Offering sublime, unobstructed views across the Bay 14 Florentine is a beautifully appointed third level, sub-penthouse apartment.
The air-conditioned lounge, dining and kitchen areas open onto an expansive furnished balcony, directly opposite Little Beach, offering breath taking water views. The lounge has a Smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, CD player, free Wifi so you can log into your Netflix account and the apartment is tastefully decorated throughout.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers a Caesarstone bench top, Bosch appliances including a cooktop, oven, microwave, rangehood and dishwasher plus a Caffitaly coffee machine (compatible with Woolworths pods). The second living area with a flat screen plasma TV and DVD player offers seclusion to read a book or watch a film.
The air-conditioned main bedroom has an expansive picture window displaying the spectacular Port Stephens waterways and provides a flat screen plasma TV and Blu-Ray DVD player plus an ensuite with spa bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two king single beds; both bedrooms 2 and 3 offer ceiling fans and ample storage.
The main bathroom has a bath and shower with a separate toilet. Hairdryers are provided for guests’ convenience.
The internal laundry is fully equipped with a Bosch front load washing machine, wall mounted dryer, ironing board and steam iron. Secure undercover parking for two cars provides lift access directly to the apartment.
What better way to end a wonderful day than with a leisurely swim in the complex swimming pool or a siesta on the sundeck. For your dining pleasure only a few steps away is Little Beach Boathouse Restaurant; West Diggers Club is just a very short stroll, whilst cafes and restaurants abound in nearby Nelson Bay, the Marina and Shoal Bay.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

Brilliant
Photos don’t do it justice. Apartment was clean tidy and fully equipped. You don’t need to bring anything for the kitchen other than a tea towel and some detergent. The only suggestion would be to supply bedding linen and towels. For the cost of the room it would be a welcomed bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book again. View was amazing and it’s so close to everything. Sit back and chill this place is amazing. Thank you for the luxury

Love this apartment and its position!
Great experience but not happy with the fact that have to supply own linen, towels and basics such as soap and tabs for dishwasher detergent- just charge extra! For a few days stay it’s not worth the hassle to shop or pack sheets and towels!
