Pros:
-LOCATION! So easy to walk everywhere from your front door
-Nice to have 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms
Cons:
-The sitting area/common area and kitchen have no natural light so it wasn’t very cozy to hang out beyond the two bedroom areas.
-The power went out briefly and though the manager got back to me right away, they did not answer my questions or give me advice on what to do and didn’t follow up later.

Other than not finding someone at the hotel to leave our suitcases with, the place was perfect. Centrally located, very clean, and just plain adorable!

This past week my friend and I flew into Quebec to meet up with our husbands who had ridden their motorcycles from California. The condo was in the perfect location to fit all of our needs. Our husbands were able to rest and we explored every inch of Old Quebec. We were minutes away from the castle, the stairs to shop and eat down below, uphill from the main entry street with resultants, shops, and pubs. My friend and I spent every day on a patio at a cute restaurant at happy hour where we could hear the church bells ring.
The condo was pristine and had all of the amenities that we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and took away the stress of the unknown. We are hoping to return in the winter and would stay here again.

Wow amazing spot and place. Close to all you would want to see.

Apartment was nice, although we had a cleanliness issue. The concern was taken care of immediately, however we would not return to this location because of that. Overall the apartment would need some attention to small details in order to get a 10 rating from me. I have stayed at many VRBO homes and have rated all others a 10.. I cannot do so here.

Rustic meets Modern provided very comfortable accommodations for two couples. The unit was spaciously laid-out. It is conveniently located to walk and explore the charms of Old Québec City. Having a parking space was a big plus!

The ability to cook and relax in the apartment when needing a break from all the walking around the city was wonderful! Another wonderful trip to Quebec.

The property was quaint and cozy. It was perfect for our family. The check in time was later than we would have liked and are used to and the cleaner was still present when we checked in past check in time. Other than that the place was very charming and in a great location!

It was a wonderful apartment and location for an old fashioned European Christmas. Missed not being able to use the Jacuzzi. So much was in walking distance, and I use a cane. Will rent it again if we come back.

Perfect location for touring the old city. Free parking space, and did not have to use the car during entire stay. Hosts answered all questions via the VRBO app right away. Will definitely book again!

Nicely appointed apartment near many of the old city attractions. Modern and comfortable.

More than once we all agreed that property is on a great piece of land, and that the parking helped too. It is just off the center of the action, has a great view across the street, and we did not use the car once. It is not cheap but worth the money. The creature comforts are all in place. One needs to communicate with the manager via email and that mostly works well.

The apartment was in a good location relative to the center of Old Quebec. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Bathrooms and showers were great. The main living space is a bit cramped compared to what it appeared to be in the pictures. It may be a bit tight if you have 4 adults staying there. Overall we were very pleased with our stay in this property.

We loved this location as it was equidistant between the lower city and the center of the old city but we weren't caught up in the tourist hub bub. The apartment is very spacious and plenty of space for us and our daughter. Wifi was great for my husband whom needed to work part-time. Kitchen well equipped with coffee machine, toaster, dishs, fridge, etc. No close by grocery so we picked up a few things from a local market but then ordered our mainstays through Instacart for delivery. Need to be geared for walking as everyone you go will invovled hills at the beginning or the end. Great response by the management team with questions through the app. We loved our time there and would definitely use this apartment again.

This is the perfect apartment for 2 couples to explore Quebec City. It's an old hotel converted to apartments.
Despite modern updates, the unit still retains the charm and character of its older roots. The unit was clean and well maintained. It's facing the port in a quiet part of the old walled city, yet a short walk to all the city has to offer.
It was a huge advantage to have parking included. We loved it!

The staff provided friendly, effective & efficient response to all of our issues and requests. It was ideally located for our party of four 70-80 year olds - allowing us to walk to most of the sites we wanted to visit.

Very nice apartment within walking distance of major attractions, retail shops, and restaurants. We were able to easily walk to the meeting spot for both the bus tours and river cruise. We really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was perfectly situated for our family vacation.

The property was exactly as described. A short walk in any direction took us to area shops, restaurants and attractions. The cleanliness of the unit was greatly appreciated. We all slept well in the comfortable and quiet rooms. When questions or concerns arose, communication with the property manager was easily done thru the Vrbo app.
We will definitely be back!

Four of us stayed here for three nights just before winter carnival. We found it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions in the old city. Parking was convenient and the place was clean and well furnished. Possibly no one had stayed just before us, and the apartment was cold. Took a full day to really warm up but as we were only there for sleeping and breakfast, it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely stay there again

We spent a long weekend visiting the beautiful city of Quebec with our friends. This property is absolutely perfect, just as nice as the listing photos. Very clean and nicely decorated. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a question about parking, messaged the host and received a knock at the door with an answer within minutes. We can’t wait to return and are so grateful to have found such a lovely spot. Thank you!
