Everything , great location , great property ,great owners

Our barn (number 1) was spotless. It was really clean and well kept. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed using it in the evening after a busy day. Cindy was a great host and super responsive. Her welcome basket was very generous and was gratefully received after a long drive.

I loved the location, Exactly what I was looking for. Secluded, peaceful and quiet. If you need a place to retreat, reflect and unwind far from the medley crowd, I would recommend this place. There's a hot tub to soak and relax your body. I went there with as a single mom with 3 children and we all enjoyed it. The local beaches are beautiful and clean. We loved Sea Palling and Cromer!!Great Yarmouth is just 38min drive if the children like games and sloting machines. The weather was the best so that was a bonus!! Last and not least the Host was excellent and very helpfull.
I cant think of anything in particular I didnt like or bothered me

Beautiful hamper of local produce with milk, tea , coffee . Very clean and well equipped. Great enclosed garden for the dogs and parking next to front door. Lovely views across the fields .
Can’t think of anything we didn’t like

Lovely homely barn in a beautiful setting.

Extremely well equipped in respect of furniture, fittings, utensils and consumables.
Special mention for the beds ... mattresses probably most comfortable we have ever experienced in holiday accommodation.
Whole property felt really spacious, even shower cubicles!
Excellent outdoor furniture and privacy (although we had little opportunity to benefit due to poor weather).
Lovely touch in terms of "welcome" pack.
Information folder was very useful and comprehensive.
Lack of opening windows at ground level (roof windows don't cut it when you're sitting or sleeping). Perhaps a couple of portable fans would be handy?
Since information pack failed to arrive until I chased it the day before arrival we had not had time to read beforehand.
Particularly annoying since we were unaware (until afterwards) that we could have had a 10% discount at Cross Keys where we dined on first evening, and especially since we felt the food was not particularly good value.

Delightful quiet spot, loved listening to the skylarks in the field. The accommodation is excellent, and the owner Cindy is charming. She was immediately responsive when we arrived and asked for an additional kitchen item (cleaners had simply forgotten to leave tea towels in an otherwise very well-equipped kitchen). On a hot day we recommend a trip to Bacton Woods, about 10 min drive away, to walk the dog in a lovely mature shady wood.

Spotlessly clean . Cindy was an excellent host and dealt with any queries immediately. Lovely goodies on arrival. Outside area ideal including hot tub . Would not hesitate to book again if visiting area . 👍🏼😁

Location was lovely tranquil perfect, views across the field were beautiful, Cindy was there if ever needed just a phone call away
Where we were staying with the dogs the dividing fence between the next property started as a 6ft then dropped down to 4ft, so people could see in and constantly disturbing the dogs as they could see people going back and fourth where it wasn't 6ft all the way along so had to keep the dogs in majority of the time, when trying to use the hot tub felt like being over looked and watched no privacy as could be seen from the car park so we found ourselves not particularly using the hottub or garden area,
Only reason why property didn't meet expectations was due to the openness of it,

The barn is nicely decorated and very spacious. The views across the adjoining farm land are very relaxing.
Nothing. Nice quiet location ideal for a quiet weekend away or a longer stay. Good location for exploring the area.

Nice location, good facilities especially the hot tub. Nice welcome hamper. Comfortable beds.

lovely location in a quiet village surrounded by farmland. very comfortable and clean/modern cottage/barn conversion. great host who is readily available if needed. good facilities including outdoor dog wash. very comfortable beds. would definitely recommend.
no washing machine - but this wouldn’t deter my booking.

We had a couple's weekend away, the accommodation was beautifully clean, comfortable, relaxing, scenery view was lovely, complimentary bread and milk was left which was lovely, Cindy was extremely lovely and popped back to check the chemicals in the hot tub during our stay, thankyou again to Cindy for an amazing break, Jen & Joe (7-9 April 2023)

An amazing place to stay for our first Christmas away. As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. Cindy had put up a beautiful Christmas tree and lights and left us a gorgeous welcome box of fresh bread, eggs milk, coffee, wine and more! The beds were extremely comfortable with luxury duvets and pillows. The kitchen well equipped, we couldn't have wanted for any more. Thank you 😊
Heating was set at 22 degrees and we were rather warm. We couldn't adjust this ourselves, so although Cindy came out and lowered it for us which was great , it would have been useful to be able to adjust it ourselves. This was only a very.minor issue in an otherwise amazing place!

Late check-in time although given our need to travel it fitted well with our plans on this occasion. I would have liked access to a vacuum cleaner so I could keep the floors nice and clean (have messy kids and am a serial twice a day Dyson user!)

Great rural location, very beautiful landscape, it’s very quiet and at night you can see so many stars, it’s incredible! Surrounded by corn fields, there is a farm market nearby, beaches are nearby, very lovely place!
Would be great to have a washing machine at the property as well

Was very clean and a good base to explore the area everything you need for a comfortable stay
Barn has all you need and thehot tub was a bonus

Spacious and well appointed. Extremely quick response from owner, who lives very close by. Beautifully clean and great night's sleep.
It depends what you are looking for...it's in a beautiful location but you are not within walking distance of any amenities. If you want total relaxation it's great but you definitely need a car!

Everything was great, lovely place relaxing stay. Loved jaccuzzi in the garden and private parking
There wasn't anything in particular, perhaps an option of fresh towels on at least day two or three would have been nice. I tend to change my towels at home every couple of days so expected the same standards. Maybe if we asked the hosts it would have been accomodated, but because we didn't see them we didn't want to bother.

Easy access via message giving keybox code, lovely goodies of sponge cake, cookies, fudge and essentials ie. milk, tea, coffee, small loaf of bread.
All on one level, open plan so from access door walk into diner, kitchen which provides everything you need to prepare bevereages and food then following on to the lounge with two 2 seater leather sofa's, tv, dvd player, coffee tables and great full size window looking out to garden area. Along the corridor are 2 bedrooms both with wardrobes, comfortable bed, mirror, hair dryer, side drawers and lamps. The end bedroom looked out to the garden and beyond, the other bedroom looked out to the side of other barns and parking.
The bedroom we stayed was acceptable sized room with comfortable mattress, bedding and bed lining provided.
Bathroom has walk-in electric powered shower, white fluffy towels, towel rail, toilet, basin, vanity unit, light up mirror.
In the garden there's a 4-seater hot tub, table and chairs and a waist height fence which meant our dog was easily contained but had freedom. There's also a green area beyond this which was used by others staying in the front barns, they also have their own garden area but enjoyed coming though the side access gate to stretch their dogs legs, toilet and play catch the ball and as the fence is open picket the dogs sniffed each other and infact our one was happy to go play with them as all were friendly. and happy to do so.
It would have been nicer to share the green area beyond the fence with just the next door barn rather than all barns but thats just our preferance and it definately wouldn't put us off from returning.
Infact, the other thing we didn't like was having to leave the barn and area, we wished we could have re-arranged our commitments and stayed on.

The 6 of us stayed at the Long Barn which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The owners also left us milk, eggs and cake, which was much appreciated. We found the location great for the Broads and the beautiful coastline.

Lovely place to stay, well done out ,quiet surroundings
Local pub disappointing and there were loads of daddy long-legs!!
