Mala atención al cliente, no dio la dirección exacta del apartamento.

Que tenia lo necesario para el viaje.

Me toco estar un dia por fuera del apartamento y pagar hotel de un dia, por qué no me contestaron los mensajes y no contestan los teléfonos que dan en la página y no dieron la ubicación exacta de donde estaba el apartamento, habiendo ya pagado la totalidad de la estadía sin utilizar en apartamento. No ponen una foto del apartamento de la parte delantera o de la entrada para saber si uno está cerca a la entrada.

Awful experience

Appalling experience prepare for hours to get hold of someone without expecting any solution. They are simply unprofessional

Not able to access to the booked flat ending up in one with filthy state: broken toilet seat, tv detached and not working. Bin without lid, blinds broken and near the early morning lights…

L'emplacement était pratique, à 10 minutes à pieds du métro mairie de Montrouge. Le lit de la chambre était confortable.

Le titre de l'annonce contient "luxury" !!. La pièce principale est un couloir avec un plan de travail qui représente la cuisine. Le canapé-lit est défoncé. La salle de bain est si petite que l'on peut à peine rouvrir la porte quand on est à l'intérieur. La douche est mal protégée et malgré toute notre attention, il y avait de l'eau partout et pas de ventilation donc une humidité très importante.

Buena relación calidad precio para un viaje de trabajo.

La ubicación muy bueno con respecto a mi objectivo, considerando que iba por trabajo ad unas oficinas muy cercanas. Para visitar Paris probablemente no es el mejor sitio. El barrio, especie de noche, no de los mejores.

La comunicación con la propriedad no ha sido de la mas fluida, sobre todo para poder obtener una factura. Por lo menos por medios digitales, porque por telefono la atención ha sido muy amable.

Servicio no a la altura / no es para 4 personas si solo hay ropa de cama para 1 cama.

La ubicación y facilidad para acceder al piso con los códigos.

Solo había ropa de cama para 1 cama. Tuve que dormir en el sofa sin protector. Escribí para avisa el primer dia pero Nadia me ha respondido a dia de hoy. No hay nada para colgar ropa en el piso, ni unna percha ni una silla. La conexion Wifi es pesima, no da para ver la TV que se queda pillada cada 30 segundos. Servicio de TV muy complicado y nada cómodo. Es la tercera vez que reservamos en esta residencia, pero esta fue la peor por todo lo mencionado arriba.

service zéro , pas de wifi , quand jappel on me dis y’a un technicien qui va se présenter pour régler le problème , mon séjour arrivée à terme et leurs technicien se toujours pas présentée , des poils dans le lit , canapé cassé …. vraiment à éviter le seul avantage c’est l’emplacement

The house is really clean and its in a good spot.

There is no internet, not working tv, nobody will answer to you about your problems, they ask us to sent pictures with us holding ID and credit card to confirm the booking, there is no soundproofing.

Only positive thing about this place was price.

Horrible communication, almost unpossible when you need something. Horrible wifi generally and for two days no wifi, Noises from all around - hard to sleep calm, they didnt clean us 7 days - we didnt have toilet paper and shampoons last two days.

Good stay with only a few small inconveniences

Good appartment, cooking option, separate small bedroom, spacious enough for 3 people (2 person bed + pull out couch for 2 persons in living room). Great location but that is only because its 15 minute walk from where we needed to be. Might be a very bad location for someone else. Metro is a 5-10 minute walk and then brings you all the way to northern paris.

Living room table was almost broken, controller for the window screens fell off the wall, disabling one window screen. Staff didnt answer the chat for over a week and only answered because i called 3 days before our visit. We had to send pictures of my passport but we didnt know that because they didnt answer the chat. It was a small inconvenience but it was taken care of once i called and instructions were sent in time after my call.

Comfortable and great location!

It was great value for our money. The facilities were clean and everything was as presented. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to solve our problem. Well stocked with toilet paper.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get into one of the apartments we rented but they were quick to fix that. The security gate kept getting stuck and it wouldn't close. We found it open in the morning every time. Also didn't like that there wasn't any toiletries. No pan for cooking breakfast.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Our stay was for 2 nights. The beds and sofas were filled with bed bugs me and my friend were bit for the whole night and we couldn’t sleep for both of of the nights as the first night we were bit and second night we had the fear of being bit and carrying them with us to the UK. The whole two days our body were irritated and itchy and it left marks all over our body and the marks are all still here. We contacted the property with pictures of the bugs, marks and whatever we had as proof and they asked for more proof and we sent them more proof but they didn’t reply to us anymore which is unacceptable. the communication was really bad they don’t answer customer and BOOKING.com We want refund, I am not gonna pay for being bit bugs I don’t recommend to book here DONT BOOK HERE PLEASE it was the worst night of my life! dont book here

We were told tea and milk will be available but there was nothing provided, information provided was not correct. Toiletries was not enough for a family stay for 3 days

The location is good

The place wasn't clean when we went there and we had to wait for ages for someone to come and clean it, bedsheets in terrible condition, check in procedure was ridiculous.

Ok but still up for improvement.

It was clean, big enough for 3 persons and had its own kitchen. It had netflix.

Wifi didnt work at all, staff/owner didnt answer us anymore once they received their money. you can hear sounds from neighbours very well and it would be nice if they had a separated room for the bed.

Very spacious, cozy and modern appartment

It was clean, modern, spacious with cozy bedding

We really liked the property and our stay! Just some very minor remarks: - every time the front door of the building closes, our door made a big noise, which startles you especially in the evening :) - lid of the trashcan was broken, just minor inconvenience - the towels were clean, but some had stains that probably wouldn't come out. This gives a bit of an unsavory feeling. Maybe either wash with javel or replace.

Comfortable, clean, convenient, great for a 7-day holiday!

Code lock system is easy to use.Wifi was very good. Clean apartment. Good instructions for handeling apartment given at the begining. A lot of light and space. Nespresso machine and washing machine.

Not so good explanation od apartment position, maybe include photo of gate at the entrance. Toaster and trash can do not work properly. There was not a dish drainer.

Clean and comfortable! Good value for money!

The location was great! Close to a train station so we could get to where we wanted to go! The facilities were excellent, there was a washing machine and rack and the bathroom and bedrooms were clean and comfortable!

We had a very nice stay in Paris

The apartment was very clean and modern, close to a metro and a bus station, as well as groceries store and restaurants. It is small but practical and it had almost everything we needed for a short stay.

Maybe a few chairs and a small collapsible table to eat on it and a few more towels would be great.
