults present which would be a cheap addition. Overall, a lovely property and a great place for your beach vacation! Thanks!

We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We had a large group of middle aged girlfriends who gathered together for a reunion and this house was PERFECT! We appreciated the kind note and the tub of M&Ms as a welcome gift. The ladies so enjoyed having their own bathrooms. It was spacious and beautiful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We arrived at 4:00pm they were still inspecting but let us in. All the trashcans were full and didn’t get emptied till Wednesday. Brought in groceries and put perishables in out two refrigerators only to find out one was not working and the other was not very cold. Called manager and they sent a person out on Tuesday to check. By the time he arrive both refrigerators were out! Could not get anyone to fix so they brought dry ice in coolers. Our entire trip we had to use coolers which either froze our items, wilted our salads or Our stuff was warm. Totally unexceptionable! There were 19 people trying to exist prepping food out of coolers. Ended up throwing the majority of food away. Our toilets were so dirty by day three you could tell they had not been sanitized in the first place. My sheets had stains on them and were thin. Under the kitchen sink the dishwasher was leaking so bad it had water pouring out the doors and my husband had to crawl under to fix it. So I was so disappointed in our stay, online it showed pictures of all the rooms and had names of each room, 4 were king three were queen I decided to rent this
House based on 4 king rooms but it only had three kings and 4 queens. Really want to be compensated for this rental!!!

Comfortable for a crowd
This house is great for multiple couples and families. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has a large pantry for food storage. Being able to park in the shade and unload everything right at the elevator made arrival, departure, and grocery trips easy. We enjoyed our time at the pool. It would be great to have some shade by the pool. We brought our patio umbrella and base and also used a canopy for shade. The front balcony and chairs are nice for gathering for morning coffee. Our bathroom had a lot of stinky mold in the toilet and shower, which needs attention. The house is just across from the public beach access. This is a crowded beach, so be prepared to claim your spot early.

Loved the layout, with all but one bedroom on the second floor and the top floor dedicated to living space. Also loved the kitchen set-up with 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers. Made stocking up for big group much easier.
Wish there had been some form of shade around the pool.
The ceramic stove tops requires special cleaning care and previous guests and/or cleaning crew may not know how to clean.

Beautiful property, love love the expanded kitchen and large dining room table. The private pool was AMAZING! Very easy access to the beach was a huge plus! 7 adults, 5 children (ages 1-7) all loved the experience. Room for everyone to eat, sleep and hangout was great. Everyone said we would DEFINITELY rent again if we come back to Gulf Shores.

Lovely Family Vacation Spot!!
This is a beautiful home! We had multiple families stay and there is a TON of room! You are directly across the street from the beach access and it is very easy to walk and carry anything to and from the beach! The only thing I would ask is that the property buy a bigger grill. The tiny one there is really not usable for the size of groups expected at the house. Other than that, you will LOVE this house!

Great getaway!!
Everything was absolutely wonderful. The only problem we had with the home was that the pool wasn’t clean when we got there which was a bummer because that was the only warm and dry day since we arrived and it rained the rest of the time we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool. The owner responded quickly and made sure that our stay was pleasant!
