Our room was spectacular, worth every penny 😀

Breakfast excellent. Like the option of having Continental starter as well as cooked breakfast. Really like the cosiness of the beamed Queen room. Parking so convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful

Would have stayed on longer but had to get back home. But we will be back later in the year to this.

Nice staff very welcoming and helpfull

Problem with new shower but one in Bath was fine. Told the manager who was first class with his looking into the problem.

I would recommend this hotel and staff for a good long weekend stay

Clean hotel in a good location. Helpful staff friendly staff that did well to meet our needs.

Car parking was limited. The breakfast was lacking variety for a longer stay and could have done with Porridge and full english on offer

Excellent day, breakfast could be better

Excellent friendly, beautiful rooms very accommodating

The breakfast was a bit lacking nothing other than eggs or bacon for the Cook side, and the Continental was a little bit laps as well I would prefer there to be a cooked English breakfast and various cooked options As a main breakfast as opposed to cook eggs on its own or bacon on its own and then you can mix and match. Leaving you with scrambled eggs and one rasher of bacon.

Enjoyable

We have stayed at this Hotel a few times and we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely refurbishment of the rooms.It had a lovely coffee machine, small fridge with bottled water and some milk in.The whole room had a nice modern warm feel to it. The Hotel is in a Prime location for coastal walks and close to other pubs and shops.

The downside was the change to the breakfast menu We were expecting a nice cooked full English like we’ve had in the past! We realise that some places have had to re think about making changes and cut backs but the breakfast is now very limited.Also the location of where you have placed the breakfast is too dark and very little space to help yourself to cereals

Beautiful room with lots of thoughtful touches. Beyond helpful and friendly staff. Sadly only caught Ben's name but all staff were fabulous and feel that they all want you to have the best stay possible.

A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay that would have been perfect if the shower had worked.

spacious, clean, quality furnishings, foods, drinks and toiletries. very comfortable bed, great to have a mini fridge, Dyson hairdryer, phone charger etc. Friendly staff. Good location with parking nearby.

Only one disappointment was the shower wasn’t plumbed in properly and not a drip of water ran through. The weather was very hot whilst we were staying and a shower was a must.

A very comfortable stay.

Great location, easy parking (even during a busy bank holiday), very welcoming. Room 9 very comfortable, nice decoration, good quality bed linen and towels, spacious bathroom. Great to have two chairs and a coffee table. Lovely breakfast included.

ideal place for a short stay by the beach

we loved the location, the rooms were excellent and newly done out. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the breakfast choice could be improved particularly the fresh fruit which was just apples. the hot selection was also limited.

I thought it was more of a boutique bed and breakfast until I copped a load of the food. What a great selection. The highest quality and locally sourced. Put a real high on what was a lovely stay. Proximity to the beach was awesome and I'd definitely go again. Clean, tidy, friendly and memorable. Thanks very much guys :),

Having to book in by 10pm and cutting our meal at the station kitchen short in order to do so :/ Would have enjoyed some nuts and a wider selection of fruit for breakfast, but that's just me being picky.

Bridport Arms

Very friendly staff, excellent service and very clean. Good location. Room was warm and cozy. Bathroom was very clean, tidy and well layed out. Shower worked well. The bathroom was very well lit. Poor bathroom lighting has often been an issue with other hotels we have stayed at.

The Bookings.com description didn't always tally with the hotel web site - for example, the "sea view" claimed on Bookings.com didn't exist for the room the site reserved and the breakfast wasn't actually a Full English. If we had checked the actual hotel web site properly this would have been clear however. The actual cooked breakfast was a choice of eggs and bacon and a continental selection in reality and was very good!

I doubt you will find a better place to stay in this area.

The location is perfect for a stay in West Bay & the Jurassic Coast. The room I stayed in was comfortable with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The food is excellent The breakfast options and quality of the food is all you need for a long day walking the Jurassic Coast. There’s also some good Ales to choose from at the bar.

Has super potential.. but slightly overpriced at present

Super breakfast.. and ideal location for the beach and harbour

The hotel is being refurbished .. many tired parts. No choice of pillow.. and the ones provided very firm.. poor nights sleep. Shared experience with owners who thanked us for being honest.

Good location. Very attentive staff. Great Wi-Fi Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely clean bathroom. Really good amenities in the bedroom, Tv, coffee machine etc Great breakfast.

Only that it is still somewhat a work in progress refurbish-wise but it wasn’t intrusive

Excellent location and good parking. Comfortable bed. Good range of toiletries. A good quality of cold breakfast items and wide choice.
