About this house rental

Stunning single-story modern 3,870 sqft Amazing house in quiet Sherman Oaks neighborhood. 12 ft wood-beamed ceilings, wide plank French Oak floors and custom built-ins. Gourmet Chef’s kitchen with stone counters, Thermador appliances. The exquisite master features access to the backyard, large walk-in closet, and spa-like master bath with soaking tub, glass shower, and dual vanity. The spacious yard has a sparkling zero edge salt system pool complete with a spa and abundant entertaining space!

General Rules of the house :
-Do not make noise after 9 pm, (no music) and before only no loud music
-Do not drink alcohol outside, the house “street”
-Do not smoke in the home(you can smoke only at backyard)
-maximum can say 8 people please let us know if will be more
-No illegal doings in this property
-Do not allow any non-familiar beings in the house
-NO PARTING/PARTIES /NO KIDS under 4 y.o (if younger LMK please ) No Pets
-The pool has no fence, therefor its set open. Its for adults only ,Be very careful using the pool, if there any children involved it is your responsibility.
-Heated only hot tub ( if you need please let me know 1-2 hours before use and I’ll turn on online) some Mondays after clearing the pool needs to wait few hours, hot tub use time from 9 am to 11pm, heater can’t be “ON” more than 4 hours. Please don’t try to turn on/off the hot tub yourself
-Garage not included sorry (I’m using like a storage) we have driveway and street free parking
-By Law without our agreement you can’t any shooting like films (filming), photos or any kind of events
-the garage is not included (sorry, I use it as a storage), if you need, let me know, please, we can come up with
-I have a services like Pool cleaning on Mondays and Gardener on Tuesdays
-Check in time after 3 pm and check out Time before 11:00 am, for an early check in and check out we have a base rate per hour.

We do not take any responsibility for any loss, robbery, injuries , car or motor accidents or parking

Guest agree that all personal property brought into the Premises and injuries that may occur during your stay shall be at the risk of Guest (Tenant) only and that Landlord shall not be liable for the loss, theft or injuries thereof or any damages thereto occasioned from any act of any co-tenant, or other occupants of the Property or any other person.

The property was as advertised! Clean bedrooms and bathrooms in a wonderful open family room style home. The pool and outdoor kitchen was wonderful. Truly enjoyed our stay. 💯

House was not cleaned properly before our stay. Roaches throughout the house. I wish I could upload photos so everybody can see for themselves. Host is not understanding and is rude. Made false accusations about a party when we were total 13 people including the 3 workers for my mom’s birthday dinner I hosted. Do not book with Bek, unless you want to check into a dirty home with roaches and then get accused of having a party when you bring it up to his attention. Terrible service!!

We had a great stay at this property! Owner was very accommodating and we had constant communication. The outdoor space is beautiful, like a mini oasis in Sherman Oaks. Located next to everything you need, it is a very convenient place to stay. Large kitchen is well stocked and the house was clean! Thank you!

Very nice property! Pool was great, nice open floor plan with huge kitchen, comfortable outdoor seating for with fire table/heater if it gets cool, and nice grill area. Nice quiet neighborhood with Hollywood and WeHo areas only a quick Uber/Lyft ride away. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and replied promptly to all of our inquiries. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here. It’s a lovely property in a nice neighbourhood and was easily located close to everything we were doing in LA for our one week holiday. Bek was very responsive all the time and very understanding when we had some issues with some aspects of the cleanliness of the property. He offered to get the cleaners back in straight away during our stay but I declined as it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really impact our stay. We would definitely return and were sad to leave here as we loved it. It was great having the pool because it was really warm weather and there’s a large shallow bit in the pool which is great for young kids. There were some floaties left at the property and my 3yr old and 7yr old got to enjoy these. We hope to return next year. Thanks Bek for everything.

Our group of five friends had a wonderful two-night stay at this property. Outdoor space is great, with the pool + hot tub, grill, and ample seating. Interior is very spacious and clean. Good neighborhood close to many shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip. Highly recommend.

We chose this house for our sibling reunion, and we're so glad we did! The property looks better in person than the photos, the rooms were spacious and well equipped with bathrooms for all guests, and we loved the pool and outdoor patio space. The host was responsive and made the check-in/check-out process easy. The kitchen would benefit from a few larger pans for cooking bigger meals. But otherwise, we are happy to leave a 5/5 review. We will be back!

Bek was an amazing host. House is spacious, beautiful and clean. Picked our 1st passion fruit at Bek’s beautiful back yard. He also had fresh and delicious lemon tree that he so generously allowed us to pick and we made strawberry lemonade and lemon tarts. Even though the weather wasn’t very warm, our family spent entire day in the hot Jacuzzi and clean pool. Very accommodating host. Thank you again Bek.

My family and I were looking for a place to stay that was close enough to the city without the hustle and bustle of city life! This home was perfect!!! It’s on a very nice quiet street, easily accessible to all of California’s attractions. The home was very clean and super comfortable! I loved the dining area it was perfect, plenty of space for family meals as well as space to enjoy a movie and game night. The pool and jacuzzi were magnificent, the jacuzzi was a highlight very relaxing after long days. Having a bathroom in every was wonderful! Lastly the host was amazing at communicating with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

This is a perfect house for fun, quality time with friends & family. The space is set-up for entertainment and to make many people feel comfortable. The home is spacious, bathrooms attached to every room, and modern amenities. There are multiple seating areas, indoor and outdoor. The backyard is incredible and has shaded seating areas and also grass under the sun-- private, pool is perfect size and Jacuzzi is heated perfectly upon request and host is extremely communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend this property. The kitchen is perfect for hosting and even has 2 fridges and 2 sinks - a very conveninent, luxurious and wonderful stay!

I was amazed at the beauty of this property, both inside and out. The kitchen has everything you need, and there were plenty of wash cloths, towels, and extra pillows/covers to accommodate our group. The living room area is nice and cozy and has a gas fireplace that really adds a warm touch to the space. The master bathroom was gorgeous also. The master bed wasn't the most comfortable but it did not hinder our stay at all. I would book again anytime!
